Stopped by on Saturday to look at a car and got everything prepped to buy the car next day. From the start Roy was helpful and was a pleasure to work with. Very down to earth and a fellow Korean which made things easier for us. Then came along Mike the sales manager who was also a great person to work with. What I had thought would be an all day process as I've experienced before turned into a very quick seamless process in and out. Definitely one of the best buying experiences ever. I would 100% recommend this place for any new or used needs. Thanks again Roy Paik and Mike you guys were the best

I bought a 2017 Jaguar F Pace on 12/4/23 from Aziz, Aziz mentioned the car had been inspected by Jaguar mechanics and was in great shape. The next day the "engine coolant low" light came on and the car begin smoking. I sent Aziz the video of the car leaking, and he did not respond. It took me calling the dealership 10 times to get a response and the manager (who refused to give me his name) said "we have you on camera signing the paperwork and you didn't purchase a warranty, so you are stuck with it." Almost as if he knew he had gotten over on me by offering no options, no recommendations from the mechanic, no apologies, no remorse, no discount repair, NOTHING - the manager and Aziz were gleefully unapologetic they sold me a bad car where they maximized their profit while sticking me the customer with a car that is not drivable. This same manager refused to shake my hand, was not friendly or polite and basically told me it's my problem. I asked was this treatment racial in nature and the manager LOST IT! He was very triggered by my question and immediately became defensive and angry.He screamed "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER! WE HAVE YOU ON CAMERA SIGNING AND PAYING AND SIGNING FOR THE CAR!" He then hung up on me. I am NOW stuck out of town weeks before Christmas with an undriveable smoking car, they have refused to communicate with me about my tags and these people don't care. I WANT TO RETURN THIS CAR AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO TAKE THE CARE BACK. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM JAGUAR OF CHANTILLY. My experience has been painful and traumatic, if you are a BLACK or BROWN customer, take your money elsewhere as this dealership is only in it for the money, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Please see the attached video and pictures. There is no way a leak that bad and pervasive could have gone undetected by a certified Jaguar mechanic. This is bad. I have been dooped and taken advantage at the worst possible time of year. This is so UNFAIR!

Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car. I got the best customer service from KC and the finance manager was very helpful with getting me the payments I wanted. Really enjoy this process because of these two gentlemen and will be back in the future for my next car.

We had an amazing purchase experience with Rick Ramadan! He happened to be there on his day off and was walking out as we were walking in. He stopped to ask if he could help, and stayed with us there for the next few hours while we purchased a used car. Rick made our purchasing experience seamless, with excellent support from AJ as well! It was probably the easiest car purchase we've ever made!

Each time I open my car door, slide into the driver seat and turn it on, I get chills. The roar of the engine starting up thrills me. I have your dealership to thank for that. The team assisting me included Kevin Yahner, William Norrell and shop foreman Brandon. I truly thank them. My 2015 XJL had a recurring gearbox fault issue, causing the vehicle to randomly shut down. It was a very dangerous situation as it happened in traffic, on the highway, and I just couldn t tell where or when. Brandon s expertise isolated the problem and corrected it. It took a bit of time in which William Norrell kept me up to date as did Kevin Yahner. Thank you for the excellence of your team!

Our initial experience involved ordering a new car. After putting a $1500 deposit down, we were called days later saying they made a mistake and requested $10k so we cancelled the order. The other day we decided to buy one currently at the dealership. We called ahead to let Jag know that we'd be coming in to buy a specific car, when we got there the GM and finance people were not there yet and this was midway through the day, not early. Major shout out to Ernest who was absolutely amazing throughout the day. Jag offered us financing at a lower rate so we decided to look into it. They wasted two hours of our time just to get approved and then disapproved. It took us 1.5 hours to drive to dealership and after having to spend three hours there while we waited for a GM and finance to get there and run us through the financing debacle, it took us over two hours to drive home. Literally 6.5 hours to buy a car. Ernest was truely great through the whole thing, making sure we were taken care of while all this was out of his hands. Amazing car we got out of it, but the hassle was comparable to one of those street corner 30% interest dealerships.

Great delivery/follow-up experience with CK and AJ from Chantilly LRJ! CK and AJ had all my paperwork ready and car waiting upon delivery and had me in/out in less than an hour. CK followed up with a call later in the weekend and answered some additional questions throughout the past few days that demonstrate his commitment to the Customer Service experience. AJ in finance is astute; professional; and demonstrably efficient - scoring me one of the best rates ever! OVERALL - another great experience with Chantilly LRJ!

Ana B. my service advisor is amazing. I will add that sometimes it s difficult to schedule appointments online. My password needs resetting and can be a challenge to get someone on the line. But over all great experience.

We purchased a Tesla Model Y from this dealership in April 2023. It is now September. We have not received our title and the temporary tags stopped in July. I have called repeatedly and have not received a return phone call. I've also had the secretary send emails to the management team to no avail. Do not purchase a car from this dealership!!! Now we are going to have to spend thousands on a lawyer.

I met with BJ to test drive a used Genesis. He was very good and polite. I did not buy the car that day. The next weekend I brought my wife back with me. We both test drove the car with Aziz since BJ was busy with another client. Aziz was really nice to us and did the paper work in a prompt manner and was very efficient. We were only at the dealership for a couple hours from start to finish . And left in our car. As promised the previous week they kept the price and terms they quoted the prior week. They were also flexible on the value of the trade in. The business office gentleman was who s name I don t remember was also really helpful. A great experience.

Found a great 2018 F Type for a great price on line at Jaguar Chantilly. Contacted the sales rep. Within the week, I flew out to the dealership, and began my drive home to Ohio about three hours later. Car is amazing. Ty O'Hair was so kind and helpful. The car is a real looker and in great condition. What an amazingly positive experience.

This was the first positive experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Dan, Mike and Omar provided us with outstanding service, and even stayed after hours to complete the transaction and ensure we had everything we needed to drive off the lot happy. I bought one of their Project 8's a few weeks ago. They gave me .6% rate. Paid for shipping on my Fpace SVR from Houston to their dealership and covered shipping on the Project 8 from their dealership to Houston. Richard is the best and prob one of the few car guys who actually worked a deal. They gave me more than a fair trade in value and discounted the Project 8 $40k. Now, I just wish the Jag dealerships here in Houston would act the same!! If I ever buy another Jag or Range, it will def be from this dealership.

Bought used Volvo XC90 recently. Couple weeks later it rained and the car was leaking water on the inside that was starting to cause damage internally. Called Aziz and he immediately became defensive as I was describing the issue, stated I couldn t bring the car into the service department. Clearly the vehicle had this issue when I purchased from them. I took to a local Volvo dealer who explained the issue, which was missed during the dealer s apparent inspection. No help from Aziz, and no return calls after I left several messages with the sales managers and the general manager Richard concerning my experience. Sale was done and they could care less they sold me a leaky car. Poor business practices, wouldn t recommend buying from them or Aziz in particular.

I purchased a 2019 Range Rover Velar from this dealership on August 22, 2018. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Additionally, I had a very pleasurable buying experience due to the professionalism and caring shown to me by Sean Zalmai, my salesman. I highly recommend Sean as an attention to detail salesman.

My experience dealing with automobile purchases spans over 20 years. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had to date. No pressure sales and great customer service are the highlights of this dealership. It s really clean inside the dealership and the cars are even cleaner. Great experience!

I had to edit a prior review.In my last visit I took a LR3 for inspection. I d had the vehicle for almost 30 days and was driving it on occasion but mostly it sat. After I brought it back from the inspection the batteries died in about 3 days. It would seem the service tech fiddled with the Luna dual battery system and didn t know what they were doing. Cost me $500 in battery replacements, a $250 mechanics visit, and a lot of headache.The inspection also seemed to require them to remove several of the aftermarket parts and not put them back properly. I stopped at a light and 2 metal poles went flying into the front cabin from the tailgate. They had been perfectly secured when I brought it in.Previously With my Jaguar, I took it in for a service and they failed to secure a vacuum pump properly. The car started having issues on a road trip to Asheville. It ruined the trip and I had to bring it to the dealership in Asheville. After the service team there took the car in, the issue was simple enough to fix but they were in awe that such a simple mistake was made by Chantilly.I was looking for a new vehicle and had been planning for the Range Rover sport but I don t want to get stuck with the Chantilly service as an option so I m probably going back to Audi or maybe a Mercedes this time.My double-bad experience is just too much.

Service is ****IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone. I've called a dozen times in the past two months and left many messages with service. I've had zero contact with anyone. I managed to get the receptionist once, who said she'd have someone call me, and guess what? no one called me.The reason I'm calling is to ask why service I had done a year ago was not reported to jaguar, nor does it show up in any car history reports. I'm also trying to get recommendations on future service.I've previously made an appointment online (because I couldn't get in touch with anyone) and when I showed up they had no idea I was on the schedule despite having the confirmation email. They completed the service (supposedly... still trying to figure that out) but forgot to change the oil which was the one thing I wanted done.Do not touch this dealers service department.

This dealership plays games and lies about everything. Everything they do is Bait and switch. They took my money, had me sign paperwork, insure the vehicle, and then sold it to someone else. They try to charge bogus fees and there is never a manger to talk to. The finance Manager John Stapleton is also a scam artist. He changed the terms and finance rate after I had signed documents. He then stated that the Docs signed were VOID.WARNING!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JLR of Chantilly. You will be sorry.
