Sam at the Berkmar location in Charlottesville is the most kind, patient and knowledgeable csa in helping me get my car back to tip top shape. I very much recommend to come to this location and if you're lucky to catch Sam in the office, you will leave 100% satisfied.The team here seems very organized and helpful with the right amount of charm and very interactive with you making sure your vehicle is taken care of.

My vehicle was damaged due to employee negligence. On site staff admitted the to the mistake, however the higher ups are refusing to cover damages. Jiffy Lube, you have just lost a life long customer.

New to the area and needed an oil change. The shop staff were all very nice and helpful. It's nice to see women working there and a female manager vs a man who thinks women know nothing about cars! I was greeted a was asked about the diesel max treatment for my tank. Cause I have never added any treatment to my tank. The customer service was very professional and polite.

Very disappointed, I been here 1 hour 35 minute when I was told that the wait was only 30 minutes. Watch one person car gets done and they had to wait 39 minutes before getting checked out was told they could not check them out until car in bay was done. Just watched the person who got here after me just check out so this cannot be true. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They are the worst, don't deserve one star.Follow up truck has been parked out of bay for 10 minutes, still waiting

I had an overall great experience. I came in when they first opened in the morning. Cheyenne and Thomas were the only ones there and they were great! Thomas welcomed me with a warm smile and great attitude and informed me that they were the only 2 there and they will try to get me out as soon as they could. Deshawn and Frazier came in not time and immediately started working and helping them with the fleet of cars they had right at opening. Cheyenne checked me out and was very polite and positive even with the business they had!Services: Tires, Oil change

I had my first oil change for a new truck. They did not install the gasket for the filter housing and most of the oil sprayed out on my way home. I noticed when I went to use the vehicle the next day. I called and told them what happened and they came to my home and changed it all again to install it right. 4.75 qt leaked out. Luckily there was no damage to the vehicle other than a big mess. They said that they would come and pressure wash the oil from my driveway and have not done so. I have called about it twice and they said both times that they would send someone. No one has come back nor have I been called.Service: Oil change

I am using Jiffy Lube's shop for my car oil change since from last few years, but yesterday was my last visit to their shop located at 2088 Berkmar Dr, Charlottesville, VA 22901, here are the reasons,Every time I visited this shop they made my car dirty with their greasy hands, I kindly requested them to not do that to my car in the future but the same things happen again and again to my car,yesterday I went to their shop for my car oil change, they broke my car's hood holding stand clip and even they didn't apologize for that, I saw a mechanic from the window that he intentionally broke my car's hood holding stand clip,They are treating with the customers like how to grab their money, they will offer you to change engine air filter, cabin air filter, clean the battery, such things to grab your money,They have very very clever and unprofessional staff, so please be careful and avoid going to this location,I am disappointed with their behaviorThanks,Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

5 star service, and they actually change your oil. The other one on 29 need to take a chapter out of their book. They didn't change my oil when I went their to get my oil changed but said they did. One thing about my car it will let you know if the oil has been changed or not. "JUST SAYING"

Fastest and most efficient oil change I ve ever had. Fortunately there was no one in front of me so the guys had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. On top of quick service they were also friendly and professional. Excellent all around!

Very polite, friendly and thorough in their inspection of my car while completing the oil change. They take the time to go over the invoice and answer all your questions. I have been going there for all my oil changes since I moved here 4 yrs ago. Although they worked fast on my oil change, I was really turned off by how aggressive they were about the type of oil I told them I wanted. They asked me multiple times and then when I was paying and said I wanted conventional, one of the men literally laughed in my face. It was so rude. Yes, I am a woman, but how dare you. Used to be consistently good, but not so much recently. Didn't rainx my window as I'd requested; didn't even clean the front windshield. Reset both my odometer trip meters to 0 which I'd been using to keep track of important long term mileage, now that info is gone forever. Steering wheel and door handles left oily. Manager offered free rainx treatment worth $10. I probably won't go back to this location.Tried them again 3 years later and worse than last time. Employees seemed stressed and confused. Would not accept advertised coupons. Bailed after 1 hour and oil change not started. They had removed some of the black plastic panels under the car, said they put them back on. Driving home lots of noise under the front end - one panel was hanging down - had not been reattached, and was dragging on the ground. RainX treatment that had been completed was streaked. Potentially dangerously incompetent.I learned that it only requires removing 3 clips on a panel to access the filter and oil drain plug on my car. The employee was using a rachet tool to remove multiple screws. From the outside of the garage work area I watched and asked what he was doing, and he replied that he was trying to access the oil drain plug. I suspected something was very wrong and said to stop with the oil change, I'd pay for the rainx and take my car. They assured me that they would put the removed panels under the car back.Update: I sent an email to the email address in the "response from owner" as requested, and have not received any response.

Anthony was very professional and helpful! My oil change was done in a timely manner, he kept me updated along the way. Made notes for future visits, and even vacuumed out my front carpets! Very excellent service. Was a little pricey but so is all the others. Nice place to sit and wait for your car. Very clean with bottled water or coffee. I asked that they not ask me to get anything else done just do the oil change and they were very courteous and honored my wishes.

Showed up to this place a full hour and 15 minutes before they are scheduled to close. They (employees of the establishment) have their "open" sign turned off as well as all the interior lights (also turned off) as to deter anyone from coming in for service. The staff is sitting outside on the bench that is usually reserved for customers making the unmistakable "don't bring yo a// over here" faces. Of course I am not going to go in after this because even if they admit that they're open for business, I'm not dumb enough to believe that they would do a good job with my vehicle. Lazy as...

They do a great job here. Very efficient. I have a little one and they have crayons and toys to entertain kids. The staff is very friendly and patient. I don't think they to rip you off here. As a woman I know I am an easy target. They work on your vehicle quickly. There are multiple people working on your car at the same time. You can watch them while they work on your car which I like. There is also a great coupon book offered so be sure to use it!

Fast and efficient for those really great service for those on the go. Went in around 5pm job was done by 530 pm. Plenty of other options from getting oil done, headlights, transmission flushes and more. Connected to a car wash for those who want to get it all done.

Was quoted $95 to have oil changed in my car from the jiffy lube across the street. Was told that they didn t carry the correct oil filter for my car. Would have to get it from auto parts store and would mark ip price at least 30%. That isn t my problem that they don t carry the correct oil filter for my car. Needless to say I was turned away from two jiffy lubes today.Service: Oil change

I stopped by the car wash to vacuum and (eventually) clean my car. However, as I was done vacuuming I went to turn my car on and pull into the actual car wash area but my car wouldn t start. It s nice to see a smiling face without complaints or an attitude, and you will definitely find that here. The assistant manager, Curtis, was extremely helpful and jumped my car battery for me. Thank you for your great service, Curtis!

Was told it would take 10-15 minutes to flush my power steering fluid, took closer to 10, they were very nice, giving me a $20 discount for providing my own fluid. I've worked with Nicholas before, always very professional, you can tell he takes pride in his work and his shop, would recommend this location to anyone.

I was in a rush didn't have time to do an oil change so I took my Dodge Ram there, I brought my own FRAM filter and told them to install it and they wouldn't charge me extra for the filter, I did my oil change at home 3 months later they stole my filter and put a cheap filter on it! They forgot to tighten my oil plug and my car began to leak oil. I had to have a Mechanic look at it to determine the problem and was charged for their services. I contacted Jiffy Lube and received the run around treatment. I emailed, at their request, the District Manage and received no response from him. Be careful out there!!

Got brakes done and rotors put on cost was labor is more than the cost of parts 650$ and they put brakes on tht still squeak after 2 weeks and they tell me they been having problems with who they order from,and if I want squill out I have to get new brakes again and b charged.Dont go here for brakes

The service was really quick. The waiting room was stocked properly. The staff was friendly. I needed four different services performed and everything was done in a diligent fashion. There was no problem honoring my coupon. I liked this location more so than others I've used.
