Real friendly crew. And I have never seen that much glassware in one place. If you need a new pipe, make the trek. They'll have one to make you happy.

Went in today as a first time grower and learned a lot and got great seeds. Highly recommend this place. Been going here for years now and they never disappoint. And they have the cutest puppy there as well

This place has grown so much since they opened. I used to work next door and shop there frequently. When I came back years later I was impressed by the selection and on top of everything, the owner Dawn still remembered me. Good people with good products and great prices. Definitely check them out.

Extremely knowledgeable owners and staff that have built a fantastic community and fun place to get what you need. They work with locals in doing classes, have a pretty in the know and hilarious podcast and all around just a great business. Plus you might get to see some cute dogs!

Agree with some of the other one star reviews and would give zero if possible. Bought some pretty pricey glassware ($75) and it broke within 2 hours. Went in the next day and was told there was nothing they could do even though the part that broke cost almost nothing to replace. This place couldn t care less if its customers are satisfied. First and absolute last purchase.

Loved this place! Definitely hands down the best "head shop" I have ever visited! Very well organized - knowledgeable non pushy staff. Not ridiculously over priced! You want it they have it.

im from illinois and was visiting family in north carolina...i got off the train and i didn't know this building was a few blocks away from the train station...i had to come in and check it out...the young lady i talked to was nice and friendly and was a big help...i enjoyed my time in charlottesvilles and i hope to come back and visit...thank you

Easily the best choice.I thought I gave them five stars years ago.The staff is fantastic, very friendly and knologable! They have tons of diverse and well chosen inventory at great prices, and it's all easy to browse in a great atmosphere.Pocket pipes and budget bubblers, fancy high end stuff I've never seen before, and everything in between! It's a really fantastic place!The only downside is they open after I get to work and close before I leave so it can be difficult to get there, but it's very worth the trip into town on my day off.I've seen the local competition and I HIGHLY recommend this store over any of them. HIGHLY ;)

I agree with the very occasional 1 star reviews, that must come from people who know and have educated themselves on what quality, and reasonably priced glass is. Basically they have over priced, Mickey mouse glass. But the incense kept me a customer, until I was told they "didnt feel like digging that deep" to get the incense I come in so frequently to buy. Definitely lost a long time customer here!

Never again will I shop there. I have spent plenty of money with that place they sold me a broken defective peice . Knowing I just bought it not even ten min afterwards. I will never shop there I would encourage others not to shop there they don't care about customers. Living in a town like this and with high operation in the area you would think they would have an understanding that maybe looking out for constant repeat customers every now and then rather me or someone else

This store is so well organized, plenty to chose from, and has a fun atmosphere! Almost like a toysrus for adults lol!Toni was amazing in assisting us and helping us chose what we liked while being knowledgeable about all the products! Next time I come back, we gon get that outterspace and trip to Pluto and back lolz!Great times and fun memories! Stay kool higher education! Yall will see me again, promise haha

Love this shop, I have been coming here since I was 18 and they have consistently had the best products and prices. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and even after not being in the store for over a year, they still recognized me when i walked in. Best smoke shop in Charlottesville

This place follows discrimination towards its customers. The lady with the dreads is rude and a hypocrite. She kicked out a customer with a medical condition. Don t recommend they seem far away from the hippies they claim to be .

Awesome customer service. Very polite and personable guy behind the counter. He's very knowlegable about the products they sell. Any questions I have are always answered immediately. It's a chill environment as soon Its located in a great spot with lots of parking and is easily accessible. I hope they grow more and venture towards waynesboro/Staunton area in the future. Charlottesville is nice but it's still a 30+ minute drive for us over the mountain people who come in. Either way it's a great addition to the community and I'm happy to have them in the area.

HE doesn't back products the sell, accept returns, or offer refunds for defective products. I purchased a RAW pipe from them that cracked 3 wks later due to no misuse. I am out of $30. Will not buy anything from here again - poor customer satisfaction.

One of the best head shops I ever been to.they have femized seeds for auto and photos plants and all kinds of variety s of pipes and everything a pothead could love

Great spot for all your smoking needs. Not the cheapest merchandise but great selection and the staff is always helpful.
