My regular mechanic was busy and recommended this Autozone to do a simple battery replacement. The staff there was super helpful, answered my questions, and recommended me the exact battery reddit did, so ha. They were fast, professional, and kind. They even made sure to check the previous battery I had gotten at another location years ago wasn't still covered under warranty without me asking.

Amazing service! They verified the model, sold, and replaced my car battery in 15 minutes; plus they were cheaper than the AAA service that would have taken 2 hrs to arrive. Knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Great helpful service with my battery troubles. Deandre, Pedro, Angel and Mikey (at two locations, Seminole and River Road) really went out of their way and were super friendly. As a result, I plan to always go to one of their stores.

As per my previous visits, these guys don't fail to be as helpful as possible!! Across several states and vehicles their staff always goes above and beyond!! One of my go to faves for quick fixes like light bulbs replacement. Stop by and see them, they will do their best for you!!

While the young man who eventually helped me was very courteous and helpful, the senior staff member wanted nothing to do with me and left me standing outside for nearly half an hour after we had agreed to a transaction. Nobody said you have to be chipper and happy, but ignoring your customers is not a good way to get return business. I will not be returning.Update 8/4/23Ever since that one bad experience I had here, every other time I've come the people and the service have just been top notch. I'm sad I'm moving away now, because the people at this store have really been as good as you can hope for. Thank you all!

The guys who work here are always friendly and helpful. And they have never sold me an inappropriate part when I am purchasing replacement parts for my son to use for repairs on my car. I have a 2006 Honda CRV so it's not your average run of the mill car.

I had an excellent experience here! The guy that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I can t remember his name but he got me what I needed and out the door in a few minutes. He also speaks Spanish! I heard him help a Spanish speaking family while I was there, so if this would benefit you- go to this store, he is a huge help!The store is super clean, very well organized, and bigger than a lot of other auto parts stores I have been in.

I've helped a friend patch and keep their older vehicle running thanks to a lot of great parts from AutoZone. Their team also provides excellent reminders such as the importance of using dielectric grease on electrical connections

Waiting for 10 minutes in the checkout line, I was the only person in mine. The employees were at computers, only one was operating the register and decided to go do a headlight installation. I only had a single item. Very few places deserve business at this rate, it's like they're trying to push you to order everything online because they don't care about you in the stores

I have been having troubles with starting my car. I use it as a secondary car. I called ahead and asked if they check batteries. Tristain answered the phone and told me they weren t busy. I went over and Tristain checked not only my battery but my alternator. Very professional experience - will be back.

Love that they have military discount. Normally I deal with nice knowledge people. Decent prices and they run discounts on oil filters and oil so be on the lookout.
