What a great EXPERIENCE!! I was traveling through Charlottesville on my way home to SC, when my 2022 Sonata Check Engine Light came on and began running rough. I called the local store and spoke to the Service Manager Ray Persian. He immediately said bring it in. I arrived at noon...When the techs came back from lunch, Ray got someone on it. After diagnosing a defective injector and a 4-hour repair, these guys got me back on the road to South Carolina!! Of course this was not the plan, but Ray and his team with Bruce the advisor made it easy for me! I made it home later than expected, but hey....I was home!! Big shout out to Ray and his team!! Well, Done!!

Our Sonata has been in for service for 40 days now, several computer issues with a new one uncovered every time one is supposedly resolved. The staff are always nice and polite but I don t believe they are equipped to handle the repair. I have asked for a weekly update but have been ignored and now my calls and messages are ignored. I wish I had towed my car to the dealer in Harrisonburg instead.

Our Hyundai Sonata has been at the dealership for a month with no end in sight. Service keeps saying the parts aren't in yet, but a month really. Is it because the transmission went bad after only 50,000 miles and with a 100,000 warrantee they will have to replace the parts for free? I asked for a loaner but none was available. This is taking too longService: Transmission

The young lady who answered the phone did a knock out job. Our local dealer wouldn't even answer. She went over the entire engine recall process and the likelihood of a covered repair.Michelle, Amy something like that was her name.
