Highly recommend him for any lockouts! When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house with our toddler, he answered right away, was only a short drive away so he was here very quickly, and he got us back inside fast. He was also very personable and friendly.

We are so grateful for Bill s service! We were five hours into a road trip before realizing we forgot to leave a key for the dog sitter! We called Bill, and within thirty minutes the problem was solved. He went above and beyond to help us out of a tricky situation, all while remaining professional and kind. Thanks Bill!

My daughter was locked out of her apartment at Ivy Gardens last night. I called Bill with Access Locksmith. Within 20 minutes he was able to arrive and unlock her apartment. I appreciate his prompt and professional service. Bill was genuinely concerned about her safety.

Bill is great! He got to where I was quickly (on a Sunday evening!) and made quick work of my locked car door, even though it was one of the hardest cars to get into. He didn't leave a scratch, either, and the rubber seal is perfect.Bill was a great pleasure to meet and I'm glad to have met him. He even explained how to get insurance to reimburse the bill, even though it was really affordable. 11/10, great guy and would recommend.

I locked myself out of my truck, so I called Mr. Bill Roberts. Bill immediately answered my call and arrived very shortly after. Bill worked in the pouring rain and had me back into my vehicle in a matter of minutes! Bill has a great personality to go along with his great service! Amazing service! I accidentally left my keys in my apartment. It was 1am on a Saturday and I'd left several voicemails with other locksmiths and called every single one on Google. Bill was the only one who responded. He showed up to meet me within 15 minutes and got me back into my place. So grateful that he was available so I wasn't left outside in the cold.I don't recommend locking yourself out of your home, but if you do, call Access.

I sh*t you not! I called one other locksmith before calling Bill and they asked me 20 different questions, they told me they were the best in town, they told me they were the only company open after 8pm, and they also told me i couldn t beat the price of 145. They said they would be to me very quick (30 mins)I called bill (Access Locksmith), he was polite, he asked where i was then cut to the chase, I ll be there in 15 mins and then he got to me in 10 mins and did the job in five mins, and charged me way cheaper than 145.Thanks Bill. You rock!

I locked myself out of my house on a Saturday afternoon. I called Access and gave them my location. Bill got to my house in less than 15 minutes and had my door unlocked about 2 minutes later! When my wife locked her keys in the car at 10pm on a Friday night, Bill met us very quickly, with little to no notice. He did an amazing job and had us back in the vehicle quickly, with zero damage to the vehicle. Pricing was very reasonable especially considering the time of night and the fact that he came to meet us so quickly. Would never hesitate to use his service again, although I hope we will never need it.

William just left my house after unlocking my daughters running car ... and I cannot say enough awesome things about this man !! You arrived exactly when he saus he would, he had the situation fixed in under 5 minutes, the cost was very fair, and then I had the best time just talking to a really nice, interesting and smart guy! A bad morning turned into a great day because of him!! Thank you!!

I work at a dog daycare and boarding facility. Had a client lock her dog in the car in 90 degree heat. We called Access and explained the situation was urgent and they were there in ten minutes and opened the car in less than a minute after arriving. Amazing service!!

Awesome experience. Answered on the first call & was at my house in 20 minutes. So so nice even on a Saturday. Even though my door was tough Bill stuck with it & got us in super quickly. Next time you wake up from a nap, and stumble out of your house without your keys (lol) don't hesitate to call!
