Amazing team here with Lisa and John! I had my master and slave cylinder replaced here and after a quick diagnosis and turnaround, I had my car back. Fast forward a couple months and my master and slave cylinders gave out again!! Despite having moved across the country, this stand up, above and beyond team warrantied the work done at a shop in Oregon. I couldn t be more grateful and would ONLY take my 1999 LE 10th Anniversary Mazda Miata here to see these honest, fast working shop.

great job they do there. My wife and I bought our car from them less than a month ago and we are pleased with the car and the service we received. We just got back from Costa Rica And we need a car to work.John and the boys gave us so much attention and opportunity that we couldn't complain about a thing. Thank you all. highly recommended

Very friendly staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and informative about what services need to be done and will give price estimates before doing so. I needed a rotor and brake pad change as well as my state inspection and they did it in a very timely manner. I came here solely based on their high ratings but unfortunately, I regret it. The location is extremely hidden with minimal open parking, so you've got to carefully manuevur so your vehicle doesn't get damaged.I parked my SUV on the side, trying to be considerate, even though parking is extremely tight. I went inside the bay bay to speak to a tech (as no one was in the office) and the tech told me to wait inside the office and he will work on my vehicle shortly.A minute later, as I'm about to walk inside their office, the owner, John, stopped me outside and questioned me in a condescending manner...asking me if that's my vehicle and then proceeded to say, "why are you blocking my lot" and "you people always do this". To be quite frank, I was surprised he spoke to a prospective customer in such an unprofessional and condescending tone.I immediately left as I refuse to support a business owner that operates in such a manner.

I have been going to J&L automotive for years and have always received the best customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. They are great about telling you what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait, which is why both my kids take their cars to be serviced as well! Highly recommended!

Blue was super helpful doing a presale inspection for me, made the process easier than I was expecting by coordinating a drop off with the dealer so I didn t even have to drive down until I knew I wanted the car. Very glad I found this shop!

They truly mean it when they say old fashioned quality with modern technology. I can't praise them enough. The service is always done swiftly and with care. You are not being rushed just so they can get one over your head. They genuinely care about their name and work. Give them a visit, you will regret not having them found sooner.

I went into J&L after buying a car from a local dealer and immediately having issues with it that the dealer was not willing to address. John and his wife were helpful, listened to my concerns and stopped what they were doing to assess my situation. John took the time to go through my truck, identify issues, fix the largest issue at the time and then give me options on what to fix and what could wait until I made the trip home. They were trustworthy and honest, they were kind and obviously cared about their customers. Further they were skilled mechanics. I would go for any repair or send anyone there in need of anything done to their car.Service: Engine repair

J&L was recommended by a friend (he used to be an auto mechanic). They have great service/work and do a great job of explaining the work. The people working there are friendly and will take a moment to chat with you, when they are free. I've been going there with my cars for a few years now. I highly recommend them.

Came in for state inspection and emissions testing, was ready to go in about 15-20 minutes. Only a mile away from my home so it s very convenient as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area

John and his mechanics do quality work and in a timely manner. I had to get my front end alignment checked within 36 hours and because his alignment system was being serviced, he brought my truck to another shop at no cost to me. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have quality work.

John and his crew do excellent work on my older Honda as well as my new Diesel Truck. The work is always done correctly and they deliver on time. I highly recommend this auto repair shop for all your automotive needs!
