Flow Honda in Charlottesville is my #1 choice for Honda Dealerships. I have bought my second vehicle from them, and both times I was more than happy with the outcome. The service is like no other in that you feel like every decision you make is yours with no pressure added. I love my Honda Vehicle and if I were to recommend anyone at Flow it would be Steve Young. He is unparalleled with his knowledge and he makes you feel right at home while you are there. Great guy, kind of reminds me of a more gregarious and friendly Clint Eastwood.

I had a great experience at Flow buying my Honda! James C. was fantastic to work with he was super personable and not pushy at all. He seemed very motivated to work with customers, and he made sure I was happy and comfortable with the deal every step of the way. His attitude made me feel like he was on my team, and I really enjoyed working with him. The rest of the team were super helpful and pleasant, too! Amonte made me feel like he had done his very best on my trade-in, and George took great care of me in finance. This was a dream team of a group to work with. Upfront, affordable price, great service. My vehicle was delivered to me for a very very small fee and signed the papers when they delivered it. I live a good bit away so I was able to deal everything online and over the phone. Easy process with trade in. And I 1 million% recommend the "First Place Finish" that they put on the vehicle (inside and out). Even water just beads up when spilled on the cloth interior. Love it! Love my new Pilot too! Thanks yall!

This is for their service center. I went there to do an AC diagnostic to see if it was covered in the warranty. The lady on the phone told me it was $150 but when I got there in person, they tried to charge me $580. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I've done an AC diagnostic before on a family member's civic and the fee was $170 in a different dealership so I know what the range is for a diagnostic. Complete waste of my time.EDIT: This is for the response given. I was told that the $580 was just to check the AC. I made sure to confirm with him that it was $580 for just the diagnostic and the mechanic confirmed. There was no mention of recharging Freon or fixing the problem.

We just purchased a 2024 Honda CRV Sport L hybrid from Flow. I have never experienced such a pleasant, hassle free purchase. The sales person, Nikki Sullivan, is fabulous. For such a young lady, she is very familiar with the product, is never pushy and frankly, she is adorable. My wife likes her too. The whole staff from Vincent, one of the managers, to Eric in finance were a true pleasure. The price was great, too.

First I would like to give a big shout out to our salesman Tianna at Flow Honda. She was very knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing and made the whole process enjoyable. Also we would like to thank the finance manager, George Moses. Tianna and George were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Have to say it was the best experience we had buying a new car in years. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second car I bought from this Honda location! This branch, in particular, really does center positive relationships above other dealerships. I am not interested in having any type of pressure tactics in terms of purchasing vehicles. They got that right away and respected our boundaries. We worked closely with Samantha Sullivan and was very happy with her in terms of sales. She answered our questions, she was honest, and she made sure our needs were heard. Ask for Sam, and support women sales people!

I recently purchased a honda accord, I had a wonderful experience at Flow Honda. Nikki Sullivan was extremely helpful, understanding & patient. George in finance was very knowledgable, which helped the process go quick and smoothly. I feel like I made friends with the entire flow team!! They have incredible hospitality and made me feel well taken care of. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

I am sure this place has potential but I really did not have the best customer service experience.I asked if they could look at fixing the key fob and they forgot, they were condescending, and tried to unnecessarily get me to add in services that I just got done the week prior. Additionally they quoted me a number over the phone that was significantly lower that what I was actually charged. It s like they bait you to go in with a very low price, once you re there they say, oh no that s for the cars that are year 2015 and above. Yet when I call I had told them the year, make, and model of my vehicle.The work was good, the auto technician did a great job and I love the texting feature because I was at work so I could not answer any phone calls.However, I won t come back here due to the customer service experience I was provided and the overly insane prices.I did end up quoting other places to see what other auto shops charge in this town for the same service and it was half the price.So don t go here!

Nikki Sullivan made the process of buying a car so smooth for me! I had my oil changed and on the way home I was driving down 64 and I had to pull over on the side of 64 and close my hood because they did not. This is not my first issue with them. I believe it was last oil changed that they didn't tighten a screw and so the oil leaked. I had to come back for then to fix it. It seems ridiculous to me that for $90 I continue to have mistakes like this. I'm so disappointed
