The entire experience with Masters was very organized and professional. Every interaction with their staff was very good. Everything was coordinated with my insurance company, including the car rental (which was a very decent car). I'm very pleased with the quality of the work. The total repair cost was a fair bit higher than the estimate, which didn't affect my out of pocket with insurance. I give Masters a very enthusiastic recommendation!

Amazing, Masters Auto Body shop! Unfortunately , my Lexus found and hit a ladder on 64 but fortunately, my many neighbors told me about Masters auto body shop, and Wow they are the best of the best! I really need to give Masters a 5+...because they went above and beyond the call of duty. Chris (manager) was was so helpful in explaining the issues with my car and Jeff (the owner) made it his priority to make sure I was totally satisfied with the outcome. It was so easy to get a car rental directly from them while my car was being worked on. And when I got my car back, it was detailed and looked just like a brand new car.Thank you Masters!

They did a wonderful job with a scratch/paint job for us; the car looked brand new when we got it back! The staff were also very friendly and communicative which made the whole process easy.

They did an amazing job repairing a big scratch I put on the side of my car from hitting a rock smh. My final bill was even $200 less than what I thought it was going to be! Would definitely recommend to all my friends & family. And even had it fixed right in time for the holidays!!! :)))))

A friend recommended this shop and I couldn t be happier with the results. Those who fixed my front bumper and rear panel did a fantastic job. They actually exceeded my expectations with both the repair and the extra little things that were done to make it shine. Thank you for that.

This place ain t nothing but the truth!The service is pleasant business welcoming.They gave me date for an estimate,gave me a date that won t long out at all.I dropped my car off a Tuesday they told me Thursday if we don t run into any set backs.There were no set backs my car was ready like they said.Shout to Chris and the whole Master s Body Shop.The work is on point.People look no further this the way to go!!

I couldn't be happier with Masters Auto Body. Chris and Pam both returned my calls and emails promptly. And although the pandemic makes parts take a long time to get in which is out of their control, they kept me informed, and did the work as promised. Pam even arranged for a rental car that was available right on the premises for an extremely reasonable fee. Vince, the manager, always got back to me as well, and I feel the whole place is run well and is devoted to customer service. The repair was done excellently, and it looks like nothing ever happened which is exactly what I wanted.Service: Body & Trim

A deer struck our car on Labor Day 2017. The car had $5800.00 damage but was still drive able. At the recommendation of My insurance company we took the car to Masters Auto Body. Right away the staff was friendly and very helpful. They even had a rental car for us. The time line for repair was 9 days, so on the following Monday I stopped by to see the progress of the repairs. I was shocked to see that the car was completely together and ready for detailing! This was 4 days total!! Due to scheduling we could not pick up the car until Wednesday morning. The detailing job was superb, the car looked new. The paint and body panel fit was excellent. I could not have asked for better. For great customer service, and true experts in the field Masters is the way to go!

I took a front bumper there to be painted. The car is 21 years old. I brought a paint chip sample from the wrecked part of the car, and what I got back was totally impressive! They matched the paint color EXACTLY to the 21 year old paint. The price was completely worth it. BTW, this was a Red corvette.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great work. Great communication. I have been going to them for 10 years or more. Would never go anywhere else.I have had my car there twice in the last six months For repairs and they have always gotten my car back to me in a timely manner and the work is always remarkable. They even detail your car before you get it back.

Professionalism, dignity and integrity is what makes a long lasting business prosperous. These things I truly had confidence in when choosing Masters Auto Body for a repair shop. I was fooled, Vince Kelliher GM is the GM that I spoke with in regards to my 3 out of 4 rims on my vehicle being damaged while in Masters Auto Body care. My vehicle was transported to another shop for a front wheel alignment without my consent and it is between there and Masters where the damage took place. I bought my truck less than 3 months ago and I know every mark and ding on it. Vince Kelliher told me it's nothing that he could do for me because they have never had a problem like this and he believes that this could have never happened at their shop due to it never having problems in the past. I informed him that it's a first time for everything and he said "not for us." I am an employee of our state government and this hurts me deeply that I could be so easily discarded as a customer and as a human being. I plan on taking legal action and hope that this issue will be resolved in due time. Please do as I shouldn't have had to and take pictures of your entire vehicle before trusting it with a company that will not stand behind what they claim as a brand. Outstanding and on target. I had some serious damage done to my car while it was parked and Masters was recommended. They were efficient professional courteous etc etc- They were easy to deal with and really know their business. The work was outstanding. They had the parts ordered by the time I brought the car in. Took care of a rental car. Friends have used other body shops in the area and were satisfied with them but Masters came highly recommended and they lived up to it.

Five stars from start to finish. From the time I dropped my car off for repairs everyone was so helpful especially Chris he's amazing and very knowledgeable. Wendy was just as amazing. I received multiple calls with updates on my car and any questions or concerns I had they took care of it . I would recommend this place to anyone. An extra star for cleaning the inside of my car!!!!!!

I never do ratings, but Masters Auto Body was wonderful! Customer service was fantastic. They emailed me my estimate to avoid having me wait. They had a rental car for me when I dropped my car off (which they set up for me) I dropped my car off one day and picked it up the next. My car looks great! It was washed, waxed, vacuumed and shampooed. I have had body work done to my car before at a different place and they didn t do any of that. It looked like a brand new car. Body work was great. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend them!

I'd highly recommend Masters. I took my car in after someone rear ended me, and they were incredible professional and went above and beyond to return my car in mint condition. I returned to have a paint chip fixed and Vince fixed other chips/scratches on the car, filled my tires which were low on air, and scraped/cleaned tree sap off the windshield that wouldn't come off otherwise. A fantastic customer service experience, both with Masters and with Vince.

Masters was highly recommended by a few friends. Not only did they live up to the high praise but exceeded it. They helped me through the entire process from start to finish. Even going out of their way to make it happen. Big thanks to Russ and the rest of the folks at Masters. Their workmanship is top notch. They returned my vintage BMW cleaner than when I bought it

The repair is well done, they were quick to evaluate and schedule, and helped me work out insurance issues. It was easy to get someone on the phone to answer all my questions, and they were always very kind. A pleasure doing business here, even for something unexpected like a damaged car. Excellent customer service! They thoroughly explained and reviewed the costs of the damage of my car and how long it would take to fix it. They also provided me with a BMW rental, which my insurance covered. Most importantly, they did a great job on the body repair! I would highly recommend Masters Auto Body.

I've heard several extreme views about Masters (loved it or very frustrated) but my experience was entirely positive. The folks at Masters gave me a prompt estimate, worked closely with my Cincinnati Ins agent, included a rental car in the package, and called me four days after I left the car and said it was ready to pick up. And it was, as well as clean inside and out with a great job on the body work. They were courteous throughout. They made a bad situation better.

Staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had damage to my vehicle while out of town, they made every effort to get if fixed as soon as possible. They provided me with and in house rental at a very reasonable price. Communication was very good and timely. They made to process as painless as possible.

The quality and service this body shop provides is unreal. My f150 was hit by a progressive insurance driver and based on reviews I chose to take my truck to this local gem. Some reviews knock the front desk for their service but from my experience, the woman at the desk was great and provided just the right amount of attentiveness. Because my truck was only a year old, I was really concerned with getting oem parts installed but the progressive insurance adjuster just wouldnt budge. Chris on the other hand is an amazing guy and did his best to price match for oem parts at the local dealer. Got my truck back in great condition, and was even detailed inside and out. With alot of scam mechanics out there I cam guarantee this shop will do their very best for their customers. So glad I chose this place. Will always be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

I used Masters to fix some damage to the paint from contaminants. Very nice work. They car was done when promised and the paint match was perfect. They tend to work on a lot of higher end cars in town but they gave the same level of workmanship to my car.

Five star service from start to finish! If I could give higher stars, I would.I went to a few auto body shops before I went to Masters. The other auto body shops acted like in was inconveniencing them when I stopped in for an estimate, which they said was a walk-in service. Also, the people that do the estimate acted as if my damage wasn't worth the fix. Someone had hit my car (a few scratches along rear door and bumper, small dent) so I figured might was well fix it since their insurance was paying. I'd have to do all the work in order for insurance to pay.Finally, I took it to Masters. Luckily I called in first because I didn't know their hours. Pam answered and was friendly on the phone. She told me estimates were by appointment only and I was able to schedule for the following day.The next day when I arrived for my appointment, Chris (?) was already expecting me. I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them like I had felt at the other shops. Pam was really friendly and professional in person as well. They assessed the damage, didn't ask too many questions. Only thing I had to provide was the other insurance claim number.After my estimate, I drove back to work (5 min. drive). By the time I got back to work, Pam had called the insurance, submitted the estimate, got approved for the repairs, as well as verified a rental was covered.That day, I booked my repair for a couple of weeks later.Dropping off my car and getting the rental from them went smoothly. I was probably there no longer than 5 minutes. The rental car was like new.My car took 4 days to repair but I was unable to pick it up on that 4th day. They assured me I could pick it up the following day and it would be covered.Picking up my car went as smoothly as the drop off. My car looked like new inside and out (they washed it, vacuumed and cleaned interior).The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional during the whole process.HOPEFULLY I never have to have another collision repair. But if I ever do, Masters will be the one and only place I would take it.P.S. Husband had repairs done at another auto body shop. They left dust footprints in his car, overspray all over his truck.Meanwhile, my car looks like I just drove it off a car dealership lot.

Been using Masters for some years. One involving a repair to a classic car and another to a new Prius. All work excellent quality. Timely fashion. Good service and also was able to have related mechanical issues from the damage rectified. Highly recommend and thanks for the good work.

Great service experience! I was having an issue with water puddling on my front floorboards every time it rained. I took it to Umansky Toyota and they were unable to help me after having my vehicle for two days and referred me to Master's. Master's fixed the issue in 5 minutes and even wiped out some of the leftover water. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and I left feeling grateful. I will be a returning customer.

I was in and out of Masters in less than 15 minutes upon pick up and drop off of the rental. Five minutes of pleasantries/paperwork and the rest was wrestling my car seat :) They fixed my bruised and battered truck like it was their #1 priority, kept me in the loop regarding pick up and extending my rental coverage and I couldn't be more pleased with the awesome staff. Kudos for you all and taking pride in your everyday and making mine a little less hectic!

Without a doubt the best auto body repair shop in Charlottesville. The best service, the best work and the best price. Trust me there isn't a better place to take your car for any amount of auto body work than Masters. Ive used them twice and both times theyve been 5 stars and if there was a 10 star rating Id give it to them. If youre reading this trying to decide where to take care your car, stop and call them now. Trust me you wont be disappointed.
