I have been getting repairs/inspections/emissions for all my three cars from Main Street Tired and Auto for maybe over 13 years, basically since this car repair place was first opened in our area.Tony and his team are always doing an excellent work, the stuff is friendly and highly professional. Over all these years they won my trust, which is very important for us, customers.I recommended this place to many of my friends and everyone is very satisfied with the service.Thank you, Tony and your team!

The best place to get your car worked on in the area. It is pricey, but unlike most places in this area, you get what you pay for. The customer service is very friendly and communicative. Reports are sent to highlight findings in their assessments so you understand the work that needs to be done. If money isn't an issue, take your vehicles here!

Took my old Camry here yesterday and was incredibly pleased with the service I received. They identified my problem, as well as a couple other issues, and did great work fixing them. I even noticed that they seemed to fix the driver-side key cylinder that had been sticking recently. Overall I couldn t be happier with these folks and will be getting all my auto work done here now on.

I had to get my emissions and state inspection done before the months end. After work I went and called other places who told me they weren t taking anymore. I made contact with Main Street Tire and Auto who said they would try to squeeze me in. When I arrived, they were able to help me out and my vehicle was finished before I expected it to be done. It was fast and easy.

On 1/12/24, I brought my car to Main Street Tire and Auto after my car became disabled. When I arrived, I was greeted by a warm smile from Eric. He let me know the process of what could be done, the cost and how we could proceed afterwards. The service was efficient and thorough. The service updates were great through the text/emails provided from them in real time. This was a great experience for my unfortunate situation. Thank you Main Street Tire and Auto.

Eric and the entire Main Street team are phenomenal! Polite, open, and honest with every aspect of service. Had my 2002 Ford Ranger in for an electrical issue, which took some time and expertise to resolve. Eric kept me in the know every step of the way as they traced the wiring on my 22 year old vehicle. I believe they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I trust them completely with my vehicles, and the entire team is A+ from the moment you walk through the door. They truly have my highest recommendation!

Main Street Tire and Auto was so efficient and professional! They gave me good advice and an accurate quote over the phone, did a whole complementary inspection of the vehicle, and made it super easy to pay and pick up the car after hours. Plus everyone was really friendly!

I have taken my Volvo S40 (2007) to Main Street for years. I have always found them to be dependable and honest. My S40 may be an older vehicle but I take good care of it and Main Street keeps it running smoothly. I highly recommend Main Street Auto.

My experience with Main Street Tire and Auto was excellent. My vehicle felt like it was going to fall apart and Eric really helped me to make the best purchase decisions based on how long I wanted to keep driving it. Main Street Tire is awesome! I had the best experience today. I was driving in that direction and knew I needed an emissions test. I didn t have an appt but I called and Eric said they weren t busy but are first come first serve. I got there pretty quickly and they worked me right in. The test took 20-30min, the results were electronically sent to the dmv and then I was on my way. I ll definitely return to them for any car maintenance I may need.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Good to see 4.7 rating in Google reviews. I gave them a call to get the VA State safety Inspection done for my car, the automated recorded voice states there's no waiting area and one need to drop the car off to get any service done. It's so disappointing that they do not have a waiting area for people to wait so that simple services can be get done without one needing drop the car off.Update:I got a phone call from the establishment, the person Tony who spoke to me explained while doing the State safety Inspection they also do additional checks to make sure the Car is in good condition without extra charge. And that's the reason why State Safety Inspection is not a quick service, as he explained. If required one can request not to perform any additional checks, which is beyond what's necessary to get Safety inspection passed, to reduce the overall Safety inspection time. They also compensate ride back home Cab charges to certain amount to encourage the Customer to drop the car off.Originally the rating was 1 star, the rating is updated to 5 star after the call from the establishment.

They change my battery same day without appointment. I am lucky to find them. Staff was so kind. They have so many option for repairing your car. I recommend that shop.

This place is awesome! The staff has always provided excellent customer service, but with my latest vehicle issue they were on point and very timely. The power steering on my Dodge Durango went bad all of a sudden on a Thursday night while making a U-turn. So bad that I could not steer left or right and barely made it back home. I had it towed to Main Street the Friday afternoon. As soon as the Durango arrived in the lot, they were already inspecting it. They found that the electric power steering pump had stopped functioning properly and needed to be replaced. My service tech was Nick. Nick told me that Chrysler had the power steering pump in one of their factories, but due to the worker's strike it might take 5 days to 2 weeks just for someone to fulfill the order and send it to the shop.Nick called me back that following Monday to tell my that my Durango was ready for pickup. WHAT??!! He told me that he had found the part in Maryland and drove up there Friday night after his shift ended at the South Riding shop to pick it up. That Monday morning, the crew was able to replace the part, align it with the electric system and test drive it. I was able to pick it up by 5 pm that day. I mean....come on! This shop is incredible! In fact, they apologized to me for not washing it like they normally due because a rain storm was coming through. I've been coming here for about 12 years and not once have I doubted their work or their word. It's unbelievable, but they just keep getting better. I can tell that the owner Tony, does his due diligence when hiring staff and technicians. I continue to be in awe of this place and I can honestly say that they ease my mind whenever an issue arises with any of my vehicles. I recommend this shop over and over again. Thanks Main Street! You guys rock!!!!

Tony, Eric and the entire Main Street Team are always helpful with my cars' needs. Their prices are affordable compared to other auto care businesses in the area.The Technicians completed emissions testing and other routine maintenance to my vehicle within 24 hours. They also have a convenient and secure key drop/pickup system if you aren't able to make it during their normal business hours.Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a good auto care business in South Riding.

I was visiting family there in VA with my wife and 2 very young kids, 500 miles from home in KY when my check engine light came on. I called a variety of shops and no one could get me in on time before we needed to be home. Main Street got me worked in that same day, performed a diagnosis on the check engine light, fixed the issue plus a few other PM things at my request and had my vehicle back to me the next morning. Very knowledgeable technician's who did a great job and provided very helpful recommendations and explanations of the work performed. Highly recommend this shop!

Thank you for repairing my tire on the same day I found it flat. My dealer couldn t get that done. I really appreciate your timeliness. I also like the pictures you include in your report. Frankly, I wouldn t have had the other repairs done if you didn t send me pictures of the things you found. I m considering switching my routine maintenance to you. We ll have you out by 430.Arrived at 215.330Me: Still no tire huh?Them: It s on the way we re pulling your van in now to prep everything.They didThen proceeded to park a Jeep behind it and started a brake job on said Jeep.4pm them: hey sir the tire is not going to be here in time. You can leave it and we will have it ready for you MONDAY by noon.Still had to wait another 20 minutes for the tech to move his Jeep so they could get my van out.Do not recommend
