Never buy car from them. I got a BMW X1 from them this Tuesday. When I checked the car last Saturday, the dealer told that the only problem for the car was the rear camera does not work. When I picked the car on Tuesday, the dealer told me that the door cannot be locked. When I drive the car back home, I check the car again, I found that the windshield system does not work. And the "service engine soon" lights on indicate an engine problem. All these problems, they didn't tell me. So never buy a Car from liars like them! When I call them asking for this problem, the deal speak rudely and asked me to see doctor.

I was very satisfied with my experience of buying a car through Super Bee Auto. Fred is the gentleman who helped us through the process and he made sure that we had help every step of the way. They are connected to a financing company (the representative was wonderful to work with) so the process of getting a loan and completing the purchase of the car was that much easier. Lastly, I live in Maryland so as anyone who lives in MD knows; after buying a car you always dread the state inspection. The vehicle completely passed the first time around so I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Super Bee Auto, and Fred specifically, for all of your help in buying our car.

Sold me a smoking engine death trap, then gave me a loaner vehicle that was possibly even more dangerous (completely shot suspension) while he performed undocumented and undisclosed repairs that took weeks. They wouldn't answer calls or contact me back throughout the process, and I was only barely able to get a partial refund. Avoid this place like the plague!

I just had my Jeep Cherokee detailed at Super Bee. VERY PLEASED. Excellent service, timely, very good price. Personable and professional staff. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend.

I have no complaints about my experience buying from Super Bee Auto LLC. It is a small dealership, located in a sort of a warehouse type thing. Unusual, but they are very non-pressure and straightforward. It doesn't take hours and you dont get shifted around from person to person or pushed to buy extra products. I hate that! Parsa, my salesperson, sold me a fine car at the best price I could find anywhere. Plus, the processing fee was also very reasonable compared to the the 700-1000 other places charge. I recommend Parsa and Super Bee to anyone looking get a good car at a very fair price.

I would give zero stars, but I can t. We purchased a truck that had some age but seemed to run great. It worked for one week and then the car wouldn t start. The battery would not hold a charge. We replaced the battery and the truck still wouldn t hold a charge. After several consultations and no luck, we chalked things up to experience and bought a new truck from a reputable dealer. We didn t even try to take the truck back as we knew they would say it wasn t under warranty.

Please stand clear of this place! My sister drove a hour to purchase a car today and with 15 minutes the check engine light came on. When she went to return the car they made it seem like it was no big deal and that it was only the thermostat which will mess up the engine and cause the car to over heat. They didn t even offer to fix the problem. Please look at the reviews they sell lemon cars and turn the engine code off long enough for the person to drive off with the car. They are highly unprofessional look at how they are responding to the reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I went to buy the 2016 Dodge Charger today 3/15/23. I was super excited to extremely disappointed when I pulled off and the check engine light came right on . Even though I did receive a refund from the owner. The man Fred was highly upset when I asked for a refund because as he said it s only the check engine light . Furthermore he went on to say that it was curiosity that I even received the refund. So I just want to tell y all I am one of those people who read the reviews and still decided to go here, just to now being the one making a review. Please go somewhere else they may seem professional but the cars are straight lemons.

Absolute worst place to ever buy a car. Some places are shady but here is a whole different level. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G37 that looked absolutely amazing and even had a great carfax report or so I thought. A week later things started to go wrong but i was already at the point of no return. I took it to the mechanic to see what was up and they comeback with $6K worth of damages to the car that only would be seen if a professional was inspecting it. Thank goodness i bought the warranty because that covered most of it. Also if you go there and don't see anybody up front don't bother calling the number because they don't answer. The last time i was there i waited 15 mins just for me to ask two people who were there and they said that they worked there. So they saw me waiting and did absolutely nothing. I usually don't like giving reviews but this place deserves negative stars mainly because of the inability to take responsibility for selling people lemons and acting clueless. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

I purchased a Volvo from this business. The sales men (Mohsen) who helpped me to purchase my truck was very nice and prfessional. I really enjoyed the whole expriance and i am happy with my purchase. I will diffnatly do business with them again with my future purchase.

Very interesting interaction with whom I believed was the owner of the shop. Car looked great, it's a BMW.Now here's what happened;. We were told "the car is great, everything works, fluids changed, runs great and all". I asked twice, "why was the car still sitting"? He glossed over my questions, he gave 'no-reply'. My guy and I took the car out for a test drive. No sooner had I made a turn, a light came on the dash. ENGINE LIGHT!! The light stayed until we drove the short distance back to the dealer. Dealer said, "oh its just the O2 Sensor".. just the 02 Sensor is a big deal!!! He claims he will call me when he fixed it- out of his pocket. Found out this vehicle's ENGINE LIGHT has been an issue since June 2021.No wonder that beautiful vehicle is still sitting!!So disappointed !!

In April, I bought an SUV from Super Bee Auto. Naveed was my salesman and he was great! I live 2 hours away, so I asked lots of questions before I committed to driving that far to look at a car. He answered every one and was very helpful. He even came in on a Sunday for me to look at it and complete the transaction. There was a small issue with not getting something I was told I would receive, but in the end, that was rectified to my satisfaction. It was a great experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a car from Super Bee Auto last weekend and had an excellent experience. Osama was extremely easy to work with and very honest. The selection of used cars are extremely clean and fairly priced. I have bought many cars throughout the years and this dealership is absolutely the best I have worked with thus far. The customer service, pricing, quality and selection of cars was unbeatable. I m a customer for life.

Unfortunately I have video rather than photo proof. The car my teenage daughter bought leaks water like a shower when it rains. Water pours in the back window area. When we asked to return the car (as that was not the only issue with it!) the owner of Super Bee was rude and not at all understanding or helpful in trying to make it right. He states it s our problem and what happens when you buy a used car. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far, FAR AWAY from this dealership.

Had a great experience buying my BMW 740Li from Sam. I had screwed up my flight and came in a day earlier than expected. Not a problem for Sam. He picked me, and another out of state customer, up at the airport on a Sunday!!! He really went the extra mile. The car was everything and more of what it was advertised as and I drove it from VA to Denver with not one problem at all. I had never bought a car out of state before and Sam made it very easy. When I look for my next car Super Bee will be my first stop. Thanks a ton Sam!!!

Found a car they posted online and was headed up to purchase was told to call the next morning because I was 2 hrs away before driving that far. When calling was told sure see you when you get here, when we get there car was sold Said guy went to the bank, okay fine why not call and tell us at that point would of saved us another hour drive there and 3 hrs back due to DC traffic. So to top this off we go to dealer right acrossFrom them and when they see us test driving a car they text about giving us another car they have $1000 off of what he says is a 13500 price tag I m thinking ok at least he s trying to make it right until I look at their site and the car is listed at 12,500 Do not drive any distance on this guys word. And if they are offering money off i guess he didn t think it would be as simple as me viewing their website..

sold me a car with everything wrong but was told was in excellent condition service engine light came on as soon as i got home. entire bottom of car rusted, tire had a dead plug, missing catalytic converter, ac broken, knocking under hood, two different headlights one with projector light, one with a broken bulb, glass all in the headlight and wires cut up inside. complete scam. if i could give 0 stars i would. do not buy a vehicle from here complete setup

Very pleasant car buying experience with Super Bee! Both Mr. Othman and his wife made me feel welcomed and secure about my purchase. I search every Nissan dealer trying to find my car and every dealer gave me so much of a hassle, offering me everything except for what I wanted. Mr. Othman had exactly what I wanted, and the price was great! I love my new car and I will most certainly recommend my friends and family to shop with Super Bee Auto!! Thanks again Super Bee Auto.

Mohseen Bhai is very friendly and I am long time client with different cars. All my previous cars are serviced with Super Bee Mohseen Bhai.He adjusted labour costs I'm low on budget during my education time before.Depends on timing super bee can get Walk in appointments which is very helpful.Mechanic(Huma) is very detailed and can talk on recommendations.Not expensive like dealerships is a plus with friendly attitude of staff and mechanic.I am now bringing my New Ford Focus 2018 to Super bee. (Why not choose Super Bee over expensive Ford Dealership s).I recommend anyone to get service cars from this friendly garage.I should thank my friend who introduced me to Super Bee Mohseen Bhai.Thank you.

SuperBeeeAuto had an excellent selection of premium cars in excellent condition. Sam was personable and straight-forward, making the transaction quick and enjoyable. Very family friendly as they provided some gifts to our children to help them enjoy the buying process as well. The Corvette was reasonably priced and in great shape! Do not buy from them! Took it to a mechanic to get it checked out as soon as we purchased it and the mechanic said that the frame was so rusted they didn't even feel safe getting under the vehicle. I did not receive the inspection sticker and when I had to pay to get it I was told that there was another recent one and asked if I wanted it as well. The first inspection failed the vehicle due to problems that could not be fixed (frame rusted through, rusted brake system, etc.). Miraculously it passed right after that. I was put in touch with the inspectors supervisor who said that this particular inspector has been written up for false approvals and that it is known that he accepts bribes to pass vehicles. Had to get an attorney involved and paid over 3000.00 as a penalty in order to get Superbee to take the vehicle back. Do not buy from them! Too many other issues through this process to even list. Promised a title but it was never provided and many, many other lies. Naveed and Mo seemed so nice and sincere. Do not be fooled by this!

I'll start by saying I rarely write reviews on anything. I needed a bigger car for my growing family. I found a suburban at super bee auto. From start to finish the experience was fantastic (and that is coming from somebody who is naturally suspicious by nature). The team there were upfront about everything and we have had the car 3 months now and it is going great. Perhaps most remarkable thing however was that our suburban came equipped with an entertainment system with two screens in the back for the kids. About a week after we had the car we were reading the user guide and found that the entertainment system usually came with Bluetooth headphones. I happened to callsuper bee just to see if by chance they had received them when they purchased the car used. They had not but said they would follow up with the original owner. Two months later I get a phone call from the owner to tell me they were able to get the headphones and to either come pick them up or they would mail them out. We picked them up this weekend. I share this because these guys stand behind what they are selling. They could have just forgotten about my ask but they didn't. I can only imagine what it took for them to find the headphones given I am sure they probably bought the car at auction or from some other dealer. Kudos to them. I'd go back and do business with them in a heart beat.

My experience was very good. Mr. Othman is an entrepreneur focused on customer service and earning a good reputation. The customer deals directly with him, not some salesman focused only on getting a commission. He will succeed because his goal is customer satisfaction and repeat business. After the purchase, he made a special trip to my house to deliver the new license plates and also new floor mats. As agreed, he repaired a scratch on the body of the car and did more than what he promised, painting the entire rear bumper because he wanted to satisfy himself that the car's appearance was in excellent condition, even though I did not even ask him to do so. Very refreshing to see someone in retail go above and beyond the basic requirement.

My husband and I were very pleased with the condition & value of the used BMW we purchased from this business, Osama and his wife Rose are lovely people and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They worked with us and really took their time answering all of our questions with patience & not once pressuring us or hurrying us along. We even had a snafu after registering the vehicle and they helped us to resolve the issue & made things right, we would go back here & recommend this business without hesitation. Two thumbs up.

My husband and I purchased a 2013 BMW 335i convertible hardtop in November 2017. We are writing this review on Christmas Day as this was our present!! We had looked online for this particular vehicle and equipped as we wanted. We checked dealers across the country. We located exactly what we wanted plus a couple extras and were delighted to find the vehicle only had 20,000 miles. The price was not low. More importantly to us was that it was fair. Mr. Othman maintains an inventory of quality vehicles. When it was time to make the purchase Mr. and Mrs. Othman not only handled that transaction well but afterwards we chatted for awhile as old friends. We love our car and appreciated the experience. As a side note, we drove up from South Carolina to see this car and subsequently make the purchase..

This was a wonderful experience. The owner made time for us to come in on a Sunday, and made us feel welcome. We bought a used 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid and after 1,000 miles we have had no problems arise. I would recommend this business for their competitive prices on high quality cars with excellent service!
