I had a wonderful car buying experience from beginning to end. Aside from the fact that I LOVE my Nissan Kicks, I would say it was the people that made everything special. Quinton, my Sales Associate, and Scott, the Manager, were awesome. They were helpful, thoughtful, flexible, and very professional. They won my trust and I can without reservation recommend them and CMA Colonial Nissan to anyone who is in the market for a car!

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me get my 2016 Nissan Murano in tip top shape. Josslyn is my new best friend. She has gone above and beyond to take care of me, she is pleasant and very professional. Also a great shout out to Clay who doesn't make you feel bad about asking on how to use a the new bells and whistles. Hands down the best car purchasing experience ever! My salesman AJ was super knowledgeable about the 2023 Ariya I was interested in, and Scott did a great job of understanding my unique situation and putting together the best deal possible for me! I had done my homework online already and this deal was almost too good to be true- Give them a chance and they'll blow you away! Eric in finance was great as he walked me through the final payment numbers, and they bought my old car and had me out with a new Nissan in under two hours! I'll definitely be using them again for any future car needs.

I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue SUV and had an excellent experience at the dealership. Sam Clarke, my sales guy, was amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. His preparation made the entire process smooth and efficient. Additionally, Mike Phillips, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He had all the paperwork ready to be signed and the DMV paperwork prepared, which saved us a lot of time. Both Sam and Mike's dedication and attention to detail made the car-buying experience a pleasure. I highly recommend working with them for a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.

Andrew in the service department gave me exceptional & professional customer service. The cashier whom I don't recall her name, was polite, happy, & friendly as well. Andrew was timely, & made the usual dealer recommended maintenance suggestions per mileage & age of vehicle, which I didn't do (I go by manufacturer recommended cycles which can differ from dealer recommended cycles). He looked up my warranty, & printed out all of my Nissan NV 3500 maintenance history after I initially denied a printed copy. He wasn't bothered that I changed my mind & he had to look it up again. He also gave me the part number to a fog light that was broken & caused a failed state inspection, & informed me that they had it in stock. I already knew about the light & the Nissan part cost before I went in. I will replace it on my own & return for the pass. He wasn't pushy or bothered. He just said ok, bring it back without an appointment & we'll have the tech sign it off. We've always had a positive experience here even though we bought our vehicle in another state. The experience at this dealer over the last 3 years is far & above so much better than the generally poor experiences we have had at 2 other brand dealers here in Charlottesville over that same time, even after they changed owners. I literally left today thinking I would & want to buy a vehicle from this shop solely based on my experience today. I don't even want a Nissan vehicle, we only bought an NV for our large family because it was the best of those big vans. Thank you for your integrity & care to your customers. It was noticed by me in a big way. Keep it up.

Andrew was really helpful! Everyone I worked with was great and very professional. I didn t feel the typical dealership pressure to buy a bunch of unnecessary things and they fixed several car issues even though they weren t related to my recall. Thanks to all!

Failed to advise I needed to bring all sets of keys for recall work when appointment was made. Now I must make second appointment and have cost of driving to Cville twice with $3.55 per gallon gasoline plus the 90 minutes of my very valuable time. I bill my time at $350 an hour. Your error of ommission ends up being a costly burden forced on me.

I ran into a median due to the snowstorm this past January and had to take my car to COLONIAL, my car was undriveable. They not only kept me up-to-date with ALL the repairs and what it would cost, etc. but they are helping me with payment plans. They are a great company to work with and I will take my car there anytime for anything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Quinton is just terrific. He's their EV specialist, and he knows everything. We leased a 2020 LEAF for a few years and recently exchanged it for a 2024. He guided us through the whole process, walking us all the different places we needed to go within the dealership, giving our 2-year-old daughter some things to color on, and just being a genuinely nice person. Whenever I've stopped by the dealership since, I've always looked forward to seeing and chatting with him. Can't recommend him highly enough.

This dealership is like every other, in that if it has the car you want at the price you can afford, you will buy there. If either are not true, you won t. I doubt any of us would buy a car we don t want, or pay a price we cannot afford, just to do business there. That would not make sense.The reason why I didn t give a one star review is because of Nick, the general manager. He stepped into a very messy situation with my deal, and smoothed it out as best he could. He tried to make it right after the fact, and for that I am appreciative.The reason why I cannot give three stars, or certainly anything higher, is the performance of Scott. He was condescending from our first interaction, and he mishandled my deal over and over again. The last thumb in the eye came for me today, more than two months after the transaction, when the DMV informed me that the insurance was not switched over and I am out of compliance. I have two weeks until my license is suspended, I ll have to handle this tomorrow myself.This is the conversation I had with Scott in January:Tim: Why do I not have insurance on my truck? I paid the processing fee, it s quite expensive. What was that for? Scott: The processing fee is not to process the sale. Its dealer profit added to the sale. It s not for processing documents, it goes into the dealership s pocket. That level of deception is egregious, I m surprised he admitted it. Actually I m not, he wanted to stick it to me, and he did. I ll have to untangle it myself tomorrow. I m my opinion, you can find a better dealership, and certainly someone better with which to work. I highly encourage everyone to do that.

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra from Laura and she was the best. I live 1 hour 30 minutes away and I asked her to provide pictures of the vehicle because I wanted to be aware of any imperfections before I purchased it. Laura went a step beyond and did a video and pointed them out. I appreciate her honesty and when I came to purchase the vehicle everything was exactly as she showed no surprises. The buying process was seamless and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend Laura as your sales person. She even followed up with me to ask how my son liked his car.

I recently sold my Infiniti to Colonial Nissan and leased a Rogue. The entire process was quick and so easy. I bought my 2015 Nissan Altima from Colonial Nissan and the service I received was impeccable. This was the first vehicle I've bought from a dealership so I didn't know to much about it but they went beyond and made sure I was comfortable. I had a 730am appt to wait for a Va State inspection. From 810 which is when I went yo the window to see what was happening till I got a text at 834 nothing was being done to my I car but sitting in the air. I watched through the window. I replied back to the text instantly which I felt was poor in itself to text me when I m sitting right in your waiting room. I wait another 15 minutes before I go to find out what s going on because no one is working on my vehicle. The Service comes back and said no one got my text, again I m sitting right in the waiting room. Why didn t you come to me??? So I get out 1.5 hrs later when atleast 1hr and 15 minutes of that I watch my car sit. Then your cashier is coughing and hacking and doesn t say one pleasant word at check and the way she was hacking over there I didn t want to hand her my card. It was an overall poor customer service experience!!

I was very pleased with routine maintenance provided by Colonial Nissan. Arrangements were efficient and the work was completed in a timely manner. The Colonal Nissan facility provided a excellent area for waiting, etc.

The entire experience was completely unexpected. I was impressed by the customer service prior to my arrival. The sales agent was very responsive to my requests. As well as the sales manager and the agent who assisted with the purchase process with the bank. I am not great with names so please excuse the lack of detail on the names of who all assisted me with the purchase of my Nissan Rogue. I strongly recommend anyone come shop at CMA Charlottesville for the optimal buying experience! Thank you again for your service.
