I was in the early stages of looking for my daughter a vehicle as her first vehicle. I was contacted by Marybeth and then went in and was able to speak with Terriana. We looked at primarily two different vehicles and then based on the information I had I knew I had found that diamond in the rough with a used Jeep Wrangler. Terriana was great to work with and didn t bat an eye at my overprotectiveness needing to check a couple extra things out. I went in at 5 pm one afternoon and made the deal before lunch the next day. Super easy handling and process. Very pleased!Terriana made it more than a 5 Star event!

I went to Flow CDJR just to look at a Subaru Forester, not intending to buy....but I had spoken with Terriana (T) previously and she knew what I was looking for....we pulled in and she had a Forester there with EXACTLY everything (and more) I wanted! They gave me a great deal on my trade and an amazing deal for the Forester. The buying process was laid back and so easy. We felt like we were just hanging out with friends! They have no keep parts counter. Called someone from another building next door. Waited 5 minutes no one showed up. I can just guess how service is.

There was an issue with the dealership completing the paperwork/ business transaction properly on their end. Which led to them receiving the funds from the bank 2.5 weeks AFTER we left with the car. The sales manager was not only unprofessional but extremely rude with his harassing text messages I d be happy to share them. In addition poor communication skills and zero accountability for his error as a sales manager. Extremely disappointing experience I would not recommend doing business with this dealership! Save yourself from the stress and anxiety that came from this conundrum.

Map directions were accurate. Easy to enter the dealership from 29 north and south. Parking is a known issue by Flow and hopefully will be addressed when they finish their remodel. Staff is nice and knowledgeable on the brand models.

Terriana is the best !! She s always on top of everything. If I can give her just the 5 stars then I would.I flew in from out of state. I bought a certified pre owned ram2500 from them. After 1.5 months they couldn t even get my vehicle registered for me in my state. So I ended up having to do it all my self. Yes I was refunded the fees I paid to the dealer but it was such a hassle. Ok next issue was this big ol tailgate dent. We worked out a deal( prior to me flying out ) where they would just send me a brand new one so that wasn t a big deal. Tailgate shows up a few weeks later and has some dents in it from the shipping. I wasn t really stressing about that part. The part that was stressful was seeing that it wasn t even painted correctly. It s as if there wasn t enough of the paint on one section so it s not like that part can be polished out. The dents from being shipped I can easily pop out myself. Anyway I was told to send them an invoice for repairs on the tailgate they sent me and I have been ghosted.Oooh on top of that , the finance manager scammed me into an extended warranty which I was fine with because he told me it was a certified factory warranty. Turns out it was some cheap aftermarket company. And if you google the reviews with said company you will see how many bad reviews they have for not filling claims.

This is one of the absolute best places I have ever gone to for any car repairs in Virginia. I had issue after issue with my Jeep, and every-time I went, I found friendly helpful staff. From the shuttle drivers - who were some of the most amazing gentleman I have come across to the tremendously helpful service staff, Tim, Morgan and Troy. Absolutely had no plans to get another Jeep but after the service they provided me through the several issues, I have no doubt I would go back to them (and only them) for any Jeep needs. There is not enough great things I can say about the guys in the service department and the shuttle drivers just kept what could have been an anxious time so calm (and even helped me when I needed a ride after their shift had ended!!!!)100% recommend!So thankful!

Went in for an inspection and an oil change. Got rejected for front brakes and lights. They quoted $1400 for the brakes and $140 for light bulbs! I pulled the wheels off to change the brake pads and noticed that the pads were still over 1/4" thick. Nothing wrong with my brakes! I have lost all faith in Umansky's service department! Also put lug nuts back on so tight I completely destroyed a 4 way lug wrench. Would never have been able to get them off is I had a flat on the side of the road! I truly believe that was being petty because I did not let them do the work! Never going back to someone that recommends unnecessary repairs.*UPDATE - Mark G. I sent an email to your website and said it was for you. Had my contact information in it. Still no response!!

Worst dealership I ve ever dealt with!!! they do not want to honor warranty work and their staff has no customer service training! They are over priced and try and make you spend more to repair your vehicle than is needed!

Excellent experience with Flow Chrysler in Charlottesville! I was in town visiting family for the summer from Arizona and blew a head gasket! It was difficult finding a shop to accommodate my travel plans with less than two weeks before my departure. Flow had me in the shop THE SAME DAY that I called looking for help and had my van back on the road in less than three full days! I have never had such quick and professional service for such a large project. They remained in constant communication and kept me updated every step of the way! I will be bringing my van back exclusively whenever I have issues while I m in town! It s been a few weeks and I ve driven to the upper peninsula of Michigan and the engine is still sounding and feeling great! Excellent work with great speed! Couldn t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Flow!!

I wasn t pleased with my possible purchase of a Nissan pickup truck. Very generous Big advantage of 2 years of service. When I asked what this would include, I was told I would be given a list like tire rotations. Then I find out I m paying for the pre-paid benefit of 1300& ! for this wonderful benefit.I didn t buy the truck.Be cautious of the nice people, read all your papers before you hand over any money exchange.

FEMALES BEWARE - My daughter took her Jeep in for service last week to Flow of Charlottesville. When she arrived, she was not greeted and was ignored. They proceed with the oil change but indicated that they could not change the oil because the drain pan was stripped and were afraid that the drain plug wouldn't go back. They were going to charge her $550 to replace the drain pan. This Jeep has only been serviced at Jeep dealerships on the regular manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Well, I took her Jeep to a dealer in Richmond (Whitten). Surprise! Whitten was able to change the oil and torque the drain plug to factory setting. We won't be using this Flow ever again and it's worth a trip to Richmond for a second opinion if I was you. I find it very disappointing that this dealership still conducts this practice of intimidation on young females to increase their revenue.

After going to numerous dealers both in Richmond and Charlottesville all summer in search for a car for my daughter, we finally came to Flow Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We were so lucky to be greeted by Terriana Neely, who was wonderful in listening to what we were looking for, what we wanted to spend, and taking the time to search for cars to test drive that stayed within both of our wants/wishes. She was very patient and related so well to both of us, but especially my college-aged daughter. There was no high-pressure sales and she was very honest and forthcoming throughout the whole process. Bruce Meyers was great as well in assisting with the sale and was very knowledgeable about the different cars. We would definitely purchase another car from Ms. Neely and Mr. Meyers!

Scam artists! The repair shop is a joke! Don t buy from them.We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars here and they continue to nickel and dime us on every little defect even with our vehicles covered by warranty!

I had an issue with a short in the dash they couldn't find it after several hundred dollars of replacing things and wrong diagnosisIn the end I had to have it towed to them they still couldn't find the problemIt's now up for sale because I can't trust it will start

I hesitated to call them again because they ve been absolutely terrible in the past and I didn t want to deal with it. HOWEVER, I heard they were under new ownership. This was obvious immediately because I was actually able to talk to someone without being on hold for an hour! Our van is no longer under warranty but we ve been dealing w a problem that was not fixed properly when we first brought it in months ago. They were able to fix it free of charge under good will warranty since it was covered at the time of the original problem. They also waiver the safety inspection fee and finished our car a day early! Everyone I spoke to, especially Troy in service, was responsive and knowledgeable and polite. VERY grateful we gave this place another chance because we would have been out over $1,000 if we didn t.

If you can avoid getting your car serviced here then by all means please do! The way they do business is very shady! I went in for repairs (oil pan gasket and valve cover). First off it took about a week to get my car back when I had a promise date in the first place. When I did pick my car up I noticed that my wheel alignment was off and now when I come to a stop from 55-60 mph my car shakes like crazy. Mind you I had nothing done that came close to my wheel alignment being off nor have I ever had these problems before. We all know dealerships are shady but they ve made it too obvious. So please, save yourself some $ and take your business somewhere else, especially if you re young! You re bait to them. I could go on and on but I ll save it for them to hear.

These guys looked through my personal work truck cap while it was in for damages caused by another dealership's faulty recall repairs. The shell was left unlocked outside with my valuable possessions vulnerable. When I called the service manager he defended his mechanics, claiming there was a need to look in the shell even though ZERO electrical components run through my completely enclosed truck cap. None of these guys know what they're doing. Will never do business here or buy anything made by FIAT. This place was bad before Flow bought it and it's even worse now

We have been taking my white Jeep for inspection and changing of oil since I purchased it. The inspector is rude and often wants to be always right. Last year when Mr Shannon was there he made things right for me, since Mr. Inspector fail my inspection due to the after market lights in my rear tire. He took it off and put it in my Jeep and told me it was illegal. This year it was the covers on my rear lights. Which Mr Inspector wanted to charge $30.00 to remove and failed my inspection. I bought this Jeep with all the extras. It was sold to me and had current inspection when I bought it and I would assume it passed inspection when I put my tags on it and now it doesn't. I won't be back and I will purchase all other vehicles in n my future somewhere else. You not only lost the sells of the future, you also lost 4 vehicles that have maintenance and oil changes regularly.

Best customer service I ve had in a long time. Possibly ever. My truck had an issue since new that I hadn t been able to get fixed. It wasn t an easy fix but the team at Umansky truly cares about the customer and took it upon themselves to find the issue. Mark, the manager, took ownership. He did an incredible job keeping me up to date and his team over delivered in both quality of their work and timing of repair. They turned it around in 24 hours!VERY highly recommend Umansky.
