Mike at Nelsons Auto and his crew are excellent. Mike has gone above and beyond to help me out when I have had car troubles. I have always received prompt service and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend using Nelsons for all of your auto service needs.

How often does on say, "It was a pleasure working with you", especially a used car dealer? I summarize my experience working with Kov and Rov in a few words - trust, kindness, reliability, and fairness. I would buy another car from them without hesitation and I would recommend working with them to anyone needing automotives sales or mechanical support.

My car was in the need of some serious repairs, I took to a shop down the street where they were trying to oversell me & the wait time was 2-3weeks. I called up Nelson's shop & explained the situation to them... they took a look, told me everything that needed to be replaced (exactly what I needed) and they told me my car could be picked up the next day. No trying to screw customers for an extra buck, very professional people and top of the line serviceI highly recommend them

I have used alot of mechanic's over the years. Nelson's is by far the most efficient and thorough shop I have been. I have also been using them for 2 years for the landscape company I work for. I highly recommend this shop. I will continue to only use them!!!! Great attitudes. Great customer service and speedy turn around.

Rob and the entire crew at Nelson's Automotive Group were absolutely amazing with our needs. We were in a unique situation when we were referred over to them. Let me explain...we needed a new transmission for our Promaster Van (Yes they can accommodate high roof vans!) and was working with another garage and Jasper Transmission. The other garage owner lied about the cost of the parts and was disgruntled when confronted over it. His solution, instead of working with us, was to cancel the transmission after it was loaded on the truck for delivery. Now keep in mind, that it took over 4 months to get this transmission built and if canceled would go to the next in line and we would have to wait another 4 months for a replacement. Here is where Rob and his crew came in...the Jasper rep felt horrible that this was happening to us so he went way beyond what was expected and referred us to Rob for help. Not only were they able to secure this particular transmission for us but also installed it on the same day we originally scheduled with the other garage. The work was completed on time and in a professional manner. The communication was on point at all times throughout the entire process and still today! We will definitely be using them again and would recommend them for all your automotive repair needs!

Kov at Nelsons was awesome! I bought a Toyota from them over the internet. He answered all of my questions, sent photos and videos. After I brought the truck they even set up the transport for me. Super smooth deal! I wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again!

Rob and his crew are the best! They are very honest and won't try to sell you any service that you don't need. They will tell you what is urgent and what is not. I had both of my cars serviced here for brakes and other components. Service was outstanding and so was the price. The combination of those two earned my trust at Nelson's. I recently purchased a car from this business. I worked with both the sales manager, Kov Silva, and Rob the owner.They made the transaction go very smooth. They did everything they promised to do to the car, as it had a few items to be fixed.

We have two small school buses here at our preschool. Both needed some pretty extensive work done on them. A parent recommended Nelson's to us and we are sure glad he did. The repairs on each bus were done very quickly and the vehicles are running great. They did not overcharge us, reviewed everything before the repairs were done and the best thing is that they are right across Route 50 from our school. I want to thanks Nelson auto repair form the last 6 yrs.I first meet Rob the owner 6 yrs ago. Nelsons is a great price, friendly, and professional. I found them on accident one day and am glad I did. I had been throwing away money at Hogan & Sons for too long, this place is the same quality for a fraction of the price. These guys are the real deal, and surprisingly way cheaper than all of these other shops. They were able to install my aftermarket 2-piece Stoptech drilled aero rotors with a brake flush and pad change for only $200. Awesome staff, attention to detail, and price!

Nelson''s Automotive Repair is my go-to for all of my auto repair needs. My brother and I have going to Nelson's since they began and don't plan to go anywhere else. They are honest, friendly, trustworthy, and just plain good people who care about you and your vehicle. They consider your time and your needs to get back on road again.Recently, they diagnosed my MDX with several switch failures and were honest about not only cost but how much they cared about getting me on the road so I could get my car back.They also diagnosed a part that the dealer sold me the car said they had replaced. That's why I don't trust taking my car to dealers. I only take my car to Nelson's. I have many more stories to share about my wonderful experiences at Nelson's but they come to say that I only trust taking my vehicles to Nelson's Auto Repair. Finding a reliable auto repair facility is often a difficult task. Nelson's is reliable, trustworthy, and fair priced. I've been taking my vehicles to Nelson's for a couple of years now. Their service and work is AMAZING. Their technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Accurate diagnosis, and they get it right the first time. I highly recommend Nelson's for all automotive service and repairs.

I was referred by a family member and am so thankful. Nelson s Automotive is very professional & extremely honest. They gave me appointments that were convenient for me. The best repair shop in the area, very nice people, honest and fast.I am out of town and a friend of mine recommended this shop.It was Saturday and the shop was closed but the owner Rob, took my call and asked me to stop by Monday morning. When I got there on Monday morning, Rob got my car and in less than one hour they got the car ready.I really recommend this repair shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance
