update 2-28-2024.....I went to AutoZone not long ago and asked staff James H. and Jeff in commercial why my car was making a medium loud noise inside of car. Both staff found a round hole in the firewall and advised me to buy a tiger patch kit and James H. helped me install it which solved the noise problem and made my whole entire day..... Again Michael and general manager David were awesome!!!!! They checked my charging system and discovered my battery was bad. Because it was under warranty, they swapped it and installed a brand new one without a fuss. I was extremely impressed with there positive attitude and customer service and will highly recommend AutoZone to other people.

Poorly staffed, poor management. I saw other staff members probably mangers but they were not assisting the two cashiers. The line was out the door yet these staff members did not assist in getting the customers out. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to have my battery installed, then another 10 minutes installing it. I didn t like that the cashier waited on customers in line behind me before installing my battery. I saw a very small sign on the window that they are hiring.

Excellent experience! Shout out to James and Michael. James who was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone, and Michael who installed a new battery in my car in minutes, skillfully and with clear communication. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The young man who helped me was very polite and confident in knowing what he was doing, and he explained the situation with my car. Not only was the service great, but I was in a time crunch and the guy at the counter was awesome. He went as quickly as he could, went outside with me to help, and didn t give up when we hit a snag. ann actual great experience for what seemed like a quick and easy thing.

Listen, I'm NOT a car guy. So often I feel like I'm being taken advantage of or treated standoffishly. This experience was nothing like that at all. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and honesty. This shop is 45 mins out of my way. I have an Autozone down the street from me. I'll be coming here for all of my vehicle's needs and every vehicle in my home as well for the forseeable future. Thank you!!!

Awesome service! I called advance auto to price a battery and asked if they would install it for me. A representative at Zions crossroad advance auto told me that they don t install batteries, it would take 30 mins and they aren t allowed this was new news for me. So I called this location and their staff was fantastic! They had 2 employees, but they assisted me as if they had a full staff. They made me feel welcomed and valued! I will not be going back to advance auto! ThAnk you auto done for having a great staff!

Had a good experience here with a purchase and installation. Purchased a bulb and the sales associate installed it as promptly as possible.I really appreciate the fact that the staff here will graciously go above and beyond to perform excellent customer service. This cannot be found of other competing businesses in the area and definitely gives them a leg up above their competition.Their prices are also cheaper than the "advanced " place in town just so you know!

Needed help checking my car battery after it died on a cold day. The guys working here were super helpful and nice. The gentleman ran two tests, first to check the battery voltage and what not, and second to show how it charges with the engine on. He showed the info on the battery and how it matched the reading on his device, and how all tests passed with no issue. Best of all - this was free! I'll certainly come here to get the battery replaced when it eventually needs to happen. Heck, I want to buy them some donuts for how nice they were!

These guys are lifesavers. Stopped by for a second opinion after getting some weird info from AAA and the cashier, Darrell, couldn't have been more helpful. He did a full battery and alternator test on the spot for free. He stayed late for us (we got in a few minutes before closing) and was super personable and informative. I'd trust these guys again in a heartbeat, especially you Darrell, thanks!

Just wanted to pass along our family s full-throated thanks to Ethan for his 5-star service today. While his parents were visiting our Grandson today, his (Grandson s) car needed a battery replacement .he s a senior at UVA. His parents jump started his car and took it to a nearby auto parts store (an Advance Auto location) for battery testing and replacement. The Advance Auto representative confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced, but he just didn t feel like replacing the battery. Great customer service, right? NOT!Disappointed and frustrated with the response at Advance Auto, they proceeded to a nearby AutoZone where Ethan verified the battery replacement diagnosis and promptly identified the correct replacement battery. Ethan quickly replaced the battery with a smile and sent the VERY satisfied parents on their way now that s what real customer service looks like (hint to Advance Auto maybe you might want to retrain your employee).Again, a hearty Thank You to Ethan for his excellent customer service today! Good location, easy to see from US 250. Store has a large inventory. I needed some battery acid and they had it. They should designate their waiting line a little better. While I was waiting, some guy came in, went to the "Exit" of the line and got checked out.

This store is so nice. I accidentally bought a wiper blade from Walmart that was missing the connector from the package. I lost my receipt so I decided to see if I could just buy a connector somewhere. Turns out they don t sell the connectors separately. But these guys managed to find me an extra connector laying around so I didn t have to waste a brand new wiper blade. Made my rainy day.

Best customer service I ve ever experienced. James has helped me twice with troubleshooting, installation and walking me through the various steps to maintain my vehicle properly. He and everyone I have encountered at the AutoZone in Charlottesville have been wonderful and I am very thankful to have found a great place to take care of my car and trust they aren t going to overcharge or abuse my lack of knowledge in this field. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Auto Zone Right near my Home The staff is most helpful. They will help you prices or what worked best for them. A few times will install Wiper Blades which is a great help for women. Have shopped there quite a few years. Great prices. I tell my Friends about your store.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the hours are wide enough to accommodate a later afternoon/evening parts run when you forget something (unlike NAPA which closes at 5pm on Saturday). The biggest drawback is the pace of service. It can take forever just to checkout with a single item even when there are only 2-3 people in line. I would encourage management to instruct the staff to ensure that 1 person is always available as a cashier to keep the $ flowing. It's frustrating when you want to check out with a quart of oil but all 3 employees are in the parking lot assisting customers. That's great service, but probably not great business. I've actually walked out without my item more than once because the wait was unacceptable and I knew I could get what I needed down the street.
