Vinnie is a really nice guy and did a great job. My Toyota Sienna was a mess after being left on the driveway dirty all winter, and he was happy to get some difficult stains and deeply embedded gunk out of my paint. Then, I won't bore you with details, but after he left I found a mistake hed' made (not with the car) that was something I easily could have made myself. But it was an inconvenience to me and I called him the next morning. Not only did he think back and remember and admit he'd made the mistake, he went waaaay over and beyond to correct it, and would not accept an extra tip for his extraordinary effort that resulted in the mistake completely corrected. Beautiful job - my 2015 Pilot looks like a new car. I also like how they use very little water-better for the environment. Highly recommend.

The guys crushed it... We spilled a growler of beer under the rear passenger seat, which left a nice yeasty smell in our new Audi. Not only did they shampoo out the smell, they polished the car up so nicely that it looks better than it did when we drove it off the dealer s lot! Very happy customer here. There was a bit of mix up on the start time, but not a major issue. Them coming to us vs. us going to a detail center was a HUGE benefit, too! Highly recommend their service.

My ten year old Camry looks new. It had some major upholstery stains and lots if scratches. Absolutely incredible service! I called and they came same day to my apartment complex and made my car look (and smell) perfect after a friend vomited the night before. Vinny was absolutely amazing! I needed one car detailed at first and he scheduled us for that same day and it was spotless. We then scheduled for two more which he arranged for the following day. One of our employees noticed how great our cars looked and he asked Vinny if he would do his truck that day as well and he did! Could not recommend this service enough!

I emailed the business on Feb 21st to set up an appointment. I got a response back in under 10 minutes! I was so impressed with the quick response and thanked Dijuan for setting a time for me just two days later! I later that evening got a text from Vinny to go over details and felt good about selecting this company. I had even bragged already to a friend that they were so responsive. Feb 23rd the day of my appointment rolled around and I d heard nothing nor did anyone show up show for my 8:30 am appointment. There had been some 2 hour weather delays with schools in the area so I thought maybe they weren t comfortable with road conditions. So I text Vinny to say hey if you need to come at a later time it s fine with me. I got no response and no one ever came. I have waited now 3 weeks before leaving this review in case someone followed up and was like hey we really messed up or dropped the ball but I ve not heard from anyone since. I m bummed because I read all their other reviews which made me select them but they never showed up and never even responded to me when I felt as though I was being more than understanding that delays happen and was willing to take another time if the weather was an issue.Follow up: I was contacted after the review and was offered a free service. The vehicle was cleaned. The quality of the cleaning work was very good. Thanks!Service: Auto detailing

I cannot say enough how impressed I am! Boy did I have a challenge for Vinny and his team: my car was old with years of grime and dust on the outside and interior. After 3 hours of his hard work, it looks incredible. I asked him to take his time because I really wanted as thorough of a job as possible, and he came through. Many of the stains on the seats and in the seams of seats have come out, and the car actually shines.He is incredibly accommodating, and I will absolutely come to him for more extensive services in the future. Vinnie and his team did a fantastic job detailing my car. It looks great inside and out. He was very professional on the phone, allowed me to drop my car off right away, and had it done in less than a couple hours. Highly recommend!

Vinny and his team did a fantastic job detailing my 2008 Honda Civic. I had my car transported from the west coast to the east coast. When it arrived it was extremely dirty. Vinny quoted me a reasonable price for cleaning the interior as well as washing, buffing, and adding a sealant to the exterior finish. He was also able to detail my car same day in about 1.5 hrs. Overall great experience! Thanks again Vinny!

I came to Charlottesville to visit family for the week. After a few 90 degree days, the smoothie I left in my car exploded. It looked like a smoothie murder scene. A huge black stain was baked on the light grey roof liner.... I called Vinnie at 12. Dropped it off at 12 30. Just picked it up at 4. There is NO evidence of the smoothie crime scene in my car. I thought for sure there would be at least a faint stain. But it's gone.... completely! I'm not sure what they did.... but they worked magic. My car looks great! I highly recommend Vinnie and his team.

I've been to see Vinny and his team multiple times for interior detailing and have never been disappointed! They pay close attention to detail, work quickly, and charge a good price. Vinny is fast to respond and has been able to schedule me in on short notice. I will definitely continue to use Charlottesville Auto Detailing for all of my future needs!

Awesome job. Reasonable price. One of the three vehicles vinny detailed for me today had been neglected, basically, for six years. You wouldn t know it now to look at it. Thanks Vinny great job!

They came next day after I sent a request in through their website. I they were through on both the inside and outside of my minivan. They even cleaned up after they were done. You will not find a better service that wont break the bank in the area. Was able to book an appointment for the next day. Great communication and the best customer service I've had in a while. The end result is exactly what I wanted and done in a timely fashion. I will be going here for all my future detailing.

The price paid was not worth the quality service. The service I received is the same as a $30 cleaning at a dr.wash. He left a bunch of marks on the doors and said he couldn t get it out. Also shady because the guy said he if only accepting cash and his reasoning didn t make any sense.It got the job done but wasn t worth $125.***UPDATED*** He texted me back after this review and said he would fix the cleaning since I was not happy with it. I don't live in the area so I declined the offer. Then he said next time I am in the area, he would give me a free cleaning. Customer service was great and I appreciate him caring about the quality of his service and reaching out to me.Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

In any weather, Vinnie will detail our car with the same effort he did in the summer.Always on time, and always smiling, he makes sure we are happy before money exchanges hands. I will never go to anyone else as long as this guy is around! Highly reccommeded!

After a summer of shenanigans, to include several river trips and treks through the woods, this Expedition needed a little TLC. These guys cleaned it up beautifully and made her look brand new! All the nooks and crannies were cleaned out, the mold gone and it sparkled all over. Highly recommended!

I have been to a lot of detailing places and none of them compare to the work I have received from this company. I could be anywhere in town running errands and they have come to me less than 30/minutes response time and service! EXCELLENT! Service I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.
