For purchasing a premium car, one would expect customer service that matches. I ve NEVER had a great experience at this service center. Making an appointment is absolutely futile. For a 10am oil change appointment, it s now past 130pm and still waiting. This is not a one off either. It s every. single. time. We have to drive an hour to and from this service center & it s cause to explore other manufacturers when we re on the hunt for another vehicle again.Service: Oil change

Avoid this business at all cost. I was told my transmission needed to be replaced for a price tag of $8,000. I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion, and it ended up being a $200 fix for a sensor. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have had an on-going issue with my car, requiring several visits to remedy as required by BMW. Service Advisor, Jacob did an outstanding job in expediting the process and making a potentially frustrating situation, manageable.

Dropped my BMW i3 off after-hours on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning before 10am it was ready for pickup. Prompt, professional, and easy. Special thanks to Darshaun who went above and beyond. Props to the dealership for working hard to provide a safe environment during COVID-19. Service advisor made a point to apply hand sanitizer before touching my key, paperwork, and receipt. 10/10Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Didn't enjoy my service there! You come in and nobody to answer your questions( staying in their offices waiting for you to be tired of waiting)! Didn't know that excellence mean that
