I think this is one of the best run dealerships I've been to. I've worked at dealerships and have done business with a dozen others. They do good follow up, provide great service, cost is competitive and it's clean.It doesn't feel like you've just been "taken" when you've done business here.

Flow VW in Charlottesville is not your ordinary car dealership. Everyone hates the car buying experience, and I for one, dread it. But Flow is different. VERY different. No pressure, no aggravation, and no cheap sales tactics here. The sales people give you time to look around the lot, and when they come to talk to you, they seem to be more interested in knowing what YOU are looking for than what THEY want you to buy. They take time to listen to you, and are absolutely no pressure about the sales experience. And the best part is their automobiles, and their service after you purchase one. VWs are fabulous cars! Terrific gas mileage, comfortable, roomy, dependable, and sexy to look at, not to mention drive. Check out a VW today, and visit Flow.
