Half of the front panel was still dusty after the $66 service was done.Update: They fix the problem and clean my car again. It just great this time. Everything is clean and fresh. All tires are black and shining. It feels just like a new car.I do feel they are friendly and work as experts for both visit. And I feel be respectfully treated. They did a great job on my car. I had just scrapped a tree branch a couple of days earlier and I frequently transport my 2 huskies in the backseat. My backseat hasn't been that clean since before the 1st time I ever put them in the car. They got all of the scratches off the car from the branch and later that day a colleague made a comment about how shiny my car was. Overall they did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Aqua. I called and spoke to a real person immediately who explained the options at length. They had an appointment the next day, and I dropped it off for the highest detail they offer. My truck looks amazing especially considering it s black and you could see so many swirl marks, imperfections etc. It was done exactly at the time they estimated and has truly never looked better inside and out. I recommend their services and will continue to periodically use them myself.

Absolutely awesome experience with Aqua. They finished my car 30 minutes early and were super friendly about a touch-up to my windshield after I removed an old park pass. Will definitely be bringing my car back for future detailing services.

If I could give a 100-star rating, I absolutely would! Brought my car in for a wash and interior/exterior detail today, and it looks brand new! Services are worth every single penny! Thank you to everyone at Aqua Cville!

Normally, an outstanding job is done. Unfortunately, this time all the interior windows were not cleaned very well. They were all quite streaky. I live in Crozet, (15 miles away) and didn't notice this until I got home. Otherwise I would have gone right back. Great job except for the interior windshield. Parts had not been touched. The rest was badly smeared. This is the second time this has happened. Given what they charge this shouldn't be the case.I gave it another try. Great job. Windshield is fine. Previous sins now forgiven. I'll be back in the future.

Aqua Cville is the best! I have bought bulk gift cards every year for about 4 years now as employee gifts at work. Everyone is excited when I pass these out because they make our cars sparkle inside and out! It's a great gift for yourself or a loved one :)

My first time using this service, and I am super-happy and impressed! We have an older car that is parked outside and is constantly covered in pollen, leaves, etc. Aqua Cville made our old car look almost like new! The whole teams is friendly and professional. After AquaCville personnel cleaned and waxed my car today, it looks like new, even though it is seven years old. You all did a great job on it! Patrick, who set everything up, also gave me excellent customer service. He is very professional, courteous, and efficient. I brought my car here to be detailed before my new baby arrives this week. I initially wanted a regular wash and some of their a la carte items. The total according to them would of been $90.00. I was up-sold to the detail package of $139.00 because I got way more , to me it costed way more ($60 dollars more with tip) but I wanted the best for my baby at 9 months pregnant so I went with it. I was very excited for my car as I felt like this was a very expensive detail and I thought it would look amazing... well we did the walk through and I immediately saw dirt spots and flaws on the outside but I am not one to make a scene especially in the heat with how pregnant I am. I look inside and the number one thing I wanted done was my seats to be shampooed and cleaned. As you can see in these photos..they did not turn out amazing. My car mats were also misplaced after my cleaning.Follow up*Aqua handled the situation very professionally and were very communicative to bring me in to re do my seats and fully wipe down the car again and also give me my mats back after they spent time tracking them down. I am very pleased with the customer service they offered. I did not leave that happy the other day but I know mistakes can happen and after the way they handled the situation I would recommend Aqua to anyone.

Car look nice except for the windows as I discussed that with Sean they were not rolled down to clean around the edges and they were smeared a good bit so I will bring that back after the first of the year or after Christmas maybe and get the windows redone but other than that everything looked nice and that's the reason for the four star and not five personnel fantastic very helpful thank you Merry Christmas

Staff was very kind and helpful. Had a fantastic experience restoring a new-to-me car to feel new!With the supreme detailing, every nook and crevice was carefully looked at and appreciated. I will not be returning to any other car detailing facility, even for a simple wash.

You can bring Aqua C Ville the filthiest car and they make your car so clean and beautiful -it looks as if as if the car wasn t filthy in the first place.I ve definitely brought more than one car here to get cleaned up before I took it in for resale. They do a great job and make it look as though I have been a very responsible car owner. I know I have gotten much better offers on the car as a result of getting it detailed at Aqua C Ville. The guys did a great job. Decent pricing. Friendly as well. They have sitting area to wait outside and an area inside which includes a phone charging station and free WiFi. Kids table to color and refreshments at the counter.

We bought the ultimate package for 2 of our Ford Transit vans that we use all the time for tours! Aqua Cville Hand Car Wash is the only way to go!! They are extremely helpful, professional, detail oriented and very reasonable priced for the service they provide! From the moment I pulled in to drop off my car to the farewell a few hours later, absolutely top-notch service and smiles from every single person I dealt with. I brought in a dirty, very lived-in, to be generous, Dodge Durango and left with one that looked legitimately better than when I bought it. And I only paid for the basic detail. Cannot imagine ever taking a car elsewhere in Charlottesville. Six stars.Service: Auto detailing

I have never my car detailed before, but I wanted it super clean so I could put seat covers on. I made an appt. through Yelp, but apparently it didn't go through to Aqua. I got there super early and showed them the confirmation. They very kindly fit me in, anyway. The waiting area is clean and very pleasant. Everyone I dealt with at Aqua was friendly, professional, accommodating, and presented very well. My car looked FANTASTIC when they were done!!!! We have a 2016 Toyota Corolla in pretty good shape but is not had the interior thoroughly cleaned in several years. The crew did an awesome job. They admitted that some of the stains could not come out but, I knew that was going to be the outcome. The car looked phenomenal inside and out. I did this as a mother's day present for my Red (wife). She can be a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning, and she gave it a four star. Super fast, VERY affordable, convenient location, and great quality! Jeff and staff are extremely professional and they have a very safe and open outdoor space to go along with the indoor workspace while you wait for your car! I took my car in for a wash and interior detail. It was hot and humid, so sitting in the air conditioning and reading while I waited was so nice! My car looked so good when they were done that I had to double-check that it was really my car. The staff was efficient and professional, and every dollar was well-spent. Poor attention to detail. They missed the whole section under my roof rack, and used so much tire shine that there was overspray. The car was vacuumed very well, but this is a $40 wash at best. They are so busy they don't spend as much time on each vehicle as they should.The waiting room is very nice though, nice and cool and comfortable to wait in.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

My favorite place to get my car washed and detailed in Charlottesville! The staff are amazing people and do such a great job! My car has never looked better when I take it to Aqua Cville to get all cleaned up! I also love how eco-friendly it is, with the giant rain barrel for collecting rain water, to the products they use, to the drainage set up and the design and details in the building that making the customer waiting experience quite enjoyable! I also love how the owners sourced products and services from as many local Charlottesville area businesses in the construction and furnishing of the building and car wash!

I had my car detailed at Aqua Cville and they did an INCREDIBLE job! From start to finish the whole process was amazing. I booked my service online for a time that worked well with my schedule. When I dropped my car off they were kind and courteous. I was called when my car was done and they did a phenomenal job! Everything was cleaned to perfection, the inside of my car made it look brand new! Even my kids noticed how clean it was! I just hope they know its up to them to keep it clean ;)

I had my car washed and waxed today and at 6 yrs old and 117,000 miles, it looks brand new again!! I got the Premium Wash and the Ceramic Sealant. The inside was sparkling clean, too!I highly recommend Aqua Hand Wash.
