I would NOT recommend using Brown Collision Center. I am only writing this because Brown will not return my calls or outreach. The work that they did, took additional time. Externally everything looked fine. I also understand that plans change. However, we were not notified of this until the end of the promised day of completion. They knew for multiple days that the work would not be completed on time, but failed to notify us. They have very poor communication skills.Now to the work they did not do. Internally the car was a mess. I'm assuming they thought it was hidden and we would not notice. The AC worked prior to the collision with the deer. However, upon receiving the car back from Brown. The AC did not work. I had explained that the condenser was damaged (Bent and leaking) from day one. Brown stated to my Insurance that it was not damaged. My insurance asked me to take it back to them. I called to set that up and Brown refused to look at it.I took my car to another mechanic due to the car overheating. It was discovered that not only was the condenser damaged beyond repair. The radiator was also damaged (bent and leaking). Brackets holding the radiator in place were bent and one case not even attached to the radiator any longer. Brown had to remove the plastic cover to replace a bar directly over the condenser and radiator. There is no way to miss the damage. Either their technician was incompetent or they purposefully neglected it and replaced the cover.I have followed up with Brown via phone on two occasions, and once using their "contact us" page. I would like an explanation as to why they neglected the work and left the car unsafe to drive. My mechanic also found that the work they did was poorly done internally as well. Brackets were left off or broken.I am not sure how you could miss the damage in the attached images, but they did. The bracket my mechanic is holding was supposed to be holding the radiator in place. It was not even attached. This is what the car looked like internally after they supposedly "fixed it".

My experience with this company was terrible. It took them 3 months to repair the side of my truck and bed. As you can see from the pictures they charged me for installing a new decal on the bed side. They never did. They installed a new windshield that leaks on the drivers side. They only put 2 screws out of 8 back into the tailgate inside assembly. They scratched my dash when replacing windshield. I complained to my contact there Ken Smith. He never got back with me. Please don t use this company. I have $600 in damages that I have to pay for. They will only frustrate you. They do not pay attention to details. I would not recommend Brown's Collision to anyone who is looking to have repairs done on their vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at the beginning of February to have repairs done from when a deer hit my truck back in December. I was told the part's employees could not find my parts, so I had to find them for them. I was also told that my truck was finished but when I showed up it wasn't and then was charged to keep the rental (over $250 for 1 day) because my rental was up, which I am still fighting. Brown's did not even offer to pay for the rental, even though they screwed up. When they called me the second time to tell me it was done, I showed up and it was still not done but I was so frustrated I took it and left the rental. I had such a horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. The only reason I took it there, was because it was GEICO's guaranteed shop, which was the biggest mistake of my life. My truck is still not fully repaired correctly. I will have to say Pete, was as nice as he could be, and even laughed and joked about me coming to work there since I was able to find the parts within 5 minutes and their employees couldn't. Save your self some headache and go somehwere else and do not waste your time!!

We selected Brown from the list provided by State Farm based on location. State Farm eventually declared a total loss on our car meaning we don't know anything about the repair quality. However, the folks at Brown are very nice. I can only imagine that quality will be reflected on the repair.

Great customer service. The staff were very nice. Tibbs goes above and beyond as an advisor to ensure you are informed and any questions are answered. Couple issues were resolved in a prompt manner. They offer a shuttle service that can pick you up and drop you off. The truck was clean when I got it back. Would recommend this body shop to others.

Will not recommend to anyone. My van went there after I hit a deer in December. Never bothered calling once for any updates/ communication SUCKS. Only time they called was after it was done and they wanted payment. Picked my vehicle up and drove 6 miles down the road and my van overheated. This was a KNOWN issue going in. Took them another week to fix that. When we finally got it back we realized they painted the bumper blue instead of black. We will NEVER use them again.As I mentioned the issue with paint earlier, we took the vehicle home at night time and noticed in the following morning it was a different color.

This is the worst Bodyshop I ve ever been to in my life! The customer service was horrible with cold narcissistic sounding people, but most importantly, I had to bring my vehicle back three times because they couldn t get it right. All they had to fix was a minor repair in the front, which was a damaged fog light along with minor front end damage. They fixed the front end damage and sent the car home with my wife without a fog light. To make a long story short we had to go back and bring our car back three times for them to get it right with no apologies at any time at all. We had to inconvenience ourselves by bringing our cars back to their shop which is in a different county With no acknowledgment of their mistakes or trash left in our car. Absolutely no quality control or inspections after work is done. And of course they wouldn t return my calls because they re pathetic! I ve already warned Geico, who recommended these pathetic people to drop them! I ll never return!

Very bad service. Went with USAA recommendation. Will never go back. My car was rear ended, repair was decent BUT they spray painted my rear tire, left powder residue all over interior and trunk, and the dash check engine lights were all on when I picked it up (no one walked with me to go over the repairs). I brought up the issues and was told they'd take care of it and detail the car (another day without the car). I went to pick it up and they told me they couldn't detail it because I had dyed my carpets (I've never dyed my carpets). I still have paint on tires and I had to clean the car myself. Overall, horrible service and quality of work. You've been warned. Stay away!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had my 2021 Toyota Tundra repaired by the team at Brown's Collision Center. The technician did an excellent job repairing the dents and the paint looks like the day I drove it off the dealer lot. They helped to arrange a rental vehicle and the job was completed on schedule. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do NOT go here unless you want to go back 5+ times for them to fix the work they did! This was the worst experience possible, I had my bumper replaced and my car must have been scraped/hit on their lot overnight (evident in my cracked taillight and paint) and it appeared they tried to buff it out. They tried to fix that and the paint began peeling off my bumper 3 more times. Beyond disappointed in the work. Customer service has tried to be helpful, but not returned my calls when they said they would. Still waiting to hear back about when they will be replacing my bumper AGAIN.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The place has a rodent problem. During my accident, my dogs got sick, and because the vehicle wasn't cleaned, rodents entered my vehicle. An additional $8k so far, damage was done via rodent chews. They refused to accept responsibility, forcing me to file an additional claim, which meant I had to pay my deductible again. I'm surprised they are not insured for stuff like that. I don't even know what to say. Honestly, I don't know if they are overworked or understaffed or they're just doing the best they can. Unfortunately it was not a great experience. My car was in the shop for 4 weeks. We were told on four different incidents that it was ready and when we called to get a time to pick up it was not ready. There were more parts that needed to be worked on. It has been an ordeal. Unfortunately, I feel like it wasn't until I started to get hardcore and tell them that they had to pay for my car rental now because my insurance was no longer paying was when they finally seemed to get their act together. That is sad. It shouldn't be that way. I have had several people say the squeaky wheel gets the grease (not sure if that's the right expression) anyway, once I started really getting hardcore and complaining was when it seemed like things started to move.After speaking to several people there, my sense of it is number one, they are overworked, I also feel like there's just a struggle with being honest as to how long something's going to take. I understand, if they cannot give you an estimate until they get in and figure out what's wrong or what the actual damage is and what the parts are that are needed and how long those parts will be before they arrive. But they should not say to you. "Oh we will have this completed on x date" when there is no way on earth that is the case or that they can even do that unless it's black and white clear as to what the problem is. Just communicate honestly to people don't tell them what they want to hear just so you get their business which is unfortunately what this feels like. And I don't know if that is the motto of the company or just the way things have always been done and so that's the way they still do it. But it's not acceptable customer service. Don't get me wrong. They tried. It just doesn't work for me. I don't know that I would ever be back to Brown or would recommend them. Maybe one day they'll get their act together and it'll be different. But until you start seeing better reviews people, when you know better, you do better, pay attention to the reviews. They're true. They're not made up. They're not just angry people just wanting to vent. I'm not angry, I'm just really really sad. There is a lot of truth to these posts.

Stay away from this place, bunch of unprofessionals work there who doesn't understand basics of customer service. They'll take forever to complete simplest job.Read other 1-star reviews and you'll see the pattern!

Had an accident, and they repaired my car. Great service !! The repair is being looked at again and I'm waiting to hear from them. Hopefully something easy to address and fix.

Terrible experience all around. Brought my vehicle in to repair a broken window and bumper. Got it back and the bumper wasn t touched and there was a huge scratch on the door. So we then scheduled to have the bumper fixed and scratch painted with them because it s on their dime. Luckily they did take accountability for this. Brought it back for these repairs and they had it for a week and half; having it sit in the shop for a week before even being touched. After It not being touched for 3 days, They did offer to give me a rental car but I backed out of that after a terrible experience trying to get the rental car and the pantops enterprise s refusal to work with browns. Terrible communication; could never get in touch with my adjuster. Had to call and complain to even get the van done in the week and a half that It took. They tried to make it right and they clearly care about customer experience and care but the whole place is extremely unorganized and chaotic and when you have people s vehicles they rely on it s just too much.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop. They fixed my car in a timely manner - even faster than I expected! They even cleaned my car for me! Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and nice. Great place and will come back if I need to!

Unethical Business. Management has no concern for the way they do business. 2011 Toyota Highlander was brought to their shop. After tear down, it was deemed total loss. Instead of putting the parts they removed during total loss, they decided to keep the parts. When I talked to the manager, he showed no concern nor tried to make it right. Save your time and money and stay away from these thieves!

Not a bad thing I can say about Browns. The body shop did a beautiful job on my car and everyone is super friendly. The team who handled my car and claim was quick, efficient and my advisor Tibbs kept me updated the whole step of the way and made me feel much better about having my car repaired. Great body work. Receptionists lack self-awareness, talk over top of customers, and are exceptionally disrespectful. Not sure their barrier to allowing both parties partake in conversation. Disappointing at best.

I've been to Brown twice over the span of a year or so, and they've done a great job with dents and repainting on both occasions. Very convenient partnership with Enterprise Rental Car, with easy drop off and pick up. The only caution I have is that they are exceedingly busy, so double check the estimate very thoroughly as the first time they missed a ding on the sideview mirror (and I wasn't ever able to get that fixed since they wouldn't return call), and the second time I asked for a non-accident-related ding on the same panel to get fixed (paying cash), but they never put it on the estimate. First of all, let me say that I really hate to leave this review because I know some of the employees that work there, and they are good people. On June 14 My car was dropped off at Brown's. Two weeks later Brown's called and said my car was ready. My husband and I went after hours to pick up the car and we get there and the car is locked and the keys are not where I told them to leave them. So my husband called an employee and told him about the key situation and this employee agreed to come back to unlock the shop to get my key. While we were waiting for this employee to come, my husband noticed there was a dent on the back door. So he calls this employee back and tells them never mind do not come because we're not taking the car because of the dent. Two weeks go by Browns calls and says the car is ready. My husband notices that that the two doors are uneven and refuses to take the car again. We got the car back today almost 3 weeks later that I'm writing this review. Being that it took almost six weeks to get my car back is why am leaving this review and the reason my car will not be repaired by Brown's in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Browns did a excellent job on my Lincoln MKZ.... matched the paint perfect even looks before than before.. plus they cleaned my vehicle also... I highly recommend Brown Collision Center, and I want to personally thank Christian, Jim, and the entire staff for their hard work and dedication. Choosing a collision center after an accident can be stressful and overwhelming, but I've learned that it doesn't have to be. That is because Christian and everyone who helped me at Brown was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Given the high demand and the current state of the parts industry, the work that they do every single day is far from easy. Yet, I was greeted with a smile and never rushed or deferred. I felt heard and understood, my concerns were all addressed, and I was treated like a member of a family rather than a number. They care, they do quality work, and they share the same goal-- to put the damage behind you and to get you back on the road. Thank you Brown. You are the best!Service: Body & Trim

The parts were never ever ordered! I told him I wanted the work done, that I did not want to take it somewhere else. Jorge told me "that is your option, so your truck is ready to be picked up, you can come get it." i was forced to make an appt with another shop because management was unwilling to right a wrong, Not ever to apologize. They DONT communicate. I called multiple times a few days after my scheduled appointment to check the status and never got a call back. I was even LIED to and told, by Jorge, "they started breaking it down" I needed to get some things out of the truck, when I did, I found the work had NOT begun. After 10 days, I asked to speak with the owner or a different manager. They simply diverted my request and sent me back to the same unhelpful people. After I expressed my frustration that they scheduled me weeks premature with no feedback, even after asking for an update, they told me to "pick it up and take it somewhere else" There is no excuse for poor communication, no accountability and just brushing me off. They did not care at all about my time being wasted. Now I have to start this entire process over. Worst auto shop experience ever. Very disappointed in the team overall. If you think you can make this right.. do reach out. I would appreciate FULL accountability.

I do not recommend this autobody shop. I save us whole heartedly because it has been five weeks that they have not finished fixing a car that only required a few parts and every single week we have gotten a call from them saying that they have forgotten a piece on the day that the car was supposed to be picked up and that has been going on for three weeks. Do not use this place if your insurance is tied to them. You re screwed get a new insurance company. This is not a great place.
