When my car broke down unexpectedly late at night, they were able to get to me within minutes of me calling! The lady over the phone was so courteous and helpful, and the guy driving the truck was friendly and made sure I was safe and had a ride before he left. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for their customer service and professionalism!

This is the best towing company ever. They went out of there way above and beyond. I could not be more impressed as their prompt response time was a life saver in a stressful situation. They were a godsend and very courteous. I highly recommend B&M Towing over any other towing company. Jamie is amazing and will go out of his way to take care of the customer. Absolutely fantastic experience!! I cannot recommend this company enough. From my first call talking to Jamie through to the end when Maverick had dropped my vehicle at the repair place, these guys transformed my ordeal on a cool rainy evening into an altogether positive experience. They were extremely friendly, prompt, and communicative. Maverick was even able to show me exactly what had gone wrong with my vehicle, which gave me knowledge going forward. And the charge for all this was more than reasonable. To sum it up, this company truly cares and knocks the ball way out of the park!

Great company I ve used them twice now to move my giant toolbox. They treated it like it was theirs and took care of it. If anyone has moved a big box it s scary. They made it look easy both times. The box was secured correctly with zero play or damage. Highly recommend.

Wonderful company that goes the extra mile! Helped me find a local place to take my car to for repair! Would recommend and would use again in a heartbeat! They are truly amazing! Thank you Jamie and family for making me feel like family!

Absolutely amazing family owned business. They truly go the extra mile to help their customer feel like family! They came through when my insurance company failed to find a local tow company for 4 hours and rescued me and my dog from the 28 degree temps. I am FOREVER grateful for them!!! Thank you again!

Great experience, really helpful. He came out and met me on a Sunday afternoon when my starter died. Instead of towing me he helped me get the car roll started and didn't even charge me for it. Really great guy, highly recommended.
