TBL continues to impress with the service experience, well after the excellent sales experience. Appointments are easy to make, and when I do want to drive out to see the new dealership and cars, I m impressed by the attentiveness of staff. After servicing, my Lincoln is cleaned before being returned to me, and I can leave knowing the work was done correctly as requested.

Ted, Britt had an incredible amount of inventory, I had initially planned on ordering my Aviator, but they had so many in stock. I just bought one off the lot. Jen, my sales rep, was super helpful. Super responsive, really did a great job getting me the vehicle that I wanted. Went out of her way to make sure, she found a vehicle that fit my needs and my wife s preferences. I feel like I got a good deal on both the outdoor price and financing. I would definitely use them again when I m in the market for my second Lincoln.

I recently purchased a 2021 Lincoln Corsair and my experience working with Hassan was so good. He s a straight shooter and didn t play any of those car salesman games. Sure, he wanted to sell me that car but he treated me with respect throughout the process. Best experience I ve had buying a car. Seek out Hassan he ll be honest and treat you right.

Purchased a new 2023 Nautilus Reserve from Ted Britt Lincoln on Feb 16. The sales experience was truly outstanding. My sales person, Samantha Carter is an excellent sales representative of Ted Britt Lincoln. She went out of her way to explain the differences between my 2019 Nautilus and the new 2023 in enough detail and at the right speed so that I was able to comprehend the significant differences. She was efficient when it came to providing costs needed by me, as I negotiated "the deal." After the sale was made, she ensured that the legal and financial aspects of the offer were efficiently passed to her financial counterpart. The financial agent walked me through the legal and financial paperwork very efficiently, taking time to explain in detail the answers to questions that I asked during the session. Delivery went without an problem--detailing was spot on! One of the most pleasurable experiences I have had with any auto dealership in more than 50 years. Can clearly recommend Ted Britt Lincoln Chantilly as a class dealership.

They knocked it out of the park. Great deals, great folks, and they go the extra mile. We bought a car from out of state without seeing it. Obviously, we were a bit nervous about it, but they did a great job reassuring us and being personable. We got the car very quickly with a full tank of gas and extra detailing. We will be looking here first for future car needs. Anthony was fantastic.

We purchased a new Lincoln Corsair, it was an amazingly easy experience. The sales consultant, Samantha, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very easy to deal with we had no back and forth with the pricing. We let her know what we wanted and Samantha as well as the General Manager Michael took care of the rest. The paperwork process was even easier, we expected hours to complete the paper work. Instead it took about 10 minutes!!!! This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had ( I am 75 years old). Would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, you won't go wrong here. Oh, by the way we love the car!

We just purchased a 2023 Lincoln Aviator Reserve. It's white with the roast interior.Jenn Gribnau was our salesperson. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She answered every question we asked and explained how to use the tech features.She is a helful and kind person. I was so happy to have been able to work with her. GREAT JOB JENN!Michael Britt in Management worked patiently with me to get the paperwork completed. Thanks Michael.It was a GREAT experience buying our Lincoln. I was lucky to get the first 2024 Nautilus from Ted Britt thanks to the outstanding coordination of Samantha! Whole transactions was online due to heavy snowstorm. Price was right! Every question answered by Samantha. Excellent business manager that did not try to sell me every option -- and, in fact, I bought the longer guarantee package. I have three Lincolns -- this was my best experience ever! And finally, onsite delivery by very knowledgeable and friendly delivery man who answered every question of my wife about the complexities and features of the new Nautilus! WE ARE HAPPY FAMILY. Mike Britt came out to chop it up a bit with me and my wife too which was fun. He remembered us from three years ago. Great customer service!

We had a pleasant experience buying a new 23 Nautilus from Ted Britt. I had done my research prior to arriving to the dealership and knew exactly what I was looking for. They didn t have the configuration I was looking for so I left understanding I would have to place a special order. Later the same day I received a call from Mahlik who looked at their current orders and found an exact match. He was able to reassign the order to us which saved us a significant waiting period. The team worked to get us the discounts we were expecting and gave us a fair trade in value for our old car. They worked with us over email to get the financing started and begin the paper work so everything would be ready to sign when we showed up. There was zero pressure from the test drive to the contract signing which is the fastest way to lose us as a customer. Thanks Mahlik, Michael and the rest of the Tedd Britt team for an effortless and positive experience.

Wonderful experience working with Ted Britt of Chantilly. Requested information regarding a Navigator posted on their website about 6:40 in the morning. 6:45 Samanatha responded. Not only was she super prompt she also had answers to all my questions. She took care of everything and I got a great price. Just showed up to sign papers. Beautiful dealership too! I live in Richmond but considering servicing my new Navigator there because of the quality of experience! (Not paid for this review either .)

A true gentleman and a scholar. We recently purchased a 2021 Navigator Black Label and our experience couldn t have been nicer with Hassan Yousufi. From the moment we walked on the lot he greeted us in a manner which felt like we had known him for years. He immediately gained our trust and was not pushy. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We came by on one of the hottest days and he quickly had the cars ready for a test drive after walking the lot, even putting the A/C s on for us. After our test drive we shared that we were not ready to make a decision on the spot and he was very respectful and down to earth. We came back the next day and ended up test driving a special edition model with the monochromatic package again at the end of the visit we were not yet ready, still he was very understanding and not pushy. Fast forward to about a week later we ended up giving him the green light and dealt mostly via email and text which is very convenient as we were traveling from NY. From repainting the bumper to changing a panel, the whole process was very easy even mailing our plates and registration after my pick up which I might add was almost a month later as we had a pre planned travel trip. I came back to pick it up a few weeks later when visiting family locally since we declined to have it delivered. He DID offer to drive it up to us in NY and take an Amtrak back to VA!!! How nice is that?? He even mailed me a small care package just a few days ago nearly two months after the sale! Kudos to you Hassan and thanks for a great experience. We will be back for our next Lincoln in the future.

Dealer held my 2019 Lincoln MKC hostage for two months. The diagnostic appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance and I stated that I would wait for the car. The service manager did not want me to wait, but I insisted. After four hours, I was informed that the engine needed to be replaced and it would be under warranty.I was told that they had all of the parts but one and it would be there on Monday, appointment was on a Friday the beginning of October.Initially told it would be two weeks to repair. After two weeks was told the end of the month. At the end of the month was told two more weeks. Service tech had surgery, so I had to wait for his return. Once the tech returned he was on restrictions and could not do the work. Was then told the engine specialist would service my car the following week. This really made me wonder why the engine specialist was not doing the repair in the first place. The repair took two to three days and my car was returned the day after Thanksgiving.No loner car was provided until after a month. No service updates were provided unless I called for an update, which of course nothing was being done.This is not the first car that I have purchased from Tedd Britt, but it will be the last one I ever do.

On my recent visit i was looking at a 2023 black label aviator, the sales person Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. He answered all my questions I had about the vehicle and made sure I was taken care of. Bryan was also very efficient on presenting the car and overall give me a great experience.

I purchased 2022 Lincoln-Black Label pre-owned, Lincoln certified vehicle last week. Though the purchase experience and sales person Brian was pleasant, me and my wife are very unhappy with inspection quality issues. We initially identified a major paint damage issue which was fixed after 3 days. After the car was delivered, we observed one side mirror was broken. Now we have to address that. We are now questioning the Lincoln certification process itself. Some one didn t do their job in the certification department. We used to drive Honda and Volkswagen before and never experienced anything like this. The gentleman I spoke at the dealership was cold and didn t even apologize for the bad experience. Brian is good and helpful. Hope we will not encounter anymore issues in the future.

We recently bought a Lincoln Navigator 2022 from Tedd Britt lincoln and the whole experience from vehicle search to driving it home was very smooth. Everything was tailored to our convenience. We were able to visit dealership and test drive or see vehicles as per our convenience.Alia and Michael helped throughout the process. I had so many questions for them before and after the purchase. They were easily accessible to answer all my queries over calls or messages. Irrespective of the time of day i always got a response to my queries with in a couple of minutes.Tony helped us in financing and he explained everything so well. He provided suggestions or options and honored my decisions without hiding anything or any upsell tactics.I highly recommend Tedd Britt Lincoln because of following reasons1) smooth, transparent and quick process2) no upsell tactics or hidden costs or extra charge due to high demand.3) super easy and quick financing4) great after sale service5) very helpful in quickly getting vehicle of your choice delivered even in current super crazy market where people are waiting up to 8 months or so to get a new car delivered after placing an order.6) car pickup and delivery for service or checkup is really very convenient and time saving. Service Appointments are easily available.

This dealership is by far the best in the area. Quality service and top notch employees. We don t buy cars often and test drove every mid-size SUV in the area. Ultimately our decision to go with Lincoln not only for the car but because we knew dealing with this dealership would be effortless and fair. Ted Britt Lincoln makes you feel like you matter to them.

In search of a Specific Truck, we recently came upon one located at this Dealership. We were put in contact with Sam (Samantha Carter) From the start, Samantha was polite, friendly and super helpful in our communications, as we were in NJ and she in Virginia. She made our whole transaction seamless. We came down to pick up the Truck and finish the paperwork and hit some traffic getting there late. She kept in contact with us and stayed as late as we did to make sure the rest of the transaction went just as smooth. Tony, in the financial Dept was also super friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Honestly, this was the best experience we ve had purchasing a vehicle and we HIGHLY recommend coming here for YOUR purchase.

They take your $ and then GHOST you. I wanted to go to a first class establishment after checking out some Navigators at some other dealer, figured I d pay more but the process would be above board and professional Not the experience I had here. I purchased a Lincoln Navigator from Thomas who was well-educated on the vehicle and handed me off to and manage the finance department. Rates were not the best with great credit but the times are what they are. Typical up sell of 15 or so options you could add. I declined all but the Resist All treatment.The vehicle was a Certified PreOwned CPO and was going to undergo a 200 point inspection and repairs if needed I was advised that the screen in he dash was likely in the process of a reset and didn t turn on and that they would fix it and I could pick it up in a few days. Then .Crickets, several calls and numerous emails went I responded to from Michael Britt who had picked up the lead on the transaction. I reached back out to my original contact Thomas and then was given off to another Employee who says that she would look Into it and get back with me. NOPE I had to call and email. I was told the part is on back order and they are not sure when it will be in, I inquired on the name of the part and found it available on numerous websites including Amazon. It has been weeks. Now, I don t expect a dealership to make a component appear out of mid air, nor push me to the front of the service department for a $70k vehicle. But they could at least have the courtesy to let a customer know that us wasn t going to be ready so I didn t loose a day at work scheduling the pick up and having someone take me there at nearly a 2 hour drive. The only information I get is what I can squeeze out of them with countless calls and emails. The process is frustrating to say the least. I had called back and added a bumper to bumper warranty since I am feeling uneasy with all the electric and computers onboard. The finance guy quoted me significantly more than when I was offered the package initially and then reduced it after being advised that was not the original quote. I still paid more than the initial quote.The process and lack of communication with the dealership has been frustrating to say the least. I can handle getting the vehicle later when a part comes in, but I have little confidence that anyone there is advocating for me. You shouldn t have to call and complain to move the process along or to be kept in the loop. At this point I would have a real hard time recommending friends and family to purchase here.BEWARE this is the worst choice in the Lincoln Dealerships in the US. Spend your money elsewhere! Two months of the runaround treatment!

Drove from Raleigh to buy a Lincoln Nautilus. All I should say is we had an awesome car buying experience. The entire dealership deserves more than 5 stars. Truly professional. All my email queries, additional car picture and video requests were promptly responded by Ryan. On the day of purchase, when we arrived, Ryan had the car pulled up to the front ready for the viewing.Tony was very friendly and made the whole buying process(paperwork/DMV/Finance) look easy and effortless.Our two month long car hunt got ended here on a happy note.Ryan and Tony justified our 600 miles of round trip.

This place is shady. I brought in my Lincoln Nav with a flashing check engine light and knowledge that we had some coolant in and around the sparkplug of cylinder two. (feeling it was head gasket or intake system leak). They knew I was from out of town and I believe tried to take advantage of me."You need a new motor, we think the engine block is warped. cost of a new engine is $12,000 to fix it". (please note, I know the car never overheated, still had coolant in it, and ran fine for 20 minutes or so after it sat for a while)I said no, paid the diagnostic fee, and took it to another location in the DC area. The fix was the intake system (they could see the leak under pressure) and while they were there we did the plugs and coils - it was $1200 or 1/10th of the price.This was July of 2023. I've waited until now (Nov 2023) to write this review to make sure the fix was the right fix. I've put 4000 miles on this car since it was fixed by someone else and have had no issues.My opinion is they either tried to take advantage of me for being an out of towner or they don't know what they are doing. You decide.

Don't purchase the service plan - the service team is not communicative and you'll find better trained maintenance staff at Jiffy Lube! Staff don't know how their own maintenance and service plans work and the detail is not posted in the customer profile. Training is seemingly non-existent - leaves you skeptical as to whether you'll ever recoup what you spend for the concierge maintenance and service plan. Caveat emptor!

Great customer service from Thomas Proctor as he truly cared about meeting our needs. From the moment we met him, he delivered top notch service. We had went to several other dealerships and Ted Britt Lincoln stood way above the rest with selection and value. If you're looking to buy a Lincoln, don't waste your time with other dealerships.
