Tony and Ted Britt Truck Center are hands down the best. After $18K + of work with them we had an issue with our truck. Tony and his team worked diligently to get us taken care of. We are grateful for their assistance and will be lifetime customer following their efforts. Great job Ted Britt Truck Center!

Great experience! Per Ford recall, I came to TBTRC to replace my front driveshaft axle & cardan joint (rubber) & address Engine Light on my 2015 Ford Transit350.Tony N. addressed the entire experience exceptionally well, completely and he was great to talk to. Colten is knowledgeable, informative and did a great job; and Ed had all parts in couple of days (including over the weekend)! These guys really take care of their customers. I will return for maint/service.

On the third day of driving to Springfield VA for a visit from Texas, my new RV vehicle with a Ford chassis had SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator come on with no detail on what the issue may be. Became very concern for the travel back to Texas in 6 days. Difficulty finding a Ford dealer willing to check my RV and find out the reason for the indicator being on. After a couple of rejections, TED BRITT FORD was contacted at the TRUCK REPAIR CENTER on Flint Lee Rd in Chantilly VA. Stephen at this location was the encouragement I needed to get the vehicle checked out. He made no promises but had me bring in the vehicle early the next morning, had the diagnostics performed, the reason for the indicator being on, reset the indicator and had me on my way within 30 minutes! Outstanding service from Stephen and mechanic Shannon on checking out the vehicle. I have my elderly parents with me and wanted to ensure we had no major issues on the drive back. Thanks so much Ted Britt Truck Repair and thanks so much Stephen for helping these Texans in distress!

Final Update: My truck was picked up from home and a loaner truck provided. Additionally, as part of the service, the truck was taken to the dealership and washed which a nice extra for my troubles after the first service experience. Checking the tires and oil it is clear that service was performed on the 2nd visit. I can't go up to 5 stars for 2 reasons, 1) it took two visits, 2) I feel compelled to check the shops work going forward. I would commend management, the GM and Service manager, for making this right with another service.Update: I'm working with General Manager Gardner Britt to get this sorted out. Moving up to 3 stars for now. Will update further after round 2 of service.Took my F250 here for first 7500 mile service. The paperwork says they did several things including balance and rotate the tires. I can tell by tread depth and the amount of brake dust on the rims before and after the service that the tires were not rotated. I complained to this shop and to Ford corporate. If they didn't rotate the tires, how can I trust they did rest of the service? Answer: I CAN'T. I paid ~$4500 for Ford Premium care when I purchased the truck new. Maybe Ted Britt changed the oil on this service, maybe. It reflects very poorly on Ted Britt and Ford when you don't get what you paid for. This service center also has a gravel lot and if it's a dry day, you'll get your truck back with a coating of dust. My previous visit to Ted Britt in Chantilly with an F150 also had issues when they did not communicate that I would not be getting my truck back on time. When I made arrangements to pick it up, there I was that evening with no truck and no way to get to work the next day. A phone call to let me know would've been helpful. My advice, avoid Ted Britt Chantilly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my Winnebago Ekko serviced at this Ted Britt facility. The RV is built on a Ford Transit chassis. All aspects of the service experience went smoothly, from scheduling to pickup. Excellent service! Trey and James are top notch professionals. They got my Ford F-250 SD in and out in a very short amount of time. Jason the Service Tech did a excellent job servicing my truck. They explained everything in detail about the service and provided recommendations for future service. By far the best service experience I ve ever had. High Praise! Well worth the cost.

I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism and attentiveness that this business provides for its customers. I was able to get the vehicle in a very timely manner considering I had not made an appointment. Michael Darlin is the gentleman who handled my vehicle maintenance, and he displayed a very professional and cooperative attitude every time we spoke.

***Update*** Feb 12, 22Michael with Ted Britt called this morning to explain their updated RV policy. After a simple discussion we were able to determine there was a miscommunication. Our discussion revolved all concerns. Otherwise, Michael thank you again for the phone call and follow-up, nice to see that Ted Britt and yourself do care. (Warranty work) Today, I called for simple maintenance work and I was told the Center no longer repairs Ford RVs. F250 Diesel in for the first service and check the steering wheel which is slightly off center. I have the prepaid service at Ted Britt for this truck so I can;t comment on price/value. I was surprised that the DEF fluid is included in my service plan. Service writer said I can swing by anytime to top off the DEF fluid tank. I am completely happy with this Truck Repair Center. Both service writers were great and answered all my questions and gave me a quick tour of the service center. They have a nice clean waiting room with chairs, diesel magazines, a vending machine and a TV. Dropped off at 7 am and picked up truck at 11 am. My F250 was return in the same condition, clean.

I have used these guys a couple times for my 6.7 SD and they don't disappoint. My top 3 peeves of any shop are: Don't BS me, let me know when it is ready, let me know if it is going to take longer than expected. TB won me over on all of them. Trey was thorough in explaining repairs, the guys in the shop treated my (probably dumb) questions with respect. My truck has been done on time every time. The ONLY thing I can fault this location for is parking. There isn't much and it's tight, but nothing worth dropping a star for.My first truck purchase from them was in the 90's; a SRW F-350 RCLB with a 351 Windsor. We have purchased more vehicles from TB than any other single dealer. We keep going back because they deliver!

These guys are simply the best. My last visit was due to a warranty item associated with the Turbo. They were on it so fast it was almost like a NASCAR pit crew. I've been taking my trucks there for at least 3 years. They like no one else understand I make my living with my truck.

I have had my Fleet serviced here for years. Mike & Michael are excellent & extremely knowledgeable. They always offer me very good options on our repair work. You will not go wrong at this truck shop.

I needed starter replaced on F350, these guys were on it and worked with warranty company to get it covered. Fast, professional, and friendly. This is the 3rd truck I have trusted to these guys, never disappointed.

This is the only place I will take my truck. They mainly deal with commercial vehicles and that's what I need. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for.

When you want them to work on your Ford diesel truck and only your Ford diesel truck. No cars, SUVs etc. FORD TRUCKS !!!!They know what they are doing !!!
