I have always trusted this service team with my vehicle, appreciating the care they ve provided in the past. However, my recent experience left me disappointed. After having my coolant topped off during a service visit, I soon noticed signs of overheating. The radiator fans were running high, and the temperature gauge indicated unusual levels. This led me to discover a coolant leak shortly thereafter. I brought my vehicle back in, only to be charged over $600 for the repairs. I am particularly disheartened that no discount or consideration was offered, especially considering this issue seems to have been overlooked during the initial service. Prior to this, I never experienced coolant-related issues and had even mentioned a low coolant warning during my service visit. It s upsetting that this leak was not caught sooner, which could have mitigated the risk of serious engine damage. Now, I am left with concerns about my engine s condition and the added financial burden of the repair costs.

I recently purchased a trade in 2018 Kia Soul here, the service was great, they took care of everything for me. The staff is all friendly and smiles. I did arrive late so i do appreciate Freddie for being understanding. The test drive was awesome. They washed and cleaned the car. Filled the tank. Ceramic coating all at one great price. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the nice experience.

Freddie Hamad of Mercedes Benz Of Chantilly made our car buying experience a one to remember. Freddie helped us from the first time we contacted him to tell him that we are interested in buying a brand new Mercedes till we drove out with our Mercedes GLE 450e out of the showroom.We initially were undecided for what we should get and started with looking at affordable EQB, Mercedes latest venture going all electric and that s when we first contacted Mercedes of Chantilly. We were lucky that Freddie, one of the best sales persons I ve met in years, reached out to us. After couple of phone calls and exchanging messages via text, we set an appointment to test drive the car.Upon arrival Freddie was ready to greet with his huge warm smile. He also had the EQB ready for us to test drive. For a family, who s shortest member is 5 7 we immediately decided that EQB is not for us. We then request Freddie for if he can show us the EQE, the mid-size luxury All electric from the Mercedes. Freddie was more than happy to show us one that stood majestically inside the showroom. He brought the car out and there we went for our first test drive. The drive was smooth and on the way Freddie told us about all the amazing new feature of all electric EQE, including one where the rear wheels would turn 10 degrees for amazing turning angle. There was just one little big issue n that one of our kids is 6 4 .It was a Saturday and Mercedes of Chantilly closes at 5pm. By the time we test drove and were deciding weather to buy or not it was almost 7:30. Jerry Farzayee, who is Freddie s boss was there up late and assured us that he would try his level best and stay as long as needed if we plan to buy the car. After a quick discussion my wife and I had to excuse ourselves and told both Freddie and Jerry that we will be back next day with our kids to finalize the sale. What I loved and admired about Freddie and Jerry was, at that point of time, they didn t look annoyed that we may have wasted an extra three hours of their time which they may have spent with their families. Both of them were very supportive of our decision and said that they don t want us to buy something which may not fit our family needs. We thanked them both and told them we will be back next morning if at all we decide to go with EQE.The next morning while my wife was browsing the Mercedes of Chantilly s website, she saw a GLE 450e, which is 1st generation hybrid for luxury suv class by Mercedes. We messaged Freddie to see if the car was available. He called right back confirming that the car is available and we can come to test drive it. We took both of our kids this time to the showroom to first see if our 6 4 kid will be able to fit in comfortably in EQE or should we go ahead with other options available to us.Upon arrival, though Freddie was busy with another customer, he greeted us with same warm smiles and told us to wait a little bit so that he is done with the customer he was with. Jerry in the meantime saw us and came out to greet us. He opened doors for one of the EQEs where we asked our kids to hop on to The rear seat. It was an easy decision to not go with EQE at that point. Jerry then showed us one of the GLE 450e which was inside the showroom, so that we could get the feel for the car.We as a family took the car for test drive and in first few seconds decided we will get it. Once back, Freddie who was now done attending his precious customer, ask us about the ride and the next steps.Freddie and Jerry explained us the process and offered us any possible incentives that Mercedes had to offer at the time. We completed the transaction and drove happily out with our Brand New Mercedes GLE 450e.Both Freddie and Jerry know their customers and they definitely know how to treat their customers and not pressure them into buying car. We had an amazing car buying experience at the Mercedes of Chantilly, all thanks to Freddie Hamad and Jerry Faraezee for making it exceptional.

Decided to do my inspection here. Left before any work was done. Nasty customer rep with bad attitude who kept rolling her eyes while I was asking her what needs to be done on my car( Karen). I addition she said I have to wait at least two hours for the inspection and that they will probably fail my inspection anyway due to my tire low thread. She also suggested that I can go somewhere else. Good job Mercedes! You will not see me again.

i had an excellent experience and warm service by the team at MBZ of Chantilly. especially when i had some issues with the inspection as i live in MD. Ronnie and Freddie helped mitigate the concerns and challenges i faced with ease. such level of service is a rare to find these days and i applaud their hard work on accommodating customers needs. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It is very hard to get a hold of the service department. We need to call and e-mail multiple times in order to get a response. We bought two Sprinter Vans with the maintenance plan from Mercedes Chantilly.The prepaid maintenance plan pretty much only covers the oil change and they charge everything besides the oil change. On the most the recent service, they also charge for the diagnostic fee for the vehicles we regularly maintain at their dealership.The communication has always been a challanege and would not recommend anyone to purchase the prepaid maintenance plan.

Poor operations and a good place to waste your time. Don t expect walk-ins with a reasonable wait time. The neighboring dealerships are significantly better in customer service and salesmen. The Porsche dealership by comparison was very smooth. A quick test drive and a knowledgeable salesmen who actually cares about the customer.It was a complete waste of time here. We were told the wait time would be 20 minutes 3 times over. They locked the cars a few minutes into waiting and we were unable to tour any of the vehicles ourselves.We were considering a GLC43 prior to coming but not anymore.No test drive, no walk around, or even a self guided tour of the car on the showroom.

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Chantilly was exceptional from start to finish! Zabed was very patient and helpful, making sure I got everything I wanted in my order. Dave was great with explaining my financing options. Overall a phenomenal experience. I have already referred a friend! I can t wait to come back for my scheduled maintenance.

Very disappointed Mercedes of Chantilly has had my sprinter work van for over 30 days. I'm still under the bumper to bumper warranty. Passenger window would not work, said that Water had got in The switch And Mercedes would not cover it. Wanted to charge me $300 to fix. I'm not a mechanic, so. Me and my friend Fixed in 10 minutes. And on top of it, the passenger door panel was off door skin. They let me leave with door panel off and passenger seat what a joke. I would think twice on a Mercedes if it's rains, don't open your door. God forbid water gets on switch. Won't be covered and Chantilly of Mercedes will charge 260.00 for a ten minute job. When asking supervisor how can you charge a customer that kind of money. His response was we have to pay our techs. That is absolutely absurd. I just bought 4 vans 3 years ago. I will never buy a Mercedes again ending note WOW.

Wow! One of the best experiences I have ever had! Very attentive and seamless from start to finish. I love this place. Great dealership, great vehicle service and great customer care. My service representative Yaroslav Shendryk was amazing Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable when asked about a vehicle. They do honor loyalty. I had my GLE 53 service A and was provided with a loaner vehicle in a timely manner. And that s why I continue to come here. I strongly suggest. I highly recommend this location.

I got my Mercedes yesterday and had an amazing experience through Wes. He was kind, informative and wanted the best possible deal for us.While Mercedes was always a dream car the main reason I opted with this car was due to Wes s Customer Service. He didn t try to overwhelm us into a decision but, showed us all the perks and at the end of the day I wanted to make sure my money was going to a place that cares about it s customers and for sure Wes proves that. He even stayed past hours to run over all the features after we got the car. None of the dealerships I have been to have been as detail oriented as he has.I came in and viewed the car in the morning and called him many times throughout the day with more questions. He picked up each time and worked with us and by the end of the night we had gotten the car. The buying process was seamless through him and we didn t have to sit around for 3-4 hours like other dealerships.I highly recommend him for all your car needs and I will be back for more cars only because of him! He is phenomenal. Thank you Wes for all your help.

This particular location is awful. Besides employees arguing and fighting in front of customers, I had a very unpleasant experience when I went there to use my tire/rim coverage after my run flat went flat. First their self described "tire expert" tried to convince me I could have driven up to 50 mph on the flat tire, in spite of the rim nearly touching the ground and the tire being square and clunking along when I drove it 2 mph to get it back into a parking spot and out of the way. See the photo and judge for yourself whether you would have driven that for 12 miles at 50 mph to a dealership. But it got worse! After waiting 1 1/2 hours, the service advisor informed me I'd have to pay a couple of hundred dollars, in addition to my FULL coverage for a replacement, because the company covering the package would only pay 50% of the cost. In the alternative, I could go back to Mercedes Alexandria (where I originally purchased the package 2 weeks after buying the car) to avoid paying more money. I was confused because I was told any Mercedes dealership would accept it, but I drove to Alexandria. I later spoke to Mark, the Service Director at Chantilly, who completely blew my mind. He actually told me they would make no money replacing my tire because the company didn't cover their costs, and Alexandria had already made money selling me the package so they could afford to write off whatever wasn't covered. What?! I confirmed with Alexandria they wrote off about $30 for the actual cost of the tire and labor with no profit margin. I would have paid the $30 at Chantilly to avoid wasting more time driving miles away on a spare, and restarting the entire process at another dealership if they'd been honest with me AND we're not trying to charge me a markup to make profit. They failed to realize the benefit of a future customer and negative publicity, focusing more on greed. Such a shame.

Bad service overall. Spent around $1000 for oil change service and others but no car wash done. They welcome you when you check in as they are selling services but once you check in and sign repair service, they don't care. I went in to pick up the car but no one welcomed. They don't care when you come in for pick up. Waited around 20min before someone finally asking me if someone is helping me. It took so long to bring out my car. Very careless and slow service after you check in.

I had a very good experience with my very first Mercedes C 300 purchase. Freddie Hamad was very resourceful, he explained all the bells and whistles in a very detailed way. Dropped my car off for service. Bill was $5k+. When I picked it up it suddenly made a ghastly sound when I turned the wheel. Can t believe such a sloppy oversight! (No car wash either.) I requested a call in my post-survey. Still waiting for that call 3 weeks later.

Great experience at this dealer! I really enjoying working with the staff- Herb, Dave, and Eric to get my car. I had a complicated case with my trade but everyone went above and beyond to make it happen. Special shoutout to Herb for all of his hard work and dedication. Mr Hupp is both personable and professional and a credit to the Service Advisor profession and to Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly.

Freddie is the best! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about Mercedes. He took more time than any salesman at any dealer to truly listen to what we wanted and to show us all the perks various Benz offers. Once we purchased our car, Freddie spent an hour showing us all the special, unique features! He is one of a kind and the reason we bought what we bought where we bought. Thank you, Freddie! Chantilly location :Not sure how or why this location is highly rated. Perhaps it s simply on the strength of the Mercedes name. My experience with the service agents were just horrible. I brought my car in for a diagnostic as I felt it was transmission related and I needed them to look into it . My appointment for service was 9 AM. When I got there I asked for a courtesy lift back to my office 10 minutes away. I informed them I would be back around 5 pm. The gentleman informed me that it would take 3 to 7 days and they will call me. I was stunned. For a diagnostic I asked? Yes, he replied and proceeded to list a whole bunch of gibberish words of things that might be wrong with my car and said they ll never know until they run a diagnostic. Feeling trapped, I asked if I could get a loaner car if they were going to keep my car for seven days. He told me there was none. Told me I could drive my car as is and come back three weeks later for the first appointment for a loaner. What a joke. After I kept inquiring about why and how he admitted they were short staffed, and only had a small amount of loaners and I could call Tysons because they usually have more staff and more loaner cars. Frustrated I called the Tysons location and they said come on in the next day for service with a loaner. When I got to Tysons, I didn t even need the loaner my car I was diagnosed in an hour with a minor issue. I am never going back to Chantilly Mercedes. I got a feeling I was about to be taking advantage of.This was my experience and how I felt.

I had a bad experience at this dealership. It felt like they weren't there to sell me a car. I was asking for all the information and was not provided with any extra information. I did not feel welcome at all and I ended up going to the Tyson's dealership which was way better!

I really enjoyed purchasing my new GLE450e in Chantilly. My sales rep, Sung Choe, did an excellent job walking me through the process of designing my own, and then kept me updated as my car was being built. It was delivered in the promised time window and it was easy to finalize the deal. The sales manager was also great to work with, very personable, and we digitally signed everything on his touchscreen desk. Afterwards, Sung took a lot of time showing me around my new car. He even drove me around the parking lot to show me how to operate its many parking features. I highly recommend Mercedes of Chantilly.

When I first got my SUV in 2020 I received excellent customer service every time I came in for maintenance or anything else I needed done. They would greet me as soon as I drove into the service area. Well, apparently that has changed.It was at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, firstly. Secondly, I had reserved a loaner two weeks in advance and when I got there, they were completely out of loaner cars!!! Had I known I would have had someone drop me off or rescheduled, because I live an hour away.Instead of making me wait the 4 hours for my service (thankfully) they sent me over to Enterprise. It took about 20 minutes to wait for a ride to Enterprise, so in the meantime I went to look at some of the new models, as I am considering trading my SUV in soon. No one acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help or anything.I finally get to Enterprise and they try to give me an old beat up car with zero of the features I need, specifically navigation so I can get back home. That probably sounds snobby, but I have a luxury car for a reason. Not only that, but it's 2023. Most, if not all, new cars have some sort of feature where you can navigate whether through an app or on the dash. Anyway, they ended up giving me a minivan instead, which I was not happy about, as I've never had the desire to drive a minivan in my life, but dealt with because it had navigation.I'm very unhappy with the customer service and unhappy with the overall experienceIf they run out of loaners they should contact the customer so they can make other arrangements. They need to learn better communication and treat customers with respect when they come into the service area.

Had an appointment for Service Plan B on December 28th, 2023. After driving my car into the bay area, the customer service area was unresponsive and unfriendly. Every technician seemed to be too busy to even acknowledge me even though they were all sitting in their offices. Eventually I was assigned to Freddy Martinez Diaz as the technician for my service. He was in a rush to get me out and did not provide me any information about the service. He seemed busy having private conversations with other technicians instead of focusing on my car. Through the day, I did not receive a call back or updates and had to call him after 7 hours. Can't distinguish between this luxury service department from a Ford's dealership. And as always, they tried to tell me my car needed several other things that would have totaled an additional $3K on top of the $1K I just paid.
