Purchased a used vehicle from here several months ago. Unfortunately, the water pump and hose went bad. I most likely will never purchase another Land rover /Jaguar vehicle again. HOWEVER, this has hands down been the best maintenance experience I have EVER encountered. I live in Waldorf, MD. I literally passed 2 Land Rover/Jaguar dealerships, on the way to this location. I called Alexandria and they were extremely rude on the telephone.I reached the Chantilly location and worked with James M. He is an awesome human being! Dealing with the maintenance issue on my vehicle was extremely frustrating. James was patient and did everything possible to resolve the issue (whileI rented a car). Unfortunately, the damage was extremely extensive and costly.In the meantime, I dealt with personal issues that made it difficult to get back to Chantilly. Kevin, the maintenance manager kindly worked with me to close out the bill (for the maintenance that had been performed). He ensured, my bill reflected the accurate amount and shifted the items back to my personal vehicle. Kevin and James are THE BEST! I hands down would not have this brand of car serviced anywhere other than the Chantilly location. Thank you guys!

Very good communication about my car s battery condition and where in the process they were in fixing it. Having had a complete battery failure, I was not feeling optimistic about the issue but working with Ana at customer service and the other service providers, I felt more confident and optimistic each time I received an update from them. My ipace is now back at home where she belongs

I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs. Have a jag and took it in here to be serviced since, as a Jaguar dealership, one would assume they would understand how to diagnose and fix your car even if it means the higher price tag you get at a dealership.But even if you tell them exactly what is wrong with your car, they don t have the competence to service it properly.Took my car in as I had a leak in my coolant tank. Was called saying I had a no issue and to pick my car up next morning, only to be notified that morning that there was indeed a leak and it wouldn t be ready until later.So, sure, let s say mistakes happen. But this isn t the only instance of them being incompetent in terms of the care and service. Next time I took it in I told them to look at the brakes and rotors as I was having issues. They told me it was actually my wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. I stupidly trusted that their expertise should mean they know what their talking about, yet I get my car back and it is still not fixed. I call to try to work with them to get the car fixed and had to drop it off and pick it up several more times after they claim to have fixed the issue only for it-spoiler alert- to not be solved. Finally they tell me that the brakes and rotors need to be replaced and make no offer to make right that they have charged me for a $2500 repair of my wheel bearings that was not needed at all.TLDR: if you want people to smile in your face and be nice while not fixing any of your car issues and charging you for services you don t need- this is the place for you to go. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

I called Jaguar to get my annual servicing and was able to get a same day appt. They offered shuttle service for my drop off, but I didn't need it. My service agent was BJ and he was very polite and made sure that everything was taken care of. When picking up my vehicle, it was clean and ready to go. The whole experience was seamless. I recommend this location for Jaguar servicing.

Excellent service result from my Service Manager, BJ. My Jaguar has not run this well in a couple of years I used to use this dealership for service when I worked in this area but since I was reassigned to another NVA location I had changed where I went for service I am glad I came back!

Aziz was amazing to work with. He wasn t pushy and listened to what I was looking for. I wasn t ready to drive off with a new car but he made the experience so pleasant that I did drive off with one! Tony was also great helping with the finance and paperwork. Highly recommend them! If you haven t driven a Land Rover or Jaguar you re missing out!

Excellent customer service by Steven Haynes and technical crew. Steven is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as, I got there he took care of the issue right away. It was a sudden occurred battery problem. Same day battery change made me very happy even though it was a bit late in the day. I always go to Chantilly dealer and see Steven. Actually, entire customer service reps. are precious professionals! Thank you all Great work Service: Auto battery replacement

Made an appointment over explaining what my issue was an asked if it could be diagnosed. Appointment day came and was told they didn t know when they were going to be able to look at my car so a drop off would be better. They kept my car for two days only to call me on the 3rd day to tell me that they never looked at my car because jagur doesn t support a device or software on my car. How do you know that you don t support a specific device on my car if you never bothered to look at it or troubleshoot it to see what needed to be supported. I took my car to a different location where they were exceptionally nice, took the time to look at my vehicle and actually diagnosed what the issue was. Seems like there was some dishonesty in the mix.

I took my car in for an oil change and was told prior to the appointment that they would not provide a car as it would be a quick visit. After three hours of waiting, I informed the front that I would be ubering home because I had my 85 year old mother with me. At no time prior was I offered an Uber or a car due to the long wait. Additionally, they ran my car through the wash and it came out with spots that are still on the paint. I will now have to pay to detail it to try to get the spots off. My husband is a loyal Jaguar owner as this is his third Jag from there; however, I will not buy another Jaguar after this experience and will return to Lexus.Service: Oil change

Took three days to get windshield wiper replacedI had a Sat 8 am appointment and the only repair was to replace a wiper; didn t get car back til MondayThey kept emailing me other customers invoices and receiptsService advisor misplaced keys; called Sat and promised car Monday then was off for the day Monday and left me wondering about status of vehicleService advisor William was awesome and stepped in to help but I still won t be backService: Wiper blade installation

Had all six injectors replaced on my 2016 F-Type. The service staff was excellent, communicating quickly, fitting me into diagnostics ahead of schedule, and holding my car for me an extra couple of days while I was out of town. When we purchased our car, only one key was available so I returned to receive/sync the second key. While I wasn t pleased with how long I had to wait to receive the second key, once it arrived the service was excellent and professional.

They were unable to service 2019 iPACE I purchased from this dealership. Ultimately after 7 weeks the problem was fixed. The only way I could get updates was by calling them every 10-14 days. We had our rear hatch that wasn't opening correctly repaired. The drop off serice was quick and easy. We filled out the form and dropped the keys in the box and the next day we received a call saying our vehicle was ready.

Well kinda disappointed when you bring your car in to have maintenance and request to have the rim fixed and after a week you pick your car up and the rim isn t fix at all and only explanation given his oh, I forgot to send the approval over. Especially when you don t live around the corner from the dealership
