I had to have my 2018 Ford F250 windshield replaced. State Farm recommend that I call this shop. Shannon let me know right up front that they would have to order the windshield and it would take 7-10 days. Once the windshield was delivered, Shannon called me and setup an appointment the next day. I dropped the truck off, the replacement was done in about 1 hour. They did an excellent job! I appreciate the great communication and customer service. I will definitely be using Winshield City again!

We had a great experience when they replaced the windshield on our Lexus. They were recommended by the Lexus dealership that we purchased from. They did great work, were very careful with protecting my white leather seats and installed a factory part and you can t even tell that a new windshield was put on. It looks pristine. And the lady who answered the phone was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend Windshield City, especially if you have a nice car!

Mike and the guys at the shop are amazing. Noticed my wife s 2019 Atlas had a crack windshield. Reached out to the shop and booked an appointment with in the week! I rock hit my Toyota Tundra windshield and I did some research on where to take it for repair. I read very positive reviews about Windshield City in Chantilly. Shannon helped me to get an appointment and was very informative. Mike, the owner, is amazing. Very nice person who is very honest. I watched him repair the windshield and he explained the process. He was able to fill the crack and not replace the windshield. He did a PERFECT job. Also extremely reasonable pricing. Great company and great people work there. My wife just got a crack in her windshield so I will be returning!

I just bought my car 3 months ago and my windshield was cracked from a rock that fell off the back of a dump truck. Mike had the best price and now I see why he s five star rated everywhere. Amazing service. I first called Safelite for a quote, then called them. They were over $100 cheaper and provided amazing and quality service! I dropped the SUV off in the morning and had it back well before lunchtime! They are the best in Harrisonburg, VA! Hands Down!!!

Chris and the owner Mike are top notch people and very humble. . They fixed my dad s windshield in no time. Was in and out. Furthermore, Their pricing is more than fair. Excellent quality of work

Great small business and friendly staff. Very reasonable pricing, especially compared to the chain-brand windshield repair places. Fixed a chip in the windshield that was smaller than a Quarter size pretty quickly.

I highly recommend Windshield City. I had two separate incidents that cracked my windshield this summer. Both times I was treated so kindly and the repair was done quickly for a great price. I never write reviews but this company goes over and above with customer care that I felt compelled to share my experience. I am so grateful for how easily the whole process went.

Top notch Auto Window/Glass repair in NoVA. Just had the windshield changed here on a 2004 Sequoia which was leaking due to poor previous installation. Windshield City installed a new windscreen which we noticed had a small scratch after install. No worries, came back a week later and got a new one installed at no cost. Warranty on work done for as long as you own the vehicle. Family owned and operated, plus they got two shop dogs! Recommended by our buddies at nearby GT Peace Automotive. Both great places to bring your vehicle in the area.

10/10 Recommend. They were listed on State Farm app. Submitted a claim that evening and Kathy reached out the next morning. She was so friendly and got me in quickly. Mike was also friendly and did a great job with the windshield replacement. I'd consider coming here even if it wasn't covered by insurance. I had my windshield replaced at Windshield City and they did an amazing job! I drive a Jeep Wrangler as any Wrangler owner knows that these windshields get rock chips all the time. Mike was kind and took care of my vehicle right away. He put the factory mopar windshield in and a few months later I received a rock chip on the new one and he took care of that too. I would much rather use a small local business rather than a large chain and Windshield City is definitely the right choice!!!!!Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Had a crack in my windshield and Geico recommended Safelite auto. I called my Lexus dealer and they recommended windshield city. Can t tell you how pleased I am with the service. They install the OE glass in less than four hours and were super responsive. Highly recommend anyone that needs their windshield repaired come here.

This is one of the most professional and customer-service oriented small businesses that I have encountered. My 2022 Toyota Camry Windshield was damaged from road debris and I immediately contacted various windshield repair shops in the NOVA area to get quotes. Shannon, in Windshield City, was the first response I received and she was very courteous and helpful in providing cost estimates and detailed information about my options and how it would impact the Driver Assistance Systems in my vehicle. She took the time to explain how long the installation and calibration of the ADAS would take and contacted me with confirmation of my insurance claims approval and appt date. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the shop owner, Mike, who was very courteous and immediately took care of us and assured us that everything would go smoothly. After the installation was completed, Mike again met with us to go over the details of the ADAS system calibration and told us to give him a call if there were any issues that came up. Overall, I can't emphasize enough how pleasant the experience was! This is the place to go for windshield replacement and repair, HANDS-DOWN!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was referred to Windshield City by my trusted mechanic and was very happy with my experience. Shannon their office manager was very nice and helped order and coordinate a time slot to do the repair. They found an aftermarket version of a back shield for a 2013 VW Tiguan and saved me over $450. I spoke with Mike, the owner and lead installer while I was there and can tell he is a hard-working owner and wants to provide top-quality service for his customers. These guys are true professionals who know exactly what they are doing. I've been to medium size businesses which charge hefty prices and take at least a week to get an appointment. Fixed the crack in my windshield with ease in a very short time plus they keep prices low. I am very satisfied with Windshield City. Thanks guys.

Mike and his team fixed my leaking windshield for my '93 Mustang. The seal was failing and Mike expertly removed the windshield with no issue, scraped it clean, primed it, and re-bonded it to the car. He even installed the new molding I picked up and was able to save me some parts that were sent to install it. Thank you for the excellent service AND supporting Military members! I had 2 windshields replaced here.Prices were excellent and service was prompt, fast and friendly.Taking my friend's Explorer in to get his windshield replace this Thursday. Don't put up with harsh negative attitudes and piss poor work quality of other windshield shops. Give Windshield City a try. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent people and excellent work! They were able to order the glass quickly and had me drop off the car in the morning. Picked up the car in the afternoon with a new windshield. Ended up costing a little less than what safelite was charging. Definitely recommended!

My SUV had a leaky windshield, a known issue with my model of Volvo. Dealer wanted 4x the price that Mike quoted to attempt a repair (since there's a chance windshield could break during removal).Other windshield shops wouldn't attempt repair, suggesting replacement for $1200. Mike had confidence in his staff to do the repair without damaging the windshield and did so successfully, and charged less than quoted amount. Mike and his son came directly to my address at no additional charge, were as friendly, knowlegable and as informative as I could have asked for. Had my cracked windshield on my old 4Runner replaced in well under an hour. Couldn't be happier... they're the best in the business! I've been there twice, and each time I drop off my truck, then get some awesome food at a cool, locally-owned bakery across the street (Firehook Bakery) while I wait. Absolutely wonderful experience. As a new car owner, I was a little nervous about rates, but almost immediately, all my fears were assuaged by the calm, professionalism of Mike and his team. They communicate well and make the process incredibly easy. Plus, their rates are good and lower than the average window replacement in the DMV area.

We had a branch fall from a tree through our windshield last week. I spoke to Lindsey and she gave me the option of having it replaced at home or bringing the car into the shop. Since it was going to be messier than a traditional windshield replacement, I chose to have the car towed to the shop. They were able to replace the windshield the next day. Both her and Mike were not only very professional but down to earth, good people. The pups in the garage are adorable too! I highly recommend this place!Service: Auto windshield replacement
