We walked into our local Lexus dealer, with cash, looking to buy two new vehicles and were treated horribly (after waiting over half an hour to even get any assistance). We decided to find what we wanted at another dealer and happened to find that at Pohanka. We reached out to inquire about a new RX 350 and Fraz was so quick to reply. We were worried about buying something without seeing it and being 8 hours away, but he was very communicative and reassuring so we decided to just go for it. They gave us a great deal and shipped the car right to our driveway. Juan was also a great help to us. Absolute best car buying experience with excellent customer service.

What a delightful and easy experience! I had been referred to Qui in sales, from a very dear friend. Qui worked tirelessly to find the perfect car for me! The entire car buying process was extremely streamlined and efficient, Pohanka and Qui took care of everything for me. I ll never go anywhere else!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Nick throughout the process. He was able to find the new white TX model with the color trim and features that we wanted. Once the car arrived he showed us around give us a great explanation throughout the process and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. Mike the sales manager was awesome as well very professional and give us a great deal. The financing manager Rocky was quick efficient and straight to the point which I really appreciated. Overall the entire experience far exceeded my previous two purchases at other Lexus dealerships. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you very much!

We bought a Lexus Certified preowned vehicle. The whole experience was first rate. I received a prompt reply to my initial inquiry, a quick appointment to test drive and inspect the vehicle, expert and excellent help from the sales staff including the folks handling the paperwork and instructions about the features of my vehicle. My wife and I couldn t have been happier.

We had a stellar experience with our salesperson, Maren Reynolds, during our recent purchase at Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly! She made my wife and I feel completely at ease during the vehicle buying process (an undertaking I typically dread). She promptly and thoroughly answered all of our questions before, during, and after we bought our new Lexus. She was also super responsive more than a month after we had made the purchase to help us quickly fix a minor administrative issue we ran into. We are potentially looking at purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and, if we do, we will absolutely be using Maren to usher us through the process again. She s a star!We also had a great experience with the sales manager, Juan. He gave us a tour of their top-tier service facility and made us feel like we d definitely be taken care of when the time comes to get our new vehicle serviced. I have nothing but great things to say about the folks at Pohanka Lexus!

I've been buying cars from Pohanka since 1998, specifically from my favorite salesman, Cliff Stewart. Cliff and the entire Pohanka team always take care of us and bend over backwards to make us happy. I will never buy another brand of car from another dealership ever!My wife got her first Lexus from Pohanka in May and one of our sons got his first one a few years ago. Yesterday I walked away with a gorgeous 2024 NX 350 with the luxury package and all the bells and whistles. Merry Christmas to me!

We had a great experience at Pohanka Lexus, all due to Jonathan our sales consultant. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I thought I knew what car I wanted but thanks to Jonathan, realized I needed something with lots more space for my family. And luckily Jonathan was able to find and locate the perfect new car for us. We truly appreciate his support as car buying is a hassle and not easy at times.

I bought my first Lexus yesterday from an independent dealer. They couldn't do the emissions test so I decided to bring my newly purchased vehicle to Pohanka.I was dealt with professionally and courteously. The waiting facility is very nice and the presence of the elevator was brilliant due to the fact that I'm disabled.Emissions passed. The entire experience was great. I'm looking forward to enjoying my Lexus.Thank you.

Purchasing a car can be such an emotionally challenging experience because customers want to make sure they get the best deal possible. In my dealings with Brahim (the sales consultant) he was candid, open, and helpful at every step of the buying process. He worked extremely hard to secure the deal and make me feel comfortable with the purchase, to head off any buyers remorse. Happy (the paint specialist) was also very engaging when I went to the dealership to test drive the car. So far, a very positive experience!

If you are looking to buy a new Lexus, be sure to ask for sales rep Maren. She is knowledgeable and polite. She made the buying experience really simple. The rest of the Pohanka support staff was also very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Pohanka Lexus. I purchased a new car within an hour out of the door with a trade-in. Dominic was incredible to work with, paying attention to the details of what I communicated, needs, and negotiations. From the time I connected with him online to a final agreed-upon price and signing documents, it was no more than an hour. I've never had such an efficient, professional, and trusting experience in all the years I've purchased a car. The handoff to Finance, Mimi, was also exceptional. From beginning to end, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed. Anyone within driving or shipping distance to Pohanka Lexus should stop shopping around and call Dominic (and Mimi). I've been having my car serviced at Pohanka Lexus since I moved to the DC area in late 2016. The service is always great, everything was properly completed and the advisors are always friendly/professional. I worked with Kevin and Asad who exhibited great customer service and always work to make sure my needs are met. I've never had a problem with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pohanka to anyone for their Lexus needs.Sooooo.....the car I used to have (2013 Lexus GS 350 F Sport - Nebula Grey/Cabernet noted above) was totaled on 27 December 2023 (ugh). On 30 December 2023, I purchased an L Certified 2020 Lexus GS 350 F Sport (Ultrasonic Blue/Black) as a replacement. I worked with Mike Wattawa in sales and he was very helpful, quite friendly and made the car buying process very easy.Having not bought anything in 11 years (almost to the day), I was made to feel at home, the process was actually pretty relaxed and from sales to finance to service, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Rocky (finance) was cool and Asad (service advisor) both worked with Mike to ensure my experience was a good one. After the stress of being hit, it was nice to know that the new car was one less thing to be concerned about! This particular experience I had at this establishment on 1/20/24 was a 10 out of 10. The way I was greeted as I pulled up, exited my 2014 IS250 and when I entered the building (I have been going to this spot since 2016) made me feel welcomed and the team was eager to provide me with the best service possible. Hetty was the service consultant that assisted me. She was polite, positive, she listened to my cars needs, extremely helpful and she was knowledgeable. I did not have an appointment and I was taken care of writhing minutes of my arrival. I m writing my first review about this establishment because I was moved and totally satisfied by the service.Thanks Pohanka Lexus ChantillyPlease don t call me about buying my Lexus and ruin this amazing experience.

Very honest, customer friendly, trustworthy staffs. I did everything online and did the trade-in and delivery from home. They truck the vehicle le to me in 24 hours and picked up my trade-in. So happy and felt peace of mind beginning to end. I always go back to them next time. Azad Ali from finance and Mr Dorg were incredible. Mr Nair, the manager made everything so simple.

Our experience with Pohanka Lexus was outstanding. Each individual staff member was a real professional. They answered our questions directly. The salesman, Nader, was extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the Lexus RX 350h and he spent about an hour and a half going over the car s operations with my wife and me. Nader also personally delivered the vehicle to our home. Professional, personal and a real pleasure. I ll certainly do business with Pohanka again!
