I wanted to share my experience with people looking at vehicles here. At first my experience was absolutely incredible. Everyone was polite, professional and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their job. Then disaster struck. I purchased a TOYOTA GOLD CERTIFIED 2018 Toyota Tundra. After taking it home and having an inspection performed, the underside of the vehicle was in (and still is even though the truck is already listed on back their website for over $1,000 more than it was listed when I saw it) absolutely horrendous condition. The skid plate is destroyed, the transmission crossmember is dented, the transfer case shield is damaged and the fuel tank skid plate is cracked, broken and missing pieces. Along with that, it was caked in mud and clay. Under the hood, the timing cover is leaking, the oil filter housing is leaking, and there is mud under the hood as well.After calling the dealer, I was asked to send pictures and a list of things I would like to be done to make it right. I did just that, and was called back saying, "just bring it back we are going to wholesale it." To me, this is unacceptable. I wasted three days of my time, had a hit to my credit, and was treated like I was worthless once they knew the deal was unfolding. I have ordered parts now that I have to pay restocking and return shipping fees and when asked how I would be compensated for my time I was told, "we will clean you truck and fill it up for you." Well, they cleaned it...but didn't even top off the tank like they promised. Such a shame. The company should be embarrassed.

We just purchased a used vehicle from this location today and it was absolutely great! Completely painless and actually a lot of fun! The people and staff were so professional and friendly as well as our salesman Amen Riyati, was honestly the best salesman I think we have ever had hands-down! He wasn t the kind of guy that pushed or made you feel pressured into purchasing some thing you didn t want and let us tell him what we wanted and made that happen for us with a awesome price plus a huge discount and for that we can t thank you enough sir! Thank you to all who helped us in this matter and we will definitely be back!

First-time customer of the Service Dept - OUTSTANDING experience! I arrived early and was quickly greeted. Mr Diaz checked me in, and offered to have a shuttle take me home. After I said I'd be waiting, he offered me use of a loaner car to use in the local area. He then invited me to enjoy the amenities available in the waiting area. My service was completed on time and my vehicle was returned to me, freshly washed and parked conveniently outside the showroom area. Overall, a superb experience! I'd use this service dept. again to service my vehicles!

Mr. Ahmed Elnokrashy, helped me and my family buy a brand new camry XSE, year 2024. I originally planned on buying a black on the outside and black interior, however, when I said this to Mr.Ahmed, he said he knew the perfect car for me! When he walked us to this car, I instantly fell in love. The reflective white on the outside, and red leather interior. I test drove this car, and I fell in love. It had 0 miles on it, it was brand new, and it made me want this car really badly. I purchased this car, and rang the bell with Mr. Ahmed there. He really helped me, and he is a great sales person! How about some good news, I'm an out of state buyer who was fortunate enough to work with Mike B and his team at Ourisman. Mike made the process of buying a vehicle sight unseen and having it shipped almost 600 miles away painless and very fast. All around excellent, great communication, great vehicle description, great representation, and very fair value. At the end of the day it was a very positive experience. When i realized i wasn't able to fly in and drive the truck back, Mike also managed the logistics and vehicle delivery quickly and with the highest quality! Thank you Mike you are one of the best souls I've come across and one hundred percent first class! Keep up the great work!

Dan (Daniel) was pleasant checking me in. He notified me of the long wait ahead of time so that I would be prepared and time must have been on my side because they were able to complete my maintenance and get me out much earlier.I recommend this location over the rest honestly. I have tried other cities but even though I live more than 30 minutes away, I still make the trip to this location again.I shall be back for my next maintenance.

After quite a bit of research, we finally narrowed down our top picks for a new vehicle purchase. Those top picks were from three different manufacturers. We decided to stop at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota first since 4 Toyotas were on our short list. Our sales consultant, Daniel Tran, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very tuned in to our needs and his full attention was directed to us. This car shopping experience was the best we ve ever encountered. Michael Chinn, the business manager who handled all the financial maneuvers was thorough, well prepared and guided us smoothly and quickly through that part of the process. While we were completing the financial end, Daniel had sent our new vehicle for detailing. A very nice young man went over every aspect of the function of our new car. Little things matter. Daniel Tan had also gone over the vehicle functions with me and even set up our cell phones with the Toyota App so I could be ready to go and linked in to my system from the get go. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota.

As a long-time Toyota customer for over a decade, my experience with the brand has been mixed. While the consistency of service over the years has declined, I have found the price for regular maintenance to be highly inconsistent, ranging from $150 to nearly $300 for the same service. Additionally, the wait times for maintenance have become unreasonably long, with an average wait of around six hours for tasks as basic as an oil change. On the positive side, my advisor has consistently been excellent. However, I believe Toyota could greatly improve transparency by clearly posting their service prices.

This was the first time I have taken my car to this dealership. They made dropping off easy and were able to drop me off at my office. The work was completed the same day as quoted and they didn't pressure or upsell any other services. Their prices are a little higher than other Toyota dealerships nearby, but the service advisor was able to apply some coupons to make up some of the difference.

Had a great experience buying a new car at this dealership today. Mo Ameen was our sales person and he was incredibly helpful in making this a seamless transaction. From finding us the car we wanted (that wasn t on his lot) to working with us on pricing, he was completely professional at all times. He quickly answered all of my many texts and emails too. The picture below is just a sample. I was talking to the salesman about a 2024 BZ4X and these were the numbers on this particular vehicle. I posted the pic so that you all could see the fees this dealership is charging its customers. I live 3 hours away from this dealership but after taking a look at the fees I couldn t believe it. $999.00 processing fee, alternative fuel charge fees, and other fees associated. Please look at your paperwork before signing there are so many dealerships who do this and get over on customers when it s nothing but ridiculous fees that they can charge just because please do your research before buying here or any other dealer that does this.

James Rudbeck was one of the most sincere, down to earth amazing employees who recently helped me through an extremely stressful time trying to get my truck repaired after an accident. He not only talked me through every process but helped communicate with insurance, until insurance finally decided on paying for repairs. Your customer service attitude, knowledge and drive really helped keep it together while I was internally stressing about everything. I've haf 2 visit to this location for my vehicle periodic maintenance and both times the service has been excellent. The scheduling website could use some improvements, such as its cumbersome trying to find the free Toyota care service as a member option and differentiate from "required maintenance." However, once you arrive the service is friendly, professional and quick. So far after each of my maintenance checks I've never had any issues with my vehicle.

My first time with Ourisman Toyota dealer for my car maintenance, safety inspection and Emission inspection was great. Jeff Washington was the advisor that took care of my car service and inspection, he was professional, knowledgeable, and cooperative. My car schedule went as expected and this was my first time visiting yet will not be the last. My son and I purchased a used car from this dealer and a week later it was stalling . We took it back to them to have it serviced but they gave us the run around and said the warranty doesn t cover it even though it was a problem with the engine or drivetrain. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer who won t guarantee their vehicles. Instead they make excuses to what they cover. I m thinking of getting an attorney. Think twice before coming here to purchase a used vehicle. UPDATE: As I was expecting someone from the dealer replied to my review like they were really concerned. My sons car sat in their shop for two weeks and they did nothing. I took it to my local dealer and was told that there is a major issue with the engine. Chantilly Toyota is not backing their car warranty if it costs them profit. I ve always thought an engine head gasket is part of the engine which is part of the power train.
