You have earned a customer with me! I recently had a state inspection with Stone Springs. Like many, I planned for an easy inspection. Fortunately, my inspection failed and I was surprised and pleased. I had engine mounts and a power steering concerns that needed to be addressed. It may sound crazy, yet I was happy that the issue was recognized and resolved before my kids experienced the issues that could have been. So, I m thankful for that. Did it cost a few dollars to repair? Yes. At the same time, what would have been the cost if it wasn t repaired? Piece of mind is priceless.Again, you have earned a customer with me and I look forward to my next visit. If a potential customer is reading this, would it be a crazy idea to consider this place?

I would highly recommend Dolf and his team at Stone Springs Auto Center, they are knowledgeable, honest, fair and quick turn-around with all your car service needs. I was going out of town on a business trip and needed to have oil change and maintenance as my service light in my car had come on. At 4pm they were able to get me in do the routine service and fix a nail that I had in my tire all within a reasonable time in and out within 30 minutes. Extremely happy with the level of customer service and follow up after my appointment to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Great to deal with. They are very straightforward to work with. I recently got my lights for Mustang changed. Worked with Dolf in identifying exactly what parts I needed from Amazon. Once I had the parts, they were able to replace it at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend them for any kind of car repairs.

One of the most seamless and stress-free experiences! I brought my car in due to some drain leakage from an unknown source. They took note of my concerns and were able to help immediately. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating! They explained and showed me everything they were working on; assuring me as they went. I will definitely be back next time I m in need of any car repair. They genuinely wanted to provide aid and service in the most professional way possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience. Had a rather costly repair needed (water pump replacement). Stone Springs Auto gave me a great price in comparison to several quotes. Dolf and team walked me through the repair, we re able to order the necessary parts, and have everything completed quickly. After, Dolf personally followed up to inquire how the vehicle is doing, which was very much appreciated. I have been going to Stone Springs Auto for all of my auto service and repair needs for years. Even though I have moved to a different county, I still take my car back to Stone Springs. I wouldn t trust anyone else. Dolf and Lonny are amazing. They always go above and beyond, great service, honest and efficient.

This shop is amazing! My truck broke down in Chantilly. Contacted Stone Springs Auto. I was told to have it there the next morning and they would be able to have it checked out. They were able to replace the water pump on my truck and I was back on the road that afternoon. I would Highly recommend this shop for repairs and service!

The worst place. Ever. Please just stay away. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They started servicing on the vehicle that nobody had authorized yet. They also tried to charge $35.00 to fill tires up with air? Really?? While the vehicle was still in the shop we would call and ask how much the total would be and the employees there are super rude and acting like we were stupid for asking a simple question. After we picked up the vehicle, we were about to leave and they said Oh no, the key to the car isn t working. (To obviously take more money from us.) We walked outside with them with the key in our hand, and it started right up. They are very unprofessional and just want the money, no care in the world for customers. Do not support this business.

My first experience and pleasantly surprised at how well this place is put together. Dolf, the owner is probably the most accommodating and the face of this shop. I am hoping my first experience as positive, refreshing and transparent as it was remains, as I will be a continued customer. I just get a trusting vibe which is hard to find and kindness is key.

Needed new tires. Got quality service. Also had a leaking oil pan. Did great work. Had my car back quickly and everything works great. I love my new tires balanced and installed. Also identified a coolant leak and fix that for me. I started going here when the local ford dealership was quoting me RIDICULOUS amounts for brake pads, oil change, and filter swap. Local social media had lots of folks who were fans of Stone Springs Auto, so I gave them a shot. Since then, have been going to them for all the vehicles in our family. They treat us like family, work is excellent, pricing very fair. Just an awesome auto shop to have in the neighborhood.

I went to this location to get my state inspection. The person who assists me, his customer service, was way beyond anyone's expectation. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this location to someone.

I always find them to be Friendly, Honest, & Transparent. They have a decent smallish waiting area with TV and comfortable chairs but no coffee or drinks available. Since i generally know what is wrong with my vehicles before i take them into service I can honestly say they don't try to sell things i don't need. Ask for Dolf (the proprietor) and he will do his level best to help or advise of your options under no pressure to you.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Very pleased with service. My brakes were grinding and making noise. Stone Springs inspected the entire car. They identified several items that needed to be addressed. I appreciate that they were not pushy to fix everything. I elected to focus on the brakes. They replaced front brakes for a fair price and in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Stone Springs Auto Center, especially Miguel and Dolf! I recently had a paint touch-up done on my Mercedes-Benz by someone who turned out to be less than professional. Realizing that my car's paint job could be ruined, I rushed to Stone Springs Auto Center without an appointment, hoping that they could help.Miguel, who I knew from a previous service, took one look at the paint and knew exactly what needed to be done. Within minutes, he and his colleague Dolf swung into action, applying a specialized formula that miraculously restored the original paint color. I was holding my breath, thinking my car was beyond repair, but these guys saved the day (and my car)!Not only did they fix the immediate issue, but they also offered valuable recommendations on how to buff out a few other spots to improve the overall look of my vehicle. It's rare to find an auto shop that goes above and beyond like this, but Stone Springs Auto Center has earned my trust completely. Their expertise, rapid response, and friendly service make them the go-to place for all my auto needs. Thank you, Miguel and Dolf, you're amazing!

I highly recommend Stone Springs Auto Center! They have always been one of the most trusted auto centers in Loudoun County and my most recent repair was no different. I have been going here for several years. My continued loyalty started with a wonderful experience to replace my tires. Their pricing was competitive and they had a very quick delivery. I came in with both my toddlers for the replacement service and they went above and beyond to accommodate us (let me kids use their TV, checked on us regularly and were so friendly to us). I have continued to use them for all my car inspections. Their inspector is so personable and I enjoy being greeted with friendly faces and wonderful service. I don t usually give reviews, but I felt that I need to tell everyone about how awesome is this shop.I have been bring my 02 Camry for a couple years now. Last year they replaced the tires for me.10 days ago the car was parked for more than a week, my son noticed that the tires are low. We took it to them and they kept it for more than 6 hrs, they tested the 4 tires for multiple times, and when they didn t find any problems they contacted me to pick it up. Without charging me for diagnosing the problem.Honest and professional.Thank you.

Rude service by the entire team! last few years I have been going here for all my needs, but this one visit when I was standing in line for inspection for well over 30 minutes and the staff tells me line is closed. Why didn't he just close the lane, and place the sign!!! And the manager stopped by and jokes if I moved the sign. I so regret giving them all my auto business all this time. Long wait times are okay if there is courteous service, but this is inexcusable to make customers wait and then joke around and deny service.

We had just gotten home from a 2 week vacation with our three kids, a brand new puppy, a car already in the driveway with a flat tire and then our main car's tire pressure light came on. When it rains it pours! Stone Springs Auto was able to get us in that afternoon, were so welcoming and kind to my husband who had our two sons and the puppy with him. They completed the job super quickly and even gave us a small break on the price as well. We were very grateful for such excellent service that helped us get back on track in the middle of a busy busy time.

My experience could have been much better. I went with a battery issue and I was charged close to 70 bucks just for a check and was priced an exponentially high amount for its replacement. I had to thank them and go to another location for a 40% less quote and a better battery.The only positive from my experience was getting a confirmation that I need battery replacement.2 stars for professional experience
