I've used My Dad's Auto's services three times now and my experience has been great all three times! The service is quick and convenient. Jerry is super personable and friendly too. I've recommended them to all my coworkers! I know I am receiving great specialized services whenever I bring in my Honda Civic. Thanks my dad's automotive!

Best mechanic I've ever been to. They are thorough, quick, trustworthy and so nice. I have never felt mislead or manipulated, like at some other mechanics. Jerry is also great, easy to work with, and so helpful. They may be a little expensive, but they have always tried to help with the costs as much as they can and find ways to lower prices. Highly recommend, I will likely not go anywhere else!

Ever since an exceptionally bad experience elsewhere (that left me with a seized engine after a half-complete oil change), I've been taking my Mini to My Dad's Auto. They handled the initial experience SO well. They were incredibly patient and lovely to work with. I've gone back to them for the past two years to get oil changes and state inspections done. I have no intentions of going anywhere else, and why would I? They take great care of my car, are lovely to work with, and their prices are competitive. Plus, it's not worse the risk of dealing with another seized engine... Again. I highly highly recommend them!

Brain was very skilled with my audi a6, which was consuming a lot of oil. He worked diligently and thoroughly to fix the problem. I greatly appreciated his efforts and honesty. He informed me from the beginning to the end of the work the things needed to be done and what was done to remedy the unusual oil consumption. He was very trustworthy. He also charged me fairly. He seemed to have good, honest team of people around like Jerry.

Jerry is honest, reliable and very reasonable with their prices. No upselling or changing what he quotes you! Highly recommend!!! I definitely recommend My Dad's Automotive if you're looking for an honest mechanic and fair prices. I will be returning here any time I need any work done on any of my cars. 10/10

One word....phenomenal! I am so thankful for the kindness, expertise and education provided to help me get my car back in the best shape ever. Months prior to taking my car to this amazing group I was spending THOUSANDS of dollars to BMW and and multiple visits to almost 4 different BMW "experts" without any solution. Strong recommendations were made to bring my car here. I am so thankful I did because not only did my car get fixed after a short period of time and for a reasonable price, the staff educated me on all the issues and potential solutions. I want to particularly give a recommendation and thanks to Brian and Jerry. Brian was on TOP of everything. Brian took time out of his busy schedule researching all the ways to explore the issues and ultimately found the solution. Beyond this, everyone is genuine and caring. First time customer and had a great experience with Jerry and his mechanic Brian. Brian met me when it was time to pick up my vehicle after being serviced for an oil issue. Brian took the time to explain in detail the repairs performed. Brian and Jerry both spent time with me discussing some maintenance issues with my vehicle that were on the horizon based on their assessment of my car. I started using My Dad s after my go to person, Jerry, started working there. Service is so deeply rooted in trust and one of the biggest anxiety is going to a shop that will over sell or they won t do the job properly. The team takes pride in what they do and is honest and transparent about the work they do and what they recommend. Jerry will even help you triage situation and tell you what are must haves versus wha can wait. Took my Grand Cherokee here for a diagnostic. Even though I declined the repair, I had a great experience. Brian and Jerry were both transparent with every aspect of the potential repair and very friendly. The employee who cashed me out was also easy to talk to and friendly. Great first impression of this shop and highly recommend.

We can't recommend this place enough! We take all of our vehicles (Toyota & Mercedes-Benz) to My Dad's Automotive. You can trust Brian and Jerry to treat you like family. We love that they provide excellent communications and high quality service at affordable prices. They do an excellent job of telling you what you should get done now, what can wait but should me monitored, and never try to sell you stuff that you don't need. No high pressure sales, just truthful expert recommendations. We've easily saved hundreds of dollars by bringing our vehicles here instead of taking them to the dealerships. Took our '18 Honda Odyssey to My Dads Auto after being quoted a very high amount from our local Honda dealer for a simple repair. The Honda dealer also tried tacking on over $1500 of unnecessary "repair" recommendations. We saved a bunch of money getting our Odyssey fixed here. Jerry, their advisor, is super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.Services: Transmission, Tires, Electrical, Transmission repair, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

After a few issues with scheduling my battery change at a BMW dealership I called My Dads Automotive. Said they could take care of me today as well as reset the system after changing the battery. They Just needed to get the battery from the dealership. Long story short, battery was supposed to be delivered but did not come in time so the owner of the shop drove and got the new battery, not once but twice, because the first was the wrong size. (Not My Dads Automotive fault) Great customer service is so rare these days so I cannot let the day close out before giving this place major recognition. I have found my new auto repair place and I could not be happier. I found this place friendly, welcoming, organized, honest and you can tell everyone takes great pride in their work. And the owner went above and beyond by taking time out to drive around and get the correct battery. Thank you all so much!Service: Battery

The minute my husband and I walked into the door, we was greeted by welcoming and professional gentleman. We was able to get a appointment, and when my husband went for the appointment all of the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way, and they price was very reasonable. We definitely recommend My Dad s Automotive.

I worked with Brian and Jerry when I went in. They were both kind, informative, and professional. Brian brought me to the car to show me where and why he was recommending the repair that was suggested. No one has done this for me in the 25+ years that I have been driving! I even got follow up calls to check to see how the car was running. I asked questions about the car buying/selling process for future reference and they gave advice and suggestions that I hadn t thought of before. Great service! Excellent experience. Went to My Dads for the first time to have the rear brakes on my Mercedes SUV done. The guys did a great job and got it done very quickly for a reasonable price. First time not servicing the vehicle at a dealer and was very happy. I'll be going back for any future needs.

Jerry has been my car servicer for 20 years + ! He is my car doctor and he makes sure to help me identify what is a priority with my 11 year old car (thaf is paid for). I trust his judgement and know he will not rip me off. He is also very kind and responsive. Brian is very professional and personable. They treat me as a family member and I am so glad I bring my car here! Thank you for what you all do! Brian is the best around. Long time friend but all of my referrals have agreed that he's the most honest and forward mechanic they have met. No unnecessary charges, services, etc. Stands behind his work 100%. You can't find better service.

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and with an eye for detail, I have been taking my cars to Brian and crew for years. Today was an oil change and filter for my wife's car. Soon it will be a scheduled service for mine. Having found a place that works, I would be loath to ever have to find another (like the ~shudder~ dealership I vowed to not return too).

I writing this review based on couple of phone calls I had with Brain in last 1 year. I never got My BMW repaired with My Dad Automotive due to warranty on my vehicle with dealer. Mr. Brain knows that and still he spent lot of time explaining the issues and rates of various parts etc. He always gave great advises to me. He is a true mechanic with great knowledge, business ethics and customer focused. I will be soon taking my vehicle to him for regular servicing as my warranty ending soon.

I was recommended this place by a neighbor I ve known for some time. I ve Been taking my car to these guys for a while now and I will certainly stay going back. They are always super patient and answer all my questions I have. The pricing and clear discussion when you need work done is awesome. Brian has taken great care of me here; above and beyond. I took my 4-Runner there for a complete caliper replacement job...not easy by any means. The job was well done...a 1 day turn-around, and at a price that no one else could touch. I was nervous about the way the car felt after, but Brian went to a huge effort to make me comfortable. I highly recommend going here for your auto service needs.

I have had several great experiences with My Dads Automotive between my 2012 Acura TL and my boyfriend's Cadillac. Brian is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough. They take the time to troubleshoot the issues. My boyfriend had taken his car to three other shops and had his starter replaced twice. Brian was able to find the problem.This is the only place I will take my car. I have highly recommended this place to my friends and family.

Brian the owner and head mechanic is very knowledgeable and will help you make the right choices in your repairs. My Dad's will also give you a full run down on what else is wrong with your vehicle for future reference. Prices are a little high but you are definitely getting the most bang for your buck. And their warranty is stellar.

Absolutely the best and most honest mechanic shop a person could hope to find. Your vehicle is fixed properly, and for a very reasonable price. Brian makes sure that each customer leaves his shop completely satisfied and with some money left in his/her pocket. That old expression comes to mind- "Try it, you'll like it!"

I waited a couple of weeks to reflect on my experience and I m still right, so I m warning others. I took my car in to get rusted bolts loosened, so I could do a self-help/self-install job. The guy at the desk was agreeable on the phone. He said I could watch the job. First Error: the wrong tire was removed this could have been prevented if mechanic had asked me which side needed repair. Second Major Error: mechanic used impact wrench to remove axle nut (this should never happen as the impact wrench can damage the assembly and cause over-tightening. A torque wrench must be used only.) Third Error: To distract me from arguing my point about using an impact wrench on an axle nut, desk guy began gaslighting me on the fact that I didn t verbally-label the auto parts by their correct names. (Admittedly, I was discombobulated after seeing the mechanic/impact wrench fiasco, and I got my terminologies confused in the moment, and I admitted my confusion and self-corrected immediately.) Fourth Error: Neither the mechanic nor the desk guy admitted to their mistakes. Fifth Error: Mechanic mentioned a previous error made by a previous mechanic. When mechanic put my car back together he didn t correct issue as discussed, so I had him go back and fix it. Overall When I reprimanded mechanic, he did not take personal responsibility. The owner and the desk guy rushed to the mechanic s defense. None of the three men took personal responsibility for the multiple errors that occurred in the short 10 minute timeframe I was there with my vehicle. So those of you who continually give thousands of dollars to these mechanics might not be victims of sabotage, but chances are you are victims of sabotage, because I personally caught these three men committing both malpractice, lying, and gaslighting, which are three big unethical behaviors that will result in customers losing money via sabotage and negligence. Fraud is a big problem in the automotive industry. Going to a mechanic is like going to a chiropractor they fix something and they work to also break something, so you have to go back sooner than later. It s unfortunate that these three men lack integrity.

The reason I called My Dad s Automotive, my NSX would not start after I had driven to a shopping center; no starter click , or power whatsoever. Brian, the owner, personally came out, found me in the lot, diagnosed the problem that the alternator was not re-charging at all, and that he d follow me back to his shop in case the engine quit altogether while in route ! Not only did they fix it the next day, Jerry noticed my state inspection sticker had expired, so they updated that at the same time ! Their thoroughness and knowledge of cars is impressive ! "My Dads Automotive" is a great local shop. I dropped my car off for specific repairs, they were able to diagnose what was happening, and provide the needed repairs in a timely manner. They are very courteous and friendly, and made me feel at home. We will be back to future repairs when needed.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! I needed a brake job, a coworker referred me to Dad's, they did it the same day, AND graciously gave me a ride home, too! Not to mention the awesome customer service, constant communication and updates, and fair prices! Definitely recommending these guys to all my friends and family! Will be back in a couple weeks for my other set of brakes!
