Truck was exactly as described!!! Delivery was about a week after we purchased the truck. Jonathan Davis replied to any questions, we had in a timely manner. Our truck was delivered without a temporary tag as we were told it would. Jonathan had someone in his office email us our paper plate the next day. We received the title paperwork by mail a week after the delivery of the truck. Would purchase from this seller again, and I just might in the near future!Ryan & Lindsay Decker

I am thrilled with my "new" Cherokee! I just did a long distance purchase of a DAS Stage 2 Cherokee - 2000. I was nervous about relying on video and photos only but it went smoothly. The car arrived (DAS arranged) and was exactly as described, photo'd and expected. The DAS team was helpful and responsive and worked to get me the paperwork across Christmas. The Cherokee looks great and the new engine runs smooth!

I should first describe the vehicle that I purchased: It is a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle originally had over 290,000 miles so it was going to need a restoration. I chose to have this vehicle built as Stage 2 (see website). The Jeep had a new full paint job, all new engine, new cooling system, new AC system, driveline service, rear locker. 3 lift full suspension and steering package, new leather interior, new tires, and wheels, upgraded brakes. I also had them install equipment to be able to tow the Jeep behind an RV.I worked actively with the owner Johnathan Davis to design the build for the Jeep. He is very easy to work with and provided useful advice on many issues. His knowledge is impressive. I also had the chance to visit his facility. It is quite clean and gave me confidence that the restoration was in excellent hands.In sum, the quality of the restoration is excellent. I am simply delighted. The paint job is flawless, the interior is fine. Mechanically, the Jeep is solid, and the new engine is well powered. Brakes, suspension and air-conditioning all work very well. I heartily recommend Davis Auto Sports to restore a vehicle. You should be delighted with their craftsmanship and work.My one thing to say is that, at times, Jonathan was a little hard to communicate with. He wears many hats and needs some help in managing the facility and communicating with customers. I understand he has made a hire which should help immensely. This was a small issue for me - occasionally took some persistence and patience.

I purchased a truck from Jonathan Davis at Davis AutoSports and we couldn't be happier. I chose this dealer because of the high resolution pictures on the website, the Carfax report and the video. The truck is exactly as described in the advertisement. The entire sales process from start to finish was very professional and communication with Davis AutoSports was timely and informative. Any question I had was answered quickly. I picked the truck up locally and drove back home with no issues. We will not hesitate to buy from Davis AutoSports in the future.

I was in the market for a clean low mileage Jeep Wrangler TJ when I came across one at Davis Auto Sports. I contacted Johathan and negotiated a deal for the Jeep. Because of the quality of the photos and included in-depth video I had no issue with the stated condition. I made a deposit on the spot and soon thereafter wired the balance. I arranged for transportation and the folks over at Davis Auto Sports assisted with the loading and shipping. Upon arrival, aside from what one would normally find with a vehicle 15 plus years old, I couldn t be more happy. The Title arrived sooner than expected and everything was in order. Over all my experience with Davis Auto Sports was excellent.

My experiences were all involved with John.A few weeks ago I bought a BEAUTIFUL 2005 Audi S4. I live in Delaware so it was difficult for me to come down and see it without deciding to buy it, so I was constantly in contact with John. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. When I arrived the vehicle was freshly detailed and ready to drive immediately. Even the engine bay was spotless.The price I paid was fair considering the rarity of the vehicle and the shape it was in. I put down a 500 dollar deposit so he would hold on to the vehicle for me so I had time to get down there and check it out. I was pleasantly surprised to see it in person. Unfortunately the head-unit on the vehicle wasn't functioning at the time of purchase, but adjusted the price accordingly.That being said, I was very surprised to see how well this car has aged. Every little thing on the interior works and it even had a full size spare wheel in the back. Very minor dings and scratches (its 13 years old after all), and the seats looked mint. Its obvious that they do there homework here to try and find clean vehicles.All in all i'm very satisfied with the professionalism and the quick communication from both John and his associates. I would recommend anyone to at least take a visit down there to see what they got. They have lots of neat cars! Vehicle was clean, shop was clean, everyone was nice, what more do ya want?Edit: A year and a half has passed and i've put about 13k on the car. I've replaced some things here and there but nothing has really been a deal breaker. Biggest issue was an alternator replacement, which happens on all vehicles. Sucked because we had to take the whole front end off on this particular vehicle.

Jonathan at Davis Autosports is great to work with. He took my jeep and gave it a great retrofit. Not only was the job amazing, but they kept me posted during the entire build process. Great service is hard to find in today's world. CONGRATS!!!

I bought the LS white Jeep they were building and they finished it off to my specs. The workmanship is top notch, the crew is well versed in their craft and the owner Jonathon was nothing less then accommodating . He took time where ever he was to answer my questions. Met me for a couple of onsite visits and was always completely transparent. As with all custom builds you need to tweek things out and he took his time doing so and fine tuned her for me before sending her up. Could not be happier . My first car was a 2000 white Cherokee sport so this build was special. Thanks Jonathon and crew for everything.

Had a 2001 XJ built out by Davis Autosports. Purchased remotely, sight unseen, based on extensive reviews and research. Jonathan and the team were great to work with and helped build out my dream XJ. Amazing experience! Bought a 2015 M3 from Davis Autosports and Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. I sent an email on a Sunday and he got back to me in less than an hour with an offer that I was happy to pay. When I arrived a week later to his dealership the car was detailed and exactly as described. Jonathan is a real car guy and it was an awesome experience getting his opinion on different cars his dealership sold in the past. I drove the car back back to Chicago with no problems, I am happy I found this M3 at Davis Autosports.

I am absolutely blown away and I know you be as well. The owner has high standards and only sells excellent vehicles. If you're looking for a hard to find or modified Jeep, I wouldn't hesitate to visit his shop.Full review:I was in the market for a low-mileage Rubicon and found one at Davis Autosports. I put in a winning bid on eBay, sight unseen, and drove down to Richmond. The Jeep was in excellent shape, exactly the same as shown in the listing pictures. The shop is also super clean.After talking about my plans for the Jeep, the owner didn't think I would be happy with the loud mud tires equipped and had them swapped out to accommodate my preference. The rest of the buying process was a breeze.After leaving the dealership, I made it about an hour north before running into a small issue that I don't think the dealership could have known about. The Jeep wouldn't start while the engine was hot. A common issue with TJs and usually points to a bad or loose crankshaft position sensor - a cheap part that any shop can have replaced. Instead, at no request of mine, the owner offered to ship the vehicle back to the shop, fix the issue, and ship it back to me. Mind you, I live a few hours away from Richmond.The owner did just that and communicated at every step of the way. The Jeep has been running great ever since. All this is to say that this dealership is fantastic and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Owner is a cool guy that works with you if you tell him what you're looking for. The fact that he offered to ship, round-trip, to fix an issue I discovered after I bought it, speaks volumes. Thanks again man!

I saw a 2002 BMW Z3 that I had been looking for at Davis AutoSports, and contacted Jonathan about it. It was still available and he said he would hold it for me until my arrival (I live about 500 miles away). The car was exactly as promised and Jonathan and his team went out of their way to answer any questions I had and to make sure it was the car I was thought it should be. The price was fair, and I was happy to purchase it and drive it away that day.Jonathan was professional and his team was very helpful in every way - I would not hesitate to buy another car from this organization.THANK YOU DAVIS AUTOSPORTS!

I never thought I would buy a car off eBay, but I did and I highly recommend Davis Auto Sports. I was so tired of trying to find a 3rd Gen 4Runner from people on Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc. Every truck that I looked at in my price range was obviously not well taken care of and every time I had to meet people and coordinate schedules, it turned out just to be a complete waste of my time, and my time is money. When I saw Jonathan Davis' video ad for the truck, my search was over. I purchased the vehicle from the comfort of my couch, arranged shipping, and just waited for the truck to arrive. It was delivered to my house, and it was in the expected condition. I only live 2 hours away from Richmond, but the shipping charge was so cheap I decided to just have it shipped. If you live nearby, I do recommend going directly to the site to pick the vehicle up if you want it quicker.After driving the vehicle and parking it in my garage, I did notice a small leak from the rear differential, which is a common issue. I drove it to Richmond and Jonathan's technician, Sean, repaired it for me free of charge. When visiting their facility, I was impressed with the amount of vehicles they have for sale, custom builds, and restoration. Very impressive operation.Thanks to Mr. Davis and his team. Highly recommend!

I purchased a GMC Sierra from Jonathan Davis. The buying process was very simple and straight forward. Jonathan sent me the title and paperwork the following week. We re having him install a leveling kit on the truck before it arrives. The quoted was very fair on the installation. All the work has been done in a timely manner. I can be a high maintenance customer and Jonathan has done a great job keeping me updated on the process of the truck. I would highly recommend Davis Autosports to everyone looking for a vehicle.I will update this review with pictures once the truck arrives.

I don t write reviews. (Usually). It took me three days to figure out how to post this review. Normally wouldn t bother. It is however, my pleasure to try and support a small business man who is true to his word. Bearing in mind that I purchased from Jonathan an unmodified, quarter of a century old, AMC/Chrysler product (1996 JeepXJ) the vehicle was as described. Be an educated consumer, due your due diligence, be realistic (you ain t buying a 2023 Escalade) and you won t be disappointed. Am planning on purchasing a Stage 2 vehicle within the year. Would rather do that, than buying a new Stalantis product from a new car dealer. At DavisAutoSports you re buying from the man whose name is on the door. I ve seen the bad reviews elsewhere, I honestly don t know where they re coming from. Brought my XJ to two different mechanics who I trust and who know what they re looking at. They were both impressed. They spent several hours trying to find fault with the purchase. All they could come up with was a broken center console latch (Twelve dollars to fix) Emergency brake Inop. Power door locks Inop. All of which I missed when I went over the vehicle. I m sure these items would have been addressed at time of purchase. Oh, and a lightbulb burnt out on the gear selector. (A buck fifty nine to replace) I share these so called faults, not as a criticism, but in gratitude that I bought a nearly flawless classic daily driver for my wife that she loves.

I ve been dealing with Jonathan for the last 3 years. Bought a stage 2 Cherokee in 2017 which was a great Jeep which I recently sold to a good friend of mine. I order a custom XJ this time to get everything I wanted. Durning the build he did send pics and short videos from time to time but was difficult to reach by phone but easier by text. The Jeep was suppose to be a 8 month build but did take 10 although I did add some items late into the build that were custom so no biggie. I ve had the Jeep now for 2 months and they did a great job with the build and fit and finish.

Bought a lifted truck online without checking it out in person which was a little nerve-racking to me but when the truck arrived was exactly as they described Jonathan and his crew were easy to work with and I would definitely buy again from them thank you guys

First time buying a vehicle out of state. Best experience dealing with Jonathan even though we live in Michigan. He did everything as promised,from delivering the truck to me in 23 hours from time of purchase, full tank of gas and paperwork and title mailed in timely fashion!The truck I bought sight unseen was exactly like their video displayed. I would definitely look forward to buying from Davisautosports again!

Incredible attention to detail. Recently purchased a 2002 Tacoma from Davis Auto Sports and couldn't be happier with the transaction from the high level of communication, photos and video provided documenting the service work done on the truck, to the transaction and passing of ownership. The truck left Davis Auto Sports, drove 700+ miles back to TN, and not a single issue and still going strong. Truly quality work.

Ordered a Cherokee with Jonathan about 12 months ago. The build was suppose to take 6 months and ended up taking 8 due to a lot of parts being on back order which Jonathan did verify with me. I have now had the Jeep for 4 months and have been waiting to leave this review until I have spent some time with it. It was shipped to us so after seeing it for the first time I was very impressed with the Overall look and condition. My commute to work is about 45 mins each way and the now have about 3500 miles on the Jeep. I get a lot of compliments on it and have been offered to sell it a few times lol. The only issue I ve had is a the track bar was clicking after about 1000 miles but Jonathan did tell me to get all the mew suspension and steering re-tighten after the first 500 miles. Since then it hasn t happened again. Communication at times could have been better but I can tell he s always very busy and this was durning COVID so that s understandable. All things considered I am very happy with the jeep and my experience.

We bought a 2005 rubicon in excellent shape , we had JD install a 2.5 lift ,33 tires and led headlights, they also put in a new clutch and replaced some air conditioning parts, the air they fixed after I bought it ,they did not feel it was up to their standards , most dealers wouldn t put more money into a vehicle after they sold it . Delivery took longer than we would have liked but it was not the fault of Davis auto sports , there are supply chain problems and it took a bit to get some parts, in the end we certainly got what we paid for , my wife now has her summer vehicle and it will probably be in our family forever.They do a great job of finding jeeps in excellent shape , here in Michigan they are few and far between most are rotted out, JD came through on everything he said , we will buy from him again.

This place is top notch from the owners to their builds. I recently purchased a '98 4Runner and had Jonathan and the crew build it to spec. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the whole experience. The attention to detail and making sure that everything looks and functions perfectly is really what puts these guys over the top. I drive my truck everyday and I get compliments on it when I'm getting gas or stopped at a light and of course "where did you get that?", its great! We are planning on purchasing a TJ from them and having it built to spec in the next few months. If you're on the fence about buying from these folks don't be, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a corvette from DavisAutoSports. Jonathan was very helpful in this process. He spent several hours with me going over the car to include the test drive. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He even followed up with a phone call to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend DavisAutoSports and I would buy from him again.

I was in search for a very nice Cherokee and came across Davis AutoSports back in 2017. In early 2018 I bought a custom Cherokee from them. I live in FL and bought the jeep sign unseen and it arrived exactly as described. Davis Autosports handled all the shipping logistics and title work which made the transaction very simple. The jeep itself was very clean and I was very happy with it. I'm not one to write many reviews but just last week I received my 2nd vehicle from Davis. I was in the market for a M3 and within my search they popped up again. From the time I spoke to Jonathan about the car, the docs were completed, car was paid for and he once again had it delivered here in FL all within a week. The M3 arrived in gorgeous condition and I was very impressed with how quick and easy the transaction was. Like I said I don't often write reviews but having 2 transactions where a lot could have gone wrong and nothing did, it was worth my time doing so. As a car guy that has bought and owned many cars, my perineal dealings with them have been great.

We bought a pristine 2006 Chevy Suburban from Davis AutoSports. The transaction went smoothly and Jonathan, the owner, worked with us on including some upgrades and added some extras we wanted for a more than reasonable price. Jonathan always responded quickly, honestly, and respectful. We had a problem a few days after we bought the Suburban, and Jonathan fixed it immediately. Thanks Jonathan, we love our new family vehicle. :)
