Super easy to use! Voice commands walk you thru the entire process. Plenty of designs to choose from. Fairly quick, it took about 10 minutes to cut 6 keys.

Minute Key is excellent!!! It is so easy to walk up to the machine, insert my key, follow the prompts on the screen and get as many keys made as i need. I even get to choose special keys if I want. I have had to get over 20 keys made total over the past year and every one of them worked perfectly. I only use Minute Key because it saves me time in not looking for someone to cut the key and having to bring the one back that didn't work :-(

Duplicated keys did not work. Had to go someplace else to get working copies made.

Minute Key is easy to use. I like the convenience of doing it myself. I also like there are fun design options for my keys. (helpful to have a distinct key on a key ring full of the same looking keys.

Great! to have home keys that will fit in the lock. I've been to other kiosks to make keys but got frustrated when they didn't work. Every key I've had made here, works. Money well spent.

Minute Key flawlessly copied my key for me in minutes. There was a nice variety of different key designs. Very cheap, and very accurate. Highly recommended for anyone needing to copy a key!

This location supports a larger number of keys than the Walmart MinuteKey. I was able to duplicate a mail key here when Lowe's itself could not.
