If you need a car -- contact Richie Armour! He is a wonderful salesman - very patient with me as I made several visits and wanted something very specific. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles on the car, and took the time to teach me how to use the features. Jon Snow coordinated all the financing options for me, seamlessly. He's a real pro. Heather in service is really helpful and friendly...as is the service team. You can't go wrong on price, value and mostly an excellent customer experience!!! Buying a new car is a big deal, and I shopped around. I am really happy with Flow Kia and my selection. I put about 8,000 miles on the car in the first few months and I only wish I would have bought it sooner.

Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time for them to take my car back for state inspection. 30 min later, and I m still waiting.Why make an appointment if it won t even be close.Customer waiting area is dirty and very minimal.Will never come here again.Addendum:Three hours late, multiple customers are upset about long wait times.Staff is very dismissive.However, several people showed up well after my appointment time, we re taken back and sent on their way quickly ahead of me. One car showed up over an hour after me.Keep this in mind when a dealership tries to entice you to buy from them because you will get free state inspections, for the life of the vehicle. I would have gladly paid anybody else the price of a state inspection to have the last three hours of my life back!

If you are in need of a car go see Casey Weaver at Flow! She helped me tremendously! Also, Jon Snow (Business manager) Justin Hayes (Sales manager) and Todd Williams the General Manager all have good energy and made me experience more than something to remember! I will be referring a lot of people I know to this location!

Jon Snow (Business Mgr) and Casey Weaver (Sales) - what a team! Casey was super knowledgeable about not just Kia's but many cars and how they compare. She was patient and easy going as we narrowed down which Telluride would best suite our business needs. We have worked with Jon in the past, so it was a no brainer to follow him over to Kia. Together, they were able to find us the perfect vehicle and get our paperwork processed quickly before leaving town. Definitely worth the trip to Charlottesville to make our purchase!

I visited Flow Kia in October, and Orhan helped me find a car that had enough storage space, and was also within my price range. He did a good job of not putting pressure on me, and helping me figure out what my best options were. So far, the car is working out well for us, so we're glad that we came here.

I was unsure of the service or really the folks there after they changed hands from Price. I was delighted to find that they were still the same and the smiling faces at the service counter were still there. Service was top notch and they really communicated well and do great work. I ve bought cars from there and always get my work done there. I don t worry about getting ripped off or getting work suggested that I don t need. I ve seen places do this so much in town, it s nice to find an honest company to work with. I ll never switch as long as I own a Kia. Check them out!

I've been a customer of Price Kia for many years and have purchased several vehicles from them. They were always helpful and friendly anytime I would bring a vehicle in for service. I was very satisfied being a customer there. Now that Flow has taken over the dealership I have found it to bethe same friendly customer oriented environment as in the past. I took my vehicle in for service and the folks there were efficient and friendly and did a good job.

I purchased my 2016 Kia from Price Kia and used the service department for all of my service work. Jim McAllister and Lindsey Butler have always provided amazing customer service. They have thankfully fit me into their schedule in a couple of emergency situations and have always patiently answered my service questions. After Flow purchased the dealership, the service team, Jim and Lindsey continue to offer the same level of care.

My Kia broke down late at night 3 hours away from my home. It was towed here to Kia Flow. This happened a year ago, and Kia Flow allowed me to keep my car parked on their back lot for an entire year free of charge! I was honestly shocked they let me do that until I figured out what I was going to do with it (it needed a new engine). When I say the staff there were so incredibly friendly and professional every time I called and went up there, I mean it! The ladies at the service desk were always so helpful and kind. I finally sold it to an outside company who came to tow it from their lot. After getting the car up on his truck he locked himself out! A guy named Smurf came down in an instant and helped him get back in his vehicle so he could go on his way. My entire experience has been nothing but amazing! I recommend this dealership even though I haven t bought anything from them.

Price Kia succeeded where another regional Kia dealership had failed. They listened to my concerns about the issue having already been misdiagnosed and eventually were able to replace my engine under warranty. They also helped me with a loaner, which was crucial to my being able to continue working, even though I'd bought my car in Maryland. Very grateful.I'll also say that when I've brought my car in for servicing in the past, I did not experience the long wait times that some people have mentioned and am guessing that between sick days and difficulty finding skilled mechanics, staffing has been as much of a problem for them as for everyone else.

We purchased a used 2017 GMC Acadia from this dealership, we are located in Ohio. Richie was our salesman and he was wonderful to work with being out of state. When our vehicle was received a couple days afterwards we noticed something was wrong mechanically, seeing as it took us a day and a half to notice I highly doubt the dealership knew either with there short test drive. We contacted Richie who put us in contact with Mr. Price, even though we purchased the vehicle "AS IS" he was gracious enough to assist us with the repair costs. Both Richie and Mr. Price were very responsive, professional, and fair from start to finish. Wonderful experience all the way from Ohio!!

I had a scheduled appointment for my beloved Kia Soul a week ago- March 15th- at 2:30pm for an oil change and the possible replacement of a fog lamp bulb. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in at the service desk and then took a seat in the waiting area. I sat there for two and a half hours before I was advised of what was going on. At 4:50pm I decided to check with the woman behind the service desk and inquire about my car, and here she comes with some parts in her hand and an estimate sheet. She advises me that my "front brake pads are completely worn to the metal and that I will need new brakes and rotors as it is dangerous to drive with them the way they are". She said the rear brakes and rotors were okay. I asked about the fog lamp and had it been repaired to which she replied that "a mouse had chewed the wire and would need to be replaced". The grand total would be $615.00 and I was urged to schedule for the following week. I paid for the oil change- the one which took over 2 hours to complete as I had not asked for my car to be completely inspected but got one anyway- and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. At that point I also decided to get a second opinion from the local garage that does my yearly inspections. And thank heaven I did!! They checked all brakes and rotors and I was advised the rotors were all fine and there was some wear to the front brake pads- nothing dangerous!!!- but I decided to go ahead and have them changed. The fog lamp wire was an easy fix, and I left my local garage with a bill for under $300.00!! Of course I promptly cancelled my appointment with Price Kia. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman, as happens far too often when a female walks into a car dealership alone. It was reminiscent of going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and the tech brings out a filthy air filter belonging to who knows who and tells you yours needs to be changed!! I will not be seeking service here again.

The time it takes to get my vehicle in for an appointment is too long. The waiting room is kind of depressing. Hire more technicians and remodel the waiting room would be my first suggestion. Your location is not great and feels cramped in terms of parking, etc (why are most of C ville s dealerships in Pantops, terrible civic planning). Making the service experience better would be a huge plus. Many go to your dealership because there is no other Kia dealer within a reasonable driving distance.

Sales rep was not friendly. I've been waiting about 6 days to hear back about my trade value and no call. Took my business elsewhere and was able to get a 2019 nissan and was given the trade amount same day. I guess this dealership didnt want to make a sale. **Attached picture purchased elsewhere not here**

I have visited this dealership with the intention of adding to my fleet twice now, and both times were underwhelming to say the least. In November I looked at a sportage and the salesman went over zero features, didn t come on the test drive, didn t have good answers to my questions and didn t follow up with me at all. Ended up buying that one from Hyman Bros Kia. I just went again last week looking to get the Sorento hybrid and it was like deja vu. I made an appointment with Paul to see the car but when I got there the car was in service and was blocked in by a broken down car no communication until I got there and there was nothing remotely similar for me to test drive (managers knew about the appointment based on how they greeted me but made no attempts to make sure the car was ready). The salesman (Richard) seemed to be annoyed the whole time and came across condescending. Once again bought from Hyman Bros Kia where everything was the exact opposite. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to a dealership that actually cares and treats customers right.

I decided on my purchase at Price Kia not only upon highly rated recommendations on the Kia brand, but the dealership treated me with care and respect. The service department continues to provide outstanding assistance and service every time. They make me feel like family.

Nice people, terribly slow service, one service tech left and the other guy who stepped up missed his lunch, what should have taken 2 hours took 5 and the best they could do was a 10% discount on what was a 150% increase in the time they said it would take. I don't really have criticisms for the individuals involved because they seemed to be doing their best with what they had to work with but the management model and business approach probably doesn't deserve being rewarded by more business.

My wife and I visited this location yesterday. She was interested in purchasing their 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid EX, but it had limited features and seemed like they had just received it without cleaning the vehicle. After inspecting the car, we asked about the out-the-door price and were shocked to see an additional $3000 labeled as "Flow Paint Protection." This caused the vehicle's price to go from $41k to $47k. Consequently, we immediately left and drove to Steven Kia in Harrisonburg, VA, where I purchased a fully loaded 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid SX Prestige for the same price without any markups or unnecessary dealer charges. Great job, Flow Kia!

The Service Department at Price Kia deserves 10 stars and more! I've always taken my car to dealer service departments, but this one is by far the best. They are honest, professional, and their prices are fair. I highly recommend them!

Bought a Kia Carnival this last weekend from Price Kia. This was by far the easiest and best vehicle purchase we have made. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the staff was outstanding. Friendly and very accommodating. Our sales professional was Richard Carey and he was perfect. He made the process super easy. Although we live 2 hours away, I will continue to use this dealership as my go to option for next vehicle purchases. A+ all the way.

Needed a new engine while car still only had 62,000 miles at 10 yrs old. Service was excellent from local service desk personnel to regional Kia coordinators. It took several months but circumstances weren't in our local dealerships hands. They were all responsive and receptive, eventually had a loaner car freed up for us, and notified immediately when the car was ready to go! we appreciate all of their time and care, and highly recommends the Charlottesville Kia dealership on Pantops.

We bought our car in 2014 and Price Kia is the only place we go for service and any problems, which have been very few. I love this place and love the way everyone there is always very friendly and knowledgable! Travis Graves is the absolute best!!!!!

Marcus and Dan were awesome. They were very invested in me getting my dream car. Would recommend them anytime. I was in and out in two hours.On the other hand my salesman left a lot to be desired. I was EXTREMELY grateful for Price Kia and the staff on Friday 1-27-23! I ended up with a completely flat tire on I-64 A very nice police officer stopped and put my donut tire on as I was by myself and had NO idea how to do that BUT .Same day service from Kia I got the tire replaced in a moments notice!! Now I just have to get the other 3 tires on 1-30-23 because my truck is AWD. Their immediate help and getting me back on the road that day was greatly appreciated!! Thank you Kia!
