Stopped by for a rear wiper blade. Very nice people. Multiple people stoppped me and asked if I needed assistance. This really nice counter lady walked me to my car and explained how to install it.

I have 47,000$ Kia that I purchased. I needed to get my 24,000 mile service on my car (Oil change, tire rotation, and whatever else is required). I also have been made aware my car has a recall. That s fine it happens. So I contacted Price Kia. I used the virtual assistant TWICE and NEVER received a call to confirm my appointment. So I called and no one answered and I left a message. No call back. So my fourth attempt someone answered. I asked about the shuttle service. The guy said it is only available in town. I am 14 miles away (15 minutes driving time) and I can t use the shuttle service. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So this dealership will lose money over a 15 minute shuttle ride.

Pricekia sold us car in3 accidents,they didn't know,. Ha,Ha.An honest dealer would have said sorry,let's trade cars.We have 3more yrs to pay on this junk on fixed income .Ask them why?e
