Had my car ceramic coated by Tim. Amazing experience! He gave the work great attention to detail and I couldn't be happier. To top it off, I received a complimentary car wash weeks after the job was finished. Highly recommend this business!

I'm a travel nurse and leaving for Texas on Saturday so of course I went in for an oil change to get ready for the trip. My mechanic was Tony who is absolutely the best he caught how bad I needed 2 front new tires. Thank God he lifted my truck up and did a full inspection. My 2 front tires were basically bald with wire exposure. I'm so thankful he caught that. Yes it was more money but now I have peace of mind I'll make it all the way back to Texas. Also mad props to Tony he was so polite and had great customer service, he even dropped me off and picked me up when my truck was done so I wouldn't have to wait. Also thank you to the receptionist, sorry I didn't catch her name, but she is very sweet and conversational. Thank you so much guys! Wish me luck on my 2k mile drive, UVA has been so good to me.

These guys are the BEST! My family and I have had numerous encounters with them over the last couple of weeks (for various reasons) and not once have we been disappointed or taken advantage of. They are kind, courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect from start to finish. Prices are more than fair. This company goes above and beyond for its customers. I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was nice, my state inspection was quick and affordable, and they were kind enough to provide me a ride to and from class while the inspection was ongoing. I'd like to especially give thanks to Tony, who not only was willing to drive me but was wonderful company. I'm normally quite bad at small talk with strangers, but he was friendly and made it feel like there was no pressure at all to continue the conversation. I'll definitely be coming here again in the future.

It was my first time using ACE for an inspection and I could not be happier. I love that they take appts and I was met with a smile when I dropped my vehicle off. I expected to be picking up my vehicle later that afternoon, but I got the call she was ready in about an hour. The staff is very friendly and gave great service! I have found a new car care home for my multiple vehicles! I'm a customer for life!!!

Went in for an inspection and oil change, very speedy appointment and efficient, done in an hour and a half -- many other places I've called in Cville will not even give me an expected time (could be a few hours or 3 days). The staff are very friendly and honest. Highly recommend.

I can t recommend these guys highly enough. They re knowledgeable, efficient, forthright, and honest. They know their stuff, and they don t try to run up a price or push work that isn t necessary, or even that is but you could do it yourself cheaper. Due to a shady car dealer, I have had multiple encounters with ace this past week, and while dealing with a bad situation, their upfront assessments and honest appraisals made a world of difference.

We had a fantastic experience here. Another shop failed our state inspection for "rusted breaks" (car is relatively new and low miles, so we knew we needed a second opinion). The folks at ACE are honest and the service is timely. They clearly want to compete for customers the right way. I'll be back, for sure!

I've been to this shop a number of times since moving to Cville and I am a loyal client as long as I am here.The entire staff, including the owner, takes good care of my car and myself as a customer. I have no complaints.They go above and beyond to ensure that the work is good and efficient. Today I got an alignment among some other work and Matt kept me updated with various details since there was some bad work done from a different shop.I really appreciate the passion and expertise of the staff here, thus they are like family(Toreto voice)Thanks fam, ya know I'll be back!

I went there to get my car inspected and it was fast and efficient and the waiting room was comfortable. I was even offered water or coffee while I waited. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I will definitely be going back for any future auto needs!

Have used them twice now-both times in a crisis of sorts in a preloved car. They accommodated me immediately which was a relief. The first time I had to change tyres and get the car aligned. The second time the battery needed to be replaced and engine oil changed. Both times they were efficient and turned things around within 6 hours. The second time the office manager, Anissa, even got me driven back to my apartment-and would have even organized my drive back to the center to pick up the car if a friend had not stepped in. I appreciated the gesture greatly. I am going to use them again.

If you have the chance to get pickup service with Tony, then you are in excellent hands. He and ACE are exceptional at what they do. Tony is a very courteous driver and great to chat with. Hope to use him and ACE again.

Without a doubt, everytime, every interaction - this place and team are beyond top-knotch. When was the last time you've called abusiness that while reaching their voicemail, they were already calling back? It's happened a few times for me with Ace. That's a business that cares - that's this crew. Shout out to Tony (though he's a Cowbous fan & my car proudly wears EAGLES & Philly fanfare) - he's the guy you wanna see! Honest, accommodating, understanding & communicative - can't thank him enough for all of his help with both of my family's vehicles.

The employees of ACE went above and beyond to keep me updated and help me stay up to date on my car s progress and work around my busy schedule. I used to give all of my business to Edgecomb s and didn t know what to do when they closed. Sheri Edgecomb recommended ACE and now I know why.

Great experience, all because of Anissa! She is the scheduler and front desk person, the only person there I met! (The mechanic contacted me by text, which was fine.) Anissa was polite, professional and upbeat. She is easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. Car repairs are not usually enjoyable, but my experience with Anissa was the best ever! Nobody looks forward to car repairs, but I assure you it will be an enjoyable experience at ACE! Thanks Anissa!Service: Brake service & repair

These are the most helpful car folks around. My tires were very low. I pulled in late Friday afternoon. Despite never having visited before, they happily and quickly filled the tires. When I tried to pay, they would not accept. I will definitely visit again (and pay!) Nice to experience such kindness!

An out of town shop had replaced the alternator and had not secured an intake hose which came loose. I asked my favorite Volvo mechanic, Buck Deane, to check the problem. An easy fix. While performing an alignment, he discovered a steering rack ready to fail. Got the proper part and installed promptly. Probably saved me a major repair and/or an accident. That's why I depend on these folks. They are prompt, dependable and easy to deal with.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Reply to owner: I get your scheduling procedure (now) and was nothing but understanding that day but the point of this review is, after the way I was spoken to and treated for simply trying to get service. .. I wouldn't care if you had got me in that day or any day, I'll never give your company my hard earned dollars. And sadly you guys have ample, willing customers yards away and they won't come to you either because of the nasty rude reception. They'd rather miss work than use the convenience of your shop being so close.The lady behind the counter is so rude. Do not walk in without an appointment! Evidently someone attempting to give their business money with giving her prior notice is a BIG NO-NO and you will be made to feel stupid and belittled, as if her time as customer service rep is being wasted. Being the face of the shop and making people feel invited and wanting to do return business is too much for her. I'm new at a company very near there and coworkers warned me. I didn't believe them, I found out the hard way.
