I have had my cars fixed at South Riding Auto Collision twice, and I am very happy with their service. Sadiq and Elizabeth are superb people when it comes to treating their customers right.I would highly recommend them.

Honest and reliable work, great community oriented repair shop! Dependable and trustworthy.I had what started out as a damage estimate for an $8K repair at one of the local "insurance company" captive shops, which last minute ballooned by another $2K, after about 3 months without a car. Took my car in to South Riding Auto Collision for a separate repair based on recommendation of a friend after my bad experience with the other repair shop. Sudeek and Elizabeth walked me through the repair, with timely and realistic estimates. They also found that the work done by the other repair shop was not done correctly and was even unsafe. Great work and I highly recommend these guys. Sudeek even helped me almost 6 months later reattach some parts that had come loose from my teenage driver. He spent the better part of an hour of his own time helping me out. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Your work will be done right!

Thank you Saddiq for pointing out the flaws with the paint job done by the dealership! I took the car back and spoke with the GM and they have agreed to redo it.

Sadiq and team did a great job of fixing up my car. They dealt with insurance and made the process very easy for me. He was patient through my constant rescheduling and was even kind enough to drop me off at the rental car company. I wish communication was better on their end (I had to call in to check the status of the car) but would definitely go back again.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. Quality shop with customer first, not insurance company, approach. Will use quality or OEM replacement parts vs third-party, typically inferior stuff.

My car got into accident due to snow skid and took my car to South Riding auto collision to get an estimate. Elizebeth at front desk took some pictures and knowledgeable enough to give a rough estimate and when I said I have to pay from pocket she was very considerate and called next day with a decent discount. Little bit extra discount would have been great. Work was done professionally. I had used their help in the past and sure will recommend them to my family and friends.Update: - Lately quality of work dropped and not honest. This happened on 2 occasion and I m loosing trust with this body shop.Dont s: Never opt of any car repair or detailing with this shop. They get mechanic and mobile detailing from outside and work is below par and end up multiple trips and you will waste your time and ends up with lots of frustration. You can repair with your dealership or local shops instead. Detailing you get the best detail for the same $400.Repairs: When you pick up vehicle make sure the quote matches the work. Excellent and timely service, went above and beyond to ensure reliable communication with me the entire time. Sidiq is a thoughtful man and clearly loves what he does, will work with you and ensure your needs are met. Elizabeth is also exceptional at her job and is a pleasure to work with. Would recommend South Riding Auto Collision to anybody in the area, from a bender bender to a total rebuild. My car was rear ended and the extend of the damage was pretty bad. After working with the parties insurance company, I contact South Riding Auto Collision to let them know the background and if they could take my car. Right away they were able to tow my car since it was dangerous for me to continue driving and kept me updated with the repair stages. Anytime I contacted them to get photos forwarded to the insurance company so I could be reimbursed they happily helped. When I picked up my car it looked perfect, and drove like it used to. Their customer service was spectacular and they handled the work from A to Z. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Workmanship was excellent! The suspension feels smoother than before the accident. The paint touch up hid the deep scratches and scrapes very well, and they're invisible if you weren't specifically looking for them up close. The replaced headlight and bumper were fitted well without any panel gaps. I double checked most of the bolts with my own torque wrench, and all of them were torqued to spec where applicable.Eliza made the whole process of getting my car in from the wrecker lot smoothly, and her initial verbal estimate was pretty on point to the final bill. I was paying out of pocket for my Nissan Sentra's repairs, and South Riding worked with me to do the repairs I needed to keep my car running without breaking the bank. The itemized estimate was very transparent, and Sadiq did a walk through of the car on a lift to verify everything with me before they started work.Things did take longer than estimated due to part sourcing issues and some newly discovered minor damages. Upon receiving my car, the steering wheel was a little off center, and Sadiq fit me in the first opening he had for me to bring my car back in for remediation. It was just the steering wheel sensor needing a reset, and everything has been excellent after receiving my car 2 months ago!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I just have to give a shout out to South Riding Collision. Elizabeth and Sadiq are wonderful, understanding and professional. I recently had my Suv there for a repair and they were excellent to deal with from beginning to end. They were understanding and compassionate. The process had taken longer than exp but they stepped up and took care of me. I would highly recommend them for any major work you need done.

This shop is really great to work with. My car met a giant buck in early fall and SRAC repaired my suv. It took a while bc of supply chain delays and issues, but the shop was very communicative. Elizabeth, who runs the office, is always responsive via phone. Saddiq (apologies if I misspelled it!), is the manager and he went above and beyond for me. He came in on a day the shop was closed, just to be able to give me my car back as quickly as possible. It sucks to be without your car, but if you want repairs done right and well, this is a wonderful spot to check out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

South Riding Auto Collision did an excellent job on my 2018 Lexus RX 350. The insurance claim was for repairing the rear passenger door and quarter panel. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the repair and the paint job . In addition to the body damage, my vehicle had a torn front driver side fender liner/cover due to a mishap on 495. I did not want to make another insurance claim for fender liner. The General Manager, Elizabeth, was very professional and kind; she offered to install the liner without any labor cost. I had to pay only for the part. I never had any good experience with the body shops in over 30 years of my living in the area even when I chose 5 star rated ones. I think I found an excellent auto body shop now. I will return if there is a need in the future. ThanksServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service! I received status of every steps worked on the car during the whole work. The door of my Jeep Compass looks like it wasn't replaced. Sadiq is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to provide amazing services. I definitely recommend working with them!

This is my second time using SRAC. Based a great previous experience, I brought my 2002 M5 in for front-end repair from a deer collision. The service was efficient and professional, and they were easy to work with with respect to some additional work that I wanted done. Overall very happy with the results. There are dozens of collision repair places within 3 miles in every direction along Routes 28 and 50. And most of them do a great job.That's not all we are looking for tho, is it?Even more than a great source of information and reliable references, Sadiq and Elizabeth are committed to doing whatever they can to help you navigate a circumstance that may be less than ordinary. Trying, even.I am so happy we ended up with them.

Great service and quick repair. Staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. Plus, they always get things done on time. One point I do want them to improve upon is calling the customer if they have the car ready. I had to call in to check if my car was ready and they said yes. Instead they could have called me to say your car is ready for pick up. But overall still a 5 star.

My son (17) went to numerous local auto body shops to get estimates for a repair. South Riding Auto Body gave him the best estimate and treated him with respect while other shops, in my opinion, tried to take advantage of him due to his age. They did amazing work on my car! I had a warranty claim for my transmission and some other things as well as a Geico claim! I couldn t have asked for better communication from Elizabeth with me and response time was very fast! I know my warranty company can be super annoying and stubborn but they pulled through! The staff is friendly and very informative. They definitely know what they are doing and really care about yo lu and your vehicle. I most definitely will be back for all my care needs and be recommending south riding collision to all my friends and family!
