The service staff there is incredible. I wouldn t bring my vehicles anywhere else but to that place. The hospitality, their customer service and their talent is off the charts. Michael is an incredible manager there at the service department. Don t lose him guys cause I would definitely follow him.

Team kept me informed during the diagnostic and resolution stages of the vehicle repair and called me to let me know when it was ready. Overall experience was wonderful as they have always been polite and easy to work with. Pricing no horrible either. And lastly, to wash and dry my vehicle was above and beyond. Recommend these folks to anyone.

Sam Clark was truly incredible! From meeting Sam to the purchase of our car, over 2 months due to travel, he was always attentive but not over bearing. The whole process was seamless even with the trade in of our previous vehicle. The kids room is also a lifesaver for kiddos when going over paperwork! Will definitely be back for the next upgrade!

QUICK LANES. I first want to say that Colonial sales has always been great. Quick lanes on the other has been less than satisfactory every time I have been there. The employees tend to be very rude. My latest experience was with Brandon Tinsley who was extremely rude. The manager on duty, Todd Wheeler, was not much better. He was slightly more polite but had a smirk on his face the whole time I was discussing my problems. This same vehicle has been to this shop three times for inspection within me purchasing the vehicle from Colonial. Every time it has failed for something different each time. The last time was for the seat belt which is in the same condition that I bought it in. The problem is not that it failed for this. I understand how inspections work. The problem is that this vehicle has been there three different times and the seat belt was never mentioned the first two time. Safety is a priority. This should ve been caught the first two times it was there so that it could have been fixed properly. Instead I have now paid on three different occasions and had VERY rude interactions and lack of apologies for it previously being missed.

Had really great service here on a recent tire replacement. Their pricing was less than a competitor. Communicated well and we re very kind. They even washed our car!

An outstanding experience with car representatives. Clear car purchase and trade-in details. An attentive staff assists, all to make car buying efficient and easy. Cars are immaculate and a prospective buyer can enjoy a test drive with the opportunity to ask questions and learn the car to satisfaction.

Excellent service Dropped my truck off on Saturday without an appointment. Ka-Tari Brown called me first thing Monday morning and said even though I didn t have a scheduled appointment he would get it worked in as soon as possible. He called me back Tuesday afternoon to let me know that issue was resolved

Got an appt for a line up relatively easily. Went right in. Took a little over an hour, worth the wait, vehicle drives so much better. Caught up with a friend from a few years back that works there. Overall good experience

Wasted 3 days inquiring on a car we wanted to purchase from here back and forth made 2 trips to look at the car and the salesman told us after stringing us a long it would not be sold, it had too man problems. Why not find these things out before posting the car on your website and wasting everyone's time. Will never deal with this place again

Great communication and very efficient process. We finished the test drive, trade-in, purchase with financing in half a day. This is the fourth vehicle I purchased from Colonial Auto Center. They treat either the new customer or loyalty customer very well. Highly recommend!Thank you Shah. Thank you Scott! Happy to see the salesperson sold the first car to me growing up to the manager here.

Contacted this place on last day of the month about a vehicle, got approved Saturday morning and negotiations lasted through Saturday mid day... as of writing this havent heard from them all week. Guess they werent motivated to sell.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. After making several efforts with other dealerships we decided to visit colonial auto center before we made our final decision as to which car to purchase. Thats when we met Jeff and Gavin, and they made us feel like family. That same day we unexpectedly bought a car because of the amazing treatment we received. Customers for life, definitely. I still can t believe I got my car inspected in the middle of the day. I was turned away from many others but Colonial Auto Center was amazing to do this inspection for me. They were kind the whole time I was there. Very polite and professional. I will definitely go here again. If anyone deserves my money it would be someone like these guys who no matter the time of day . They are will to help. Thanks guys!

July 1, 2022Dear Liza Borchers,I want to thank your car Salesman Jeff Holland for helping me find a new to me car after my car accident on June 4, 2022. It took me a while to feel better and it was certainly not a good time financially to take out a car loan. Jeff was a great listener, experienced, funny, understanding and patient with my temporary memory loss. Would like to thank Felicia our salesperson for going above a beyond for us. She get 5 stars! The window on or SUV was chipped when we got there to look at it they tried to repair it but a few days after getting home the chip started to crack , we called to let them know and Felicia call a couple hour a latter to let us know they ordered us a new windshield and to bring it back they would take care of it .Now for the bad the Financial department is over pushy and all about the up sale we did get an extended warranty . I told them I did most of or up keep on our cars oil change, breaks ext . But after read the paper work fine print all the maintenance work that is done has to be document it with a receipt with the Vin make model of the car the date in my name or it s not valid. So the warranty is useless after I do I first oil change. So when I called complained about it she wasn t receptive but the sales manager assured me that I could do my own or changes etc. with no problem . I m still trying to get in contact with the warranty company but as everything to them is automated it s hard to talk to anyone.So just watch out for the finance department.

My experience exceeded my expectations! Jeff and his team were very low pressure, or really no pressure. He was very friendly and personable. I wasn't in a super hurry to drive the car off the lot because of logistics with my car that I was driving, and they offered to bring the car all the way to me in Louisa after I got home from my very long workday! Jeff will keep you informed all along the way and made my experience one to remember. I'll be back, hopefully not soon since I'm loving my car!! Thanks everyone!!

I want to give a special shout out to Christine and Colonial Auto Center. I recently purchased a new vehicle from them. A few weeks later I noticed an issue with my air conditioner. I brought it back to them and they repaired it with no hesitation. They also let me use a nice vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. Although I was a bit frustrated at first, I m definitely highly satisfied and would not only continue to do business with them, but will also recommend them to friends and family as well. Thanks again!!
