The small team of Flow Collision, located within the Audi dealership showroom, works exceptionally hard to keep up with the incredible demand for their office. If you wait for your car, you'll notice them never stop working and the phone never stops ringing. Hard working employees, who will be transparent and help you get your car fixed. A little patience (which I am no Saint of) goes a long way. Thanks for the help!Another way to write this since I've given 2 stars - if you have to go here, they will do a good job. You will wait forever, and you will never get a call back or a status update. It took just over 3 weeks to fix a small bumper issue that I paid out-of-pocket for. Thank goodness I could drive off with my car after the estimate, because I would have had to pay exorbitant costs for a rental car, despite my policy expense amount, due to the 3 week time frame for what was supposedly overnighted Toyota parts. I will drive safer just to avoid needing my car to get fixed here. Ain't nobody got time for that.I also want to note that my estimate showed 2.5 hours to repair my car, but I waited in office for 90 mins for my fix, and my bill never reflected the change, so I was charged for work not done. I had to remind that I was paying out-of-pocket every time I spoke to someone. Very little attention to details.Nothing went wrong, but nothing was great..I believe they are simply not staffed for the demand.

I do NOT reccomend Flow, i reccomend HALL on route 29.Clearly they do not know how to run a business properly. They lie about estimated repair times. They do NOT communicate when things are delayed or repairs change. Your company needs to reimburse for the extra gas I had to use because you still have my car. Your company should also eat the extra costs, since ya know, you lied during the estimate. What's even worse, you havent communicated with my insurance company at all!Anything above a 1 star rating, is a LIEI will be filing a lawsuit against your company, hope you are prepared for your company to be shut down forever. Your company will not be in Charlottesville any longer. You are evil, and have no place here.

Jason Cooper helped me out with some questions I had regarding my damaged car. He was super responsive, enthusiastic, and willing to get the process rolling with my insurance company.
