I've been going to Airport Auto since 1999 +/- and have Always been pleased. I do miss Scott and the folks that worked there before, But...the quality of the work as well as the interaction of the people who work there now (behind the counter) has been pleasant and respectful. Prices have been reasonable. I have no complaints at all. I wish them continued success.

I called several places about getting my transmission fluid replaced. When I called Airport Auto they gave me a fair price, lower than others and scheduled my service a few days later. Dropped my car off at 8 and had it back by 10, which was earlier than I requested. Shuttle drivers were very nice as were the workers at the counter. I will definitely recommend and will use them again. Thank you again!

I perform all the maintenance and repairs on all of my vehicles, but when something is outside my wheelhouse (airbag issue, etc), this is where I go. I also use them for our work trucks.I have six or so discrete experiences with AA, and in all of them: they are quick, fairly priced, clear in communication, and not once have I been told anything that had that scammy, money-grab feel. Just honest mechanics doing good work, supported by a competent office team.

I got a screw through my tire on the way to work - I commute for 90 minutes twice a day. I went just after work. They got to it right away and patched it in about 5 minutes, and I was on my way home. Simple thing, but even faster than I'd hoped. Would definitely recommend.

I checked around several places to get my front brakes done. After many CRAZY estimates and A LOT folks not even returning my call...I called Airport Road Auto Center. The guy answered the phone, gave me an estimate on the spot and booked me for the next morning!!! The ladies up front helping me couldn't have been any nicer and helpful when dropping off and picking up my car. My car was ready within a FEW hours and it was OVER $200 LESS than the estimates I had gotten previously! I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as the other two drivers on my house now! Thanks for great customer service, quality work done on my car and fair pricing!

I have always had a very good experience at Airport Auto. Anything from oil change, inspection, tires and front end work. I would recommend them, and do, to anyone. For the first time I used their shuttle service, top notch. Super friendly. I saw pride in everyone I encountered.

My truck battery died while running errands. I call the dealership service center 3 times and no one answered. I called Airport Auto and they answer on the first call. They told me to come right in. I was able to jump start my truck and head to Airport Auto. The staff was very professional, helpful and respectful. They were able to run a diagnostic and get me a new battery quickly. Excellent service!!!

My family has taken our cars here for years and always has a positive experience. They re very efficient but still thorough, and they have great customer service. We ve called them several times with unexpected car trouble and they always make an effort to fit us in, even on short notice. The whole staff is really friendly, too!

I really appreciated going to this auto shop. They were able to get me in the next day, Cole at the front desk was very Clear about how the shop would able to help me, and they had a driving service ready immediately with the gentleman who had been taking his car there for the past 30 years. I felt very comfortable and grateful to have found Airport road Auto.

We were quoted a competitive price on brakes and they were able to take the vehicle within a couple of days. Dropped the car off in the morning and received a call that evening saying it was ready for pickup.When they called I wasn't informed of a suspension issue and didn't find out until I was there just before their closing time. I wish this was mentioned to me before I picked up but they were able to quickly identify the issue. I was able to bring the car back in a couple of days later (parts needed to be ordered) and they had the parts installed within about an hour as I waited.Chris and the team were great, going above and beyond to rectify the issue and get my wife's car back on the road in a timely manner.

This is hands down the best car service center I have ever used. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Very organized operation and great shuttle staff to drop you off and pick you up. I have been impressed every time I go. Makes a huge difference when a business is run so well.

I have been going to Airport Auto for all of my automobile needs for over 30 years! I can t overstate the superlatives I come up with for all of my encounters with this close-knit team over the years that started many more than 30 years ago with Scott and his Dad before him . The attitude of customer service, responsibility, and dedication to the proficiency of the work, the ultimate happiness of the customer which is always the focus, starts from the top with Scott s Dad, Scott, and now continuing with Chris at the helm. I could not recommend Airport Auto in Charlottesville, VA any higher

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Airport Auto for years now. I don t have anything negative to say. They have always been fair, honest, and reliable. The guys (and girls) up front when you walk in are always friendly and acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door. Being a woman, I have never felt taken advantage of what so ever (and I can t say the same about other mechanics in town). I will never take my car anywhere else for service.

Im new to VA. This place was very accommodating and happily answered the many questions that I had about the VA inspection/registration process. I dropped my car off the night before and it was ready before my appointment time. I ll definitely be using them as my regular auto shop.

This shop came highly recommended from a few people I work with and now I can see why.After Valvoline didn t tighten ALL my wheels back on during a tire rotation I thought I had broke an axle or something from my front L wheel coming loose. Me not knowing anything about cars I felt like I wasn t taken advantage of. Pricing was amazing for the genuine quality of service and I will be taking my car here for all my upcoming scheduled maintenance and repairs (if need be).10/10 recommend Airport Auto.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

During my annual state inspection, my front brakes were found to be on bad shape. Airport Road Auto was able to fix my brakes in a timely manner and made by 2013 Ford Escape safer. I highly recommend Airport Road Auto.

Friendly and welcoming and they went above and beyond. For example, They check in with you before they complete any work on your car. It was a busy morning, and I was only there to have my car inspected. They noticed that a oil change was due and offered to complete it on the spot, rather than having me come back at another time. I watched them professionally take care of two other customers who had some glitches in their service. They also took the time to blow out all the leaves that had accumulated under my hood before handing the keys over to me I appreciated the attention to detail and customer service. Later that day, I was sharing my experience with a dear friend.

My husband had his car in for inspection and mine was the next day. When picking him back up when his was done we went ahead and dropped mine off for the next day. They finished mine the same day! Very quick and friendly. Will definitely come back!!

I had heard for years that Airport Auto was wonderful, and they did not disappoint. They were very clear with me when I called to make the appointment about their availability and their policies about waiting for my service to be complete or my leaving while the service was being done, and being called when the service was complete. Their waiting area was perfectly adequate and I was able to walk to the Sheetz next-door for a cup of coffee to bring back while I finished waiting.They are tremendously well-organized in the front office, with a number of service advisors who can help get you checked in and an individual who handles transportation. The service advisors were super polite and clear, but not pushy, with any recommendations.All-in-all, I was very pleased with my experience!

Friendly and thorough with our vehicle inspection for purchase. Very reasonable. Explained issues well. If we lived in the Charlottesville area, Airport Auto would be our mechanic shop. So thankful a friend recommneded them!Thank you for timely, excellent service!

Have been a loyal customer here for years, but recently took my Subaru somewhere else due to being out of state when I had a bunch of lights come on. I received a VERY expensive recommendation for repairs that just didn t feel right. Thankfully I was able to bring my car back to Airport Auto for a second opinion and not only saved at least $1000+ in repairs, but also felt like they actually diagnosed and fixed the problem. To be clear, I know that sometimes car repair really is expensive, and I have spent money here over the years. That being said, I always feel heard as a customer, and confident about the service I receive at Airport Auto. Cannot recommend enough.

Update: Got my brakes replaced after they let me extend the life of the old ones until it was actually due. I don't know many shops who would do that and so I recommend airport road auto without reservation.Very happy with the way they diagnosed the cause of the problem and recommended the appropriate fix without any unnecessary work. Inspires trust. Their prices are reasonable too.
