I called from the side of I-64 and Jamal arrived in no time! I waited maybe 15/20min. I was extremely stressed, Jamal was kind and very empathetic. He had us hooked up, off the side of the interstate and on our way pretty quickly.Hopefully I won't need another tow again but if I did I would 100% call and ask for Jamal again. Very reasonably priced. Jamal called me told me he was on his way. He was very careful and respectful with my truck. He's just a polite and kind young man. It made a bad situation turn in to I was glad to meet Jamal, he's that kind of guy!

Great guys, they really know what they are doing. After my road side assistance insurance sent out 4 ( yes 4) different tow trucks I called A1. They came out and I was back in business. I will call them first next time.Thank you

After my truck wouldn t start with a jump an endless hours at night with roadside and other tow companies I found the A1 Towing company. They were a life saver, said they would call me back and they did everytime. Jamal who helped with the tow drove me and even offered to drop off 2 friends I had with me. Overall experience with them was amazing. Jamal is the man, you ll feel like friends in no time with him which made a 2 hour journey feel short.

Had been waiting on AAA for almost 2 hours and kept getting hung up on so we called A1 and they got a tow to us in 10 mins! Jamal, our tow driver, was amazing!!

A1 was fast, courteous, and understanding of our situation. They were able to take care of our vehicle, and more importantly, my daughter and I. They resolved our problem at an incredible price that beat the other tow services in Charlottesville that I called. I would highly recommend their services and I would personally use them again if I have problems in the future.

We were broken down on a busy highway. A1 immediately answered my call and we were scheduled for a tow within 2 minutes. Jamal was our driver. He was amazing! Called A1 this morning to tow my car and they had a driver to me within 20 minutes in a busy city during lunch hour. I was super stressed with a toddler and a possible transmission issue with my Ford Escape. Whoever answered their phone was friendly and was able to give me a quote before sending a driver. I felt like their rates were good, I ve never had to have a car towed so I didn t know what to expect.Jamal was super kind when he greeted me, and got my car onto the bed of his trailer quickly and dropped off to my house. Best tow experience I've had-- picked up on my first call and had the correct tow truck out to me within 40 minutes (have to use a special flatbed truck for my Subaru). The driver, Egon, was professional, congenial, and quick to work. He quickly resolved an unexpected mechanical issue with the tow truck and we were finished up within the hour. Also got a cheaper rate than anywhere else I called. More than worth it!Service: Local hauling

Thanks to Jamal for getting my car started on a very cold morning in Charlottesville just a few days before Xmas. I thought my car needed to be towed to a garage, but he instantly knew what the issue was when I attempted to start my car so he jumped the battery and got it going. A1 came and move 3 trailers that had been in a field for years. They were polite, on time, didn't tear up the yard/field up, and were incredibly reasonable on the price for the amount of work they had to do. I would absolutely use them again! 100% satisfied with this company.

I did my normal errands today, and decided to pick up lunch at Wolf s Fixins in Ruckersville. I parked in front of the restaurant and picked up my order. When I tried to start the car every light alerting me to a systems issue lit up. I called A-1 and I was very impressed with A-1, he was courteous and friendly. And he made sure if I moved the car and turned the engine off it would start again. Thank you A-1! I have your card in my wallet, just in case!

A1 Rescued my business when we needed a truck jumped early on a Saturday morning. Other companies either didn't pick up the phone or didn't have the right equipment. They were very quick to respond and arrived within 10 minutes of calling! I feel the price I paid was fair and reasonable. We will definitely use again and recommend to others. Thanks again!

I needed them to replace my starter and service was surprisingly fast. They came to tow my car in a reasonable amount of time and the actual service went by quickly too. Alec was very amiable and professional. The costs of labor were fair and the price of the replacement starter probably was too. I'll likely come back to them if I need something else done.

Being broke down on the side of the interstate on July 4 is not my idea of fun. A1 Towing did a fabulous job. One of your drivers (I forgot to ask his name ) did an awesome job for me yesterday. He picked up my car off of the side of hwy 29 and delivered it to a safer area in a Walmart parking lot until my dad could get there. He bought me a water as I had already been sitting on the side of the road for several hours with my dogs and even made sure that my car was parked currently in the parking lot so Walmart management wouldn't complain about it. It was the simple things he did that made this stressful experience a little easier. Thank you sooo much!
