I drove over 100 miles to have body repair work done by Flow of Charlottesville. They were worth the drive as the service and the repair was excellent. Jennifer Eubanks coordinated the entire repair job seamlessly and on time delivering an excellent result. She expertly kept me informed of the progress on the repair and was kind, helpful, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to drive over 200 miles for this most excellent work. Thanks so much for a job well done.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Not only was I given a very fair deal, the customer service was over the top! A BIG shout out to Terrianna and Ryan that helped me ever step of the way and made a stressful situation of purchasing a truck very enjoyable! Way to go Flow!

Two thumbs up to the entire team at Flow Automotive. These guys offer a no hassle car buying experience unlike anywhere else. Amonte was quick to help us identify the right vehicle fit for our needs. Start to finish the whole process was easy and low pressure. We have received great post sale support from the dealership after both recent vehicle purchases.

They are running a scam. I messaged them about a 2023 Honda odyssey that they had listed on their site. They verified it was there, so I drove 45 minutes to go see it immediately after speaking to them. They wanted my phone number but I wouldn t provide it because I said I would be there within the hour. When we got there and asked to look at odysseys the lady said they haven t had any on their lot in a while. When I stated I talked to someone she went in the back room and then came back out and said Oh, yeah we sold it, the manager said he tried to call you but you refused to share your phone number but she had already said they haven t had an odyssey in for ever. This is a scam business that is trying to get people s contact details to probably sell. I will never purchase from this company again.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable about our car needs. Being new VW owners, we were a bit nervous about the dealership and if we would get good service and fair prices.We left satisfied and with another scheduled service.

I bought an A3. The sales process was great. Timothy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then came the signing of the purchase agreement. I was required to sign a paper in which I had to agree to use arbitration to settle all disputes. I asked, how does this benefit me? The answer was silence. If the service department is negligent in their work, my only option is arbitration. I asked what would happen if I did not sign the document. They said they would not sell the car to me. I had spent a lot of time researching cars, and I could not start the process over. If signing this document is a precondition to a purchase, then it should be made clear up front.

We were in the market for an Audi and attempted a few times to engage Flow via there website during the pandemic. They were slow to respond and didn't answer basic questions kiling the conversation. It felt like we were thrown on to the pile of customers not worth their time. I guess it's hard to tell through an internet inquiry who's serious and has money. We ended up having a good experience buying elsewhere after engaging through the internet. Now we're getting spammed with junk emails from Flow - which aren't worth my time.

Great staff, great service. Brought the car to my house for test drive, I purchased it the next day. Fair deal on trade-in and they took care of all DMV paperwork without hesitation. Would highly recommend buying an Audi from Flow Automotive.

Phil at the body shop is super friendly and knowledgable. He remembered we spoke a month prior. Our Shelby is in for repairs after a deer nicked it and our Beetle is next for repairs to the convertible roof.

I had to edit my review...You should still see Ray down at Mazda, but avoid service at the VW/Audi/Porsche center!My warranty issue was not resolved and I was blamed.Not a single employee was wearing gloves, half of them didn't use their face masks correctly and no one wiped down any of the 5 cars I saw them "finish" in the 2 1/2 hours I was there.I hope you get fined from the DOH for not following regulations.

Please edit your phone number, do not dial the one listed here as you'll bother an innocent private number. Flow, please fix!!!!!!!!!! This poor woman gets calls from random people because you listed the wrong number. Borderline harassment.

We had an issue with our service appointment but the general manager stepped up to explain the situation and took care of us. I will be taking my Audi here for all future services
