Be aware of this car mechanic guy . His name is Sid .He have car tent room in this place . That s where he fix the people cars . So this is what happen I let him to install 2 front Struts which I bought it from amazon and paid him $150 each total $300 also I decide to let him to install CV joint while he s working with strut . He told me he gonna buy cv joints for my car and I had to pay him $450 for part and installation.I paid total $750 to him. He said he fixed my car and get all money from me .But 2 hours later after driving my car ,cv joint was making noise and I was so scared to drive I look underneath the car there was lots of Greece all over the cv joint . I had to leave my car in the parking near ihop on 29 parking lot . I called that guy and told about car . He said he s in Richmond so I wait till next day. Then he called back around afternoon Next day, he told me to meet me where I left the car in 30 minutes so I waited there. Almost 50 minutes not show up. Then I call again. He said he ll be there in three minutes and finally he did came after 10 minutes took the key. He said he will take a look later .He called me back on evening and said nothing wrong with my car.I went back to get my car. It wasn t making noise again so I drove maybe one hour later still making a noise again then I did not trust him at all so I had to take my car to Meinake car care center on 29 . I paid $96 just to look and find out what cause noise . And they say cv joint is not good . Then I tried to call him. He never answered. I also notice he stole my new break pads and put old one in my car I tried to report to police They said they cannot do anything, because it was decision made each other . so I just want to alert people about this scammer.

I bought a car from them in 2022 with what I was assured was a valid state inspection sticker on it. I didn't drive it much and the brakes got VERY loud. When I went to get the brakes fixed and a new inspection sticker, I had only put 1500 miles on the car but was shown that all four brakes were completely worn down (including the rear brakes on a front wheel drive car!), that the front passenger wheel was barely hanging on and the caliper was out of place. I had to pay $3000 to get all four brakes fixed, the caliper rebuilt, and a new ball joint and tie rod for the front passenger wheel. There is absolutely NO WAY ON EARTH it could have passed a legit state inspection within YEARS. Do not trust these people.

Excellent service with looking at vehicles and test driving and the honest truth about sales. They are willing to work with you and they are not pushy. We went back twice and just wasn't sure. And in the end with no Hassel we were able to purchase a vehicle with ease and at a reasonable price. No outrageous price and they helped with tags and title. Awesome people and company. Thank you gentlemen for all of your help and patience and not pushing us to buy.

Best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle ever hands down. Barbara was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle s and process. The Land Rover is still going strong with no problems at all. Would recommend highly to everyone

This place is amazing! I work for International Neighbors, a nonprofit that helps refugees and SIVs thrive in Charlottesville! We were donated two vehicles that needed repairs. A2Z Autos not only repaired them but did it promptly! Also, their prices are the best in time! Thank you, Mark, and your amazing team!

I went to this lovely dealership today and i was just in awe by their professionalism, kindness , respect and patience that they showed to me and my family as i was trying to get a vehicle for us today. Although i did not leave with one due to some issues in my end they were very gracious enough to let me know that i can come back and do business with them. I can not wait to return again in a few months and see what else they have . if you need a car and someone to work with you this is the dealership to come to.

Had a great experience with Mark when trading in my car. The service was excellent and everyone was very professional. I got a fair price and the whole process took about a half hour. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a used car.

Really wouldn't give 1 star!!! I understand the "as is" policy, but if you drive less that 5 miles from lot and check engine light comes on to find out you've been sold a car with a bad catalytic converter...you'd think they knew about it from beginning. It don't "just" happen. Yeah we got a little discount off asking price but really??? Just be careful purchasing here. Barbara did an outstanding job sticking up for us but lesson learned!!!!

Everyone was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed about the cars we were interested in. They got everything ready for us in the same day!!! Amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend if you re looking to purchase a vehicle!

Easiest-possible car-buying experience! Essentially did the deal online and on the phone. Didn't actually SEE my 'new' car until moments before I handed over a check for it. Mark has an arrangement with Lendmark for financing. They, too, are super easy to work with.I couldn't be more pleased.

Just looking for a vehicle. Stopped by and talked to Mark. He was extremely courteous and attentive. You could tell he believes in his product. We made it plain that we were just looking. He did not pressure us in anyway. Was extremely helpful. Great customer service. My only suggestion would be to have more hours of operation, including a few on Saturday.

This was a great experience driving the vehicles. Their products are fabulous and really good prices. I found a few that were my preference and the guy that helped me was very nice and informative-knew a lot about the cars/suv's.

A2Z Auto is by far the BEST used car dealership I ve ever had the pleasure of buying from! They re very thorough with details and provide proof of all inspections and auto work done on vehicles! Walked in on a whim looking for a quality used vehicle and was greeted by Anthony. Not only did he make time to show me their inventory but he also offered me a beverage. The quality of their vehicles trumped their neighbors at Harding's automotive. As their inventory was all rusted out. I would definitely recommend paying them a visit for a quality used vehicle for yourself or that high school graduate that your sending off to college. More than satisfied with the staff and inventory.

DO NOT! purchase a car from them. During the test drive I noticed the a/c was not working and brought it to Barbara s attention and she assured me it would be taken care of and now they refuse to look at it. After the sale I noticed a head light was no longer working (this is all happening within 30 days). It stated on the state inspection it was replaced. I called to find out where it was replaced from so that they could fix it again and was told the car was purchased as is and to stop calling b/c they lost money on the deal and hung up on! I have never treated like this as a customer and would never recommend them.

Now this review is based solely on my experience with Mark. He offered a no-pressure shopping experience. Answered my million questions that I had and offered me some water. He was so insightful and not to mention cute as a button. Based of my time with Mark I would consider buying a car from this lot.

Would not recommend anyone to go here. Got a car from here and had to put big money in it two weeks after buying the car not to mention I payed 1000 Extra for more Warranty and it doesn t cover nothing. The car couldn t pass inspection. Went to get a inspection and couldn t needed about 4000 dollars of more work on it.And haven t had the car a year yet payed 4500 plus warranty for the 1000. So I would think twice before buying a care for here

I m a student at UVA and this was the first time purchasing a car. I went to a few dealerships and all keep giving me the round around and pressuring me to buy a car. I then went to A2Z Autos and there was no pressure the deals & warranty was so impressive. Well we ended up buying our car from here and the salesman was kind and very helpful. Thank you I m going to tell all my class mates as UVA to buy cars here.

A2Z auto is a great place to buy a previous owed vehicle. Great prices and a Great warranty also the sales staff is second to none. Go by and see what they have on the lot.
