Our salesperson Emma, was fantastic! She texted back and forth with me about a used car that they had on their lot. She even was able to get a different car from another dealership (we bought that vehicle). She made the buying process easy and the quickest experience at a car dealership I have ever had. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service itself was fine. Typical predatory dealership. They sold a package for the oil change which i ended up paying $20 more than quoted which was frustrating. They also have a 3% credit card fee. Be warned.

I always get great service when I schedule an appointment through the Service Center. This is my first time doing so ever since it has been bought out, and I wasn t too happy that the few IOUs I received when I bought my vehicle are not being honored. I would have at least liked something sent via mail or email to say they weren t going to honor previous IOUs.

Went for state inspection, the waiting area was nice with coffee and TV, but with the time of the wait it would have been nice to have sodas, and snacks like colonial, waited 3.5 hours for state inspection, however it was the first of the month.

It is very important to me that I share with you my experiences at the dealership.Ray, Service Manager is an outstanding person and great service manager. My husband is very ill, I am new to this area, Ray came to our home, drove our vehicle to the dealership for inspection and returned it upon completion. I will NEVER forget his kindness. I will share this experience as Ray helped me when I did not know how I was going to take care of my husband and have his vehicle serviced. I am grateful. You have an outstanding person on your staff. Never let him go.

Air pressure in tires varied from 28-35 lbs. the work order stated pressures set but that was untrue. The locks passive weren t working correctly the mechanic said it worked when he tried but untrue as I showed Gary as we were correcting air pressure that in fact they didn t work

With the market being the way it is, we were able to walk onto the lot and find a vehicle that fit most of our criteria. Anthony did a GREAT job of just talking to us and not trying to sell us anything. Even when another family was looking at the same vehicle we ended up buying, he was patient and gave great service. Very satisfied with our experiences and purchase so far!!

They did the job and got it done right but they added on a shop fee then a 3% fee for using a credit card. I spent 3000+ grand and 3% is 100 bucks so in total like 170 bucks in fees.

I had very specific needs in this car buying situation. Eli Beard (sales) and Eric Hayslett (finance) really went out of their way to help me. First off, I did my research and had a specific interest rate and monthly payment in mind. Eric worked with multiple banks to ensure that my payment and interest rate were below what I asked for. I ve never seen sales people so excited to save a customer money! Excellent experience I made a promise to come back with my next car buying endeavor, I will be sure to do just that!Thank you!!

Accompanied a family member and had the pleasure of working with an exceptional salesperson, Schuylar France last weekend. End result was a new 2023 Traverse! Cannot shout out enough praise of Schuylar for her extreme knowledge of the vehicles she sells. Very impressive! She truly made the experience wonderful. The GSM, Naseer, was also a pleasure. Both were courteous and very professional. Won t buy a car from anyone else in the future!

Took my van in to replace the power steering which failed. $1,700 later I drove out and my brakes failed. Does this piece I found under the dash and next to the brake pedal look like something that should have been replaced when the steering column was repaired?

Only brought my truck in for an oil change and inspection. Replaced my windshield wipers about 6 months ago because they needed to be replaced all to get a phone call from the service department telling me I needed new blades. I told them to go ahead and replace them because I didn't have time to bring my vehicle back after receiving a rejection sticker. Asked the guy at the service desk how often you should have to replace your wipers and he told me every 3-6 MONTHS!!!! I have never in my life heard something as crazy as that! I did ask to get my old wipers back and it looked as if they tore each end of both wipers.Also, a light on my dash came on for one of my tire sensors and my truck is now pulling to the right. That was not an issue before bringing my truck into you all. I will no longer use Jim Price for service and you have lost all sales from us going forward as well.

Sam Clarke is one of the best salesmen I have ever delt with. He displayed positive traits that every salesmen should emulate such as integrity, service before himself, and excellence. At no point did I feel like I was negotiating a bad deal. He was very helpful with picking out the right vehicle and I am completely satisfied with the new truck. It is better than I ever thought it would be. Give that man a raise. I'm even considering sales as my next career because of him.

Had my 2009 Chevrolet Traverse towed to dealership in late October 2022. None of the agreed upon work was done for several months and had to contact the Service Department Manager to just get the vehicle operational to be picked up. I was working out of state (7 hour drive) otherwise i would have been showed up to the dealership to physically see what the delay with repairs was. When it came time to pick up the vehicle it wouldn't start because it was out of gas. I finally got the vehicle in February 2023. Once i contacted the Service Department Manager i was able to get answers and not the run around. He is the only reason I'm not 100% displeased. Only work i was charged for is installing new battery.

Honestly not a good experience at all here. I needed to replace both tail lights and my antenna for water leakage, and my normal auto shop couldn't fix it so I brought it in. It was much more expensive than I would have liked, but I knew that going in to a dealer since labor is so expensive.Why it was such a bad experience though was I dropped my car off to be fixed and it would be around 2 days to get the parts in and I needed my car for the weekend so I said I would pick it up and reschedule in a week or so, and asked what I needed to do for that. The guy told me to do the usual appointment online, and that would be all. I did that and scheduled for a Saturday, showed up and the worker told me that I shouldn't have scheduled for a Saturday, because they couldn't do all that work on a Saturday shift, and it would have to wait until Monday. I was irritated but said okay, and called Monday afternoon to check in and the worker told me the Saturday crew left no note about my car with the keys, so he never saw them and told me it wouldn't be worked on until Tuesday.I finally got it finished late Tuesday, but it was much more hassle then I anticipated and wouldn't recommend taking your car here.

Just bought a new Chevy Colorado Z71. My sales advisor Schuylar was very helpful with my purchase.The only deal breaker was it didn't come with a trailer hitch and I have to buy one myself Kinda expensive.

I brought our Bolt in for routine maintenance. The staff were very polite and communicative. The waiting area was comfortable and with varied seating options. There was plenty of room for those who were waiting. I noticed a separate play area to accommodate parents with children. The service took less time than estimated.
