I was involved in an accident that resulted in damage to my bumper, tire, and fender. My usual repair shop gave me a 3-4 week wait to bring in my car for repair. I looked around and decided to go to Z auto body after speaking with Z on the phone. He was able to schedule me quickly and repaired my car in about a week. His communication throughout was great and took care of all the details involving insurance. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the repairs. I came back at a later time and had my brake pads replaced here as well. I would highly recommend Z and his team!Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

This is my second time working with Z Auto Body and they are incredibly professional and caring. I met with the owner who offered me advise on my vehicle as if it was his own, saving me a considerable amount of money while offering a great outcome on the vehicle. Wow, the friendliest auto body shop ever! I didn't want to use the preferred auto body shop that the insurance company suggested, and wanted to use Z Auto Body instead, since their reviews were so wonderful. The insurance company almost made things harder to for me, from almost making me choose their selected auto body shop, to "the only car rental company that's covered", which the closest location was over 15 miles away. Amir simplified the whole process and made things easier for me. I got to choose the closest car rental, and. He made sure that I got the best treatment for my car, as if it's your own family member. And yes, my car is family, and it looks amazing. I am really happy with everything, and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Best experience with an auto body shop I have ever had. Amir was very easy to work with. He handled interactions with the insurance company, set up my rental car, drove me to the rental car company when they were running behind picking people up and delivered my credit card to my house after the work was done when it had been left at the shop. As for the work, the car looks great and the work was done a day ahead of schedule. Thanks!

100% Best service experience I've ever had with my car. Amir was able to change my brake pads and rotors even though I foolishly showed up without an appointment. He was quick and efficient and was able to explain to me what was wrong with my brakes and when to have them checked again.If you are having car trouble, head here! They do great auto body work and their sister shop next door can take care of all your other car needs!

Last week, I had the unfortunate luck of getting my car rear-ended. This was a first for me, so I searched for an Auto Body place based on the best reviews, which was Z-Auto Body. Let me tell you - I am so happy that I did! Amir was so wonderful to work with. I was practically in tears the first few days trying to figure everything out, and he went above and beyond to work with me, my schedule, and my insurance company. In addition, he gave me terrific advice about seeing a doctor and about cars in general, in case my car were to get totaled. I typically feel like car places try to take advantage of me, being a young woman, but I did not feel that way there. I felt welcomed and listened to the entire time. I definitely recommend them! :)

I recently took in my Honda CR-V to Z auto body for front bumper work. Amir was very patient and explained to me how the whole process should be like. He called me and update the status about the work, and help me to rental car during my car was in the auto shop. I received my car in time and the car was cleaned inside and outside. I was very happy with the service.

I completely trusted the rating on google and I cannot tell you how glad I am to have chosen this body shop. As soon as I walked in They were friendly, supportive, informative and very helpful. Emirs even took his time to contact my insurance company to help me gather all of the information to make the best decisions on what to fix. I was beyond impressed that they were able to finish my car so quickly to ensure I would not have to over pay for my rental car. Emirs even called a few days in just to let me know how it was going. The work they completed was fast and amazing! My car looks better than BEFORE the deer hit my car. I could never say enough great things about my experience with Z Auto Body. I would HIGHLY recomend brining your car here because you will never be able to find better service that what is provided by Z Auto Body.

Z Auto Body is hands down the best body shop that I have ever been to, and this will make my fourth. I've never had such great customer service-Amir is someone I felt as though I could be a friend with. Amir's communication throughout the entire process was very good, and he was always quick to offer coaching, and nonbiased advice about how to navigate insurance, and car rentals. If I ever need more body work done or if I have the opportunity, I will definitely be recommending Z Auto Body.

Anytime one has damage to their vehicle it's very stressful, so to have such a smooth and pleasant process with the repair, it really makes things better! Z Auto Body is a class act, very professional and genuine. I was really happy with the work, like brand new. Amir is exceptional, really cares. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. I didn't want to get a rental car, so they turned a three day job into a one day job. They replaced my front bumper and were very thorough with matching the paint. They even managed to save me money by fixing one of my fog lights instead of replacing it with a new part. The best part was that when I arrived to pick it up, they were washing it and had cleaned the inside as well. I can't recommend this place enough, honest and working people here.

I decided to have my car repaired at Z Autobody instead of one of the insurance company preferred shops, and I am very glad I did. My car was finished on time and the repairs looks great, including the inside which they had also thoroughly cleaned. Overall great experience!

Fantastic experience with Z-Auto. They took care of me from day one. Dealing with the insurance can always be a challenge, but Amir understands the process and takes care of all the headaches. The work was fantastic and we are very happy with to outcome.

On June 29, 2015, I took my car to Z autobody for an appraisal. I had damaged my left outside mirror and scraped the fender on the front, right. Amir gave the appraisal which I thought was more than fair and promised my car back in a couple of days. They fixed my car beautifully and returned it the next day. I had several scrapes on my car, front fenders and doors. They buffed the scratches out and retouched the paint where necessary. I am more than pleased I'm thrilled. Whenever I need bodywork on my car I will return to Z Autobody and paint inc., Chantilly, VA. My car was professionally repaired. Also Amir provides the best customer service I've experienced in many a year. He us very helpful, courteous and professional.Thank you,Pat Berry

Had Z fix the damaged front end of my car. His shop does excellent work. After the work was done my daughter caused some minor damaged so I took it back to Z and he fixed it for free. I highly recommend Z Auto Body.

I was more than pleased with the customer service at Z auto body. They were welcoming, warm, informative and even called me 2 x while my car was in the shop to reassure me that things were going well. I never once had to directly deal with the insurance company and they took care of all the logistics! Thanks Z auto body, my car looks brand new :)

Amir from Z Auto Body provided top notch service every step of the way. A deer had rammed its head on the left side of our car, damaging the driver s door, front panel and bumper. Since it was our first experience with auto body work, Amir explained in detail how the claims process works and what to do when. After our insurance company inspected the car and estimated the damage, we got their $2,600 work order and drove the damaged car to the shop. An Enterprise car rental associate was already there to pick us up and take us to the leasing location next to the body shop for us to do the rental paperwork. We didn t even realize that our insurance policy entitled us to a rental car during repairs until Amir mentioned it (thanks!). The damaged car was dropped off almost at closing time on Monday and the entire repair/replacement was done by late Thursday! The new paint color was an exact match, the thin double white stripes on the side panel and door were perfectly applied, and the car actually looked better than before the deer hit! I drove the rental to the body shop and dropped it off with Amir, and then someone from Enterprise came by and picked it up, inspected it, and released our deposit. So, from the point of view of customer service, actual body work, and convenience, our experience with Z Auto Body was 5-stars all the way.

Z Auto Body did a great job repairing my Chevy Blazer. Amir was outstanding. He made the whole process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone that they use Z Auto Body for repairs for their vehicle.

When I went to the local Lexus dealer to get the annual VA state inspection for my 2004 Lexus RX 330 SUV, which is a low-mileage vehicle and I thought was in great shape, I was informed I had three things wrong with the body (i.e., outside rear view mirror loose, tie rod rubber boot torn, and moisture in head light unit) that they would be happy to fix for $4,500. Hey, no thanks! Z took care of all three things in a couple days and got the car inspected for $800. All his repairs were first rate. I strongly recommend this young man. He has done great work for me already on several occasions over the last few years.

As stated by Nader in his review a couple of months ago, quality of work is of utmost importance when taking your car to an auto body shop. It is important that a paint job is done well so that it can last through the elements of weather, etc. I also was not happy with the paint job that they did. I will take my car elsewhere in the future.

WOW! This place is awesome! I usually take my car to Hometown Auto so when I needed body work on the front of my G6 I decided to try the place a few doors down. I was surprised at how helpful and fast they were able to get the work done! I was concerned about being without a car for two days and they were able to have someone pick me up in 5-10 minutes. Easiest car repair; made the stress in getting my car repaired a breeze! Thank you guys!

I came to them to get my hood fixed that wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fix it, but they aligned the hood better than I thought was possible(I thought it was slightly deformed from a previous crash before I owned it). In the end, It cost me less than I thought it was going to, and the car is in better shape than I expected. The people there are very friendly and give off a much more honest vibe than most of the other shops in the area. I will definitely be coming back if I need any other kind of body work done.

Only had my car 2 weeks when it was struck by deer. Z auto body did an incredible job with the repair. All new parts. They worked with the insurance company through the entire process. The car looks amazing!

5 star body shop. My car came out looking brand new. No trace of previous damage. They went above and beyond for me. Washed and cleaned the interior and exterior. Inside smelled so fresh. I was not expecting. Great service and truthworthy owner who will take care of you. Thank you to all those who held a hand in taking care of me

Everything went great! Got an estimate quickly and conveniently, and it was significantly lower than another estimate I had gotten. The work was done just as we had agreed, and it looked great! And Amir even picked me up so I could get my car when it was done! Friendly, competent, efficient - I'd use them again!

I have a brand new car (2000 mile), I woke up one morning and driver door was banged up. Until then, I never had any experience with a body shop. I chose this place because the reviews here on google are superb.I went to the shop, and as all the other reviews stated Amir is very friendly and helpful. However, what I care the most about is the quality of work, here is my experience.I was going out of town for a week, so I dropped my car off during that time so that the shop has enough time to finish the work. When I went back to pick the car the following week - after having received a call that it is ready - the car was ready, but they missed fixing the door handle damage. And when taking a closer look at the paint it was terrible, something they didn't argue because it was obvious. However, they kind of tried to pass the blame, so Amir called the guy who did the work, and that guy then said the guys who did the work on the car missed doing this and that....so I left the car there for rework. (1 star taken off).I went again after the rework was done, and the paint job looked a lot better. But some areas it was not perfect (maybe this is unrealistic expectations), the paint was rough on some edges, on the inside there was a spot where there is some dirt in the paint. (1 star taken off).After taking the car and using it for few hours, I noticed that the door that was replaced sound different when opening and closing, it sounds hallow and there is a rattle sound to it. I took the car back and after a brief inspection they said that there is a piece inside the door (something like a dynamat to absorb noise). It seems this didn't come with the door they got. Anyway, they said they will order that thinking it will resolve the issue. I went back, got it installed, it did not make any difference. The door sound was still off. Amir said there is nothing else we can do!. (1 star taken off).
