I had a great experience at High-Tech today. They aligned my car quickly and adjusted the lift kit I installed. Their price was better than fair. Everyone is very friendly, honest, and happy to explain what they did. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs car service or especially to anyone who needs anything outside the box of normal maintenance.

At a time when my husband s Toyota Tacoma needed critical repairs due to extensive corrosion, Taylor and Raul set the standard for great customer service by explaining the repair process clearly and thoroughly. The High-TechTeam kept us informed of the progress with regular emails and timely pictures. The team at High-tech took my project jeep Cherokee from a pile of parts to a fully functioning, well-performing machine. I could not be happier. This place was awesome. We had a truck bought out of state that did not pass emissions. I was told by another place there was nothing that could be done, but High-Tech came to the rescue. They didn t give up and came up with a solution after a few try s. Thank you! Special shout out to Tim who was professional and friendly the whole way. Great customer service.

Amazing for getting you hyped up on what one Mechanic can do in the shop. The moment that 1 mechanic is out sick, the whole shop has no idea how to do anything basic. Basic being airhorn install or airbag lift kit. I coordinated ahead of time to schedule installation and even adjusted my schedule to make it work. I dropped the truck off early afternoon on a Tuesday and was scheduled to be done by Friday(3 day job). Thursday late afternoon, I got a call saying the job wasn't even started. But, they could have it done by Wednesday the following week for sure if they keep it Friday through the weekend and into next week. Fast forward to Tuesday (a week later and knowing Monday was Labor Day holiday), I am told they still have not started anything and they may have it done by end of week if their "sick" mechanic comes back. They recommended me picking up the truck just in case as it could be another week before they know anything.All in all, I feel the communication is horrendous. I feel if they have only one competent mechanic, they are relying way too much on 1 person to do all the important work. I believe that had they communicated properly from the first concern of not starting on the truck, we could have adjusted. In the end, I took parts and will now have to find another install shop. Certainly, they have the knowledge and attention to detail to do the job IF the only mechanic that knows what they are doing is working. Otherwise, you risk your vehicle having major delays, potential problems, or, in my case, parts but no installation.I was refunded the down payment minus parts! I understand people get sick every day, but that should not mean an entire mechanic shop gets shut down.

Found my new go to shop. Incredibly professional and friendly service. Took my 25 year old Suburban in for an exhaust leak and fluid changes. A very detailed estimate along with pictures showing the problems were sent to me. Tech pointed out bad/leaky front axle which we also repaired. One of the cleanest shops I've ever seen. Obvious all employees take a lot of pride in their work. Big thanks to Tim and the entire crew.

Highly recommend going here! I recently took my car here because of a battery issue. After they looked over my car, it had some other issues. Tim was very honest and understanding when explaining everything going on with it to me and my family. Great experience with the team at High-Tech. They completed a thorough post purchase inspection on my new to me 3rd gen 4Runner and completed a number of preventative maintenance items. Communicated throughout the process and I appreciated the ease in which to approve or deny services. Will definitely be using again moving forward.

Easy to make an appointment. Friendly and personable staff, and very knowledgeable. Great communication through their service site, text messaging, and phone calls. Pictures were of high quality, lighting, and angel to allow me to see what they were explaining.

Hi Tech Auto is one of the best garages in town. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. They follow up with you continuously to make sure you know exactly what is going on with the status of your vehicle. Additionally, when you do have service there they send you a thank you card in the mail. Very professional and a nice touch of you ask me.

I came from New Jersey because my transmission had a problem. I had my transmission replaced and alternator replaced at the same time 2 months ago. Today when I contacted them they refuse to even look at the car. I drove 5 hours and as of now have not been contacted nor given a solution. Do not come here if you want a warranty. Had to take the car to another shop and what was found that the alternator was loose and it was previously fixed .They offered to fix it once they have time but I do not live close by. This is unacceptable customer service and work quality.

This business was the only one within 50 miles that would help me fix the alignment with some clonking noises that I had after the installation of a BDS 4.5 lift in my 2017 Toyota Tundra. Raul and Taylor explained to me the steps and estimated cost to fix and resolve the issues. Raul even took me to Chick-fil-A to get some lunch since I decided to wait for my truck to get fixed. Carl Kessler and his teams of mechanics at High-Tech Auto and Truck Center have serviced my vehicles for more than 35 years. They are friends who have always treated us like family. They can find a solution to any vehicle problem without gouging the customer with unnecessary fees. Our family has always had complete satisfaction with their work on every vehicle we have owned. And we have owned many! Three of the classic convertible cars we have owned have lived long lives. There is the1967 Firebird (still owned by my grown son in Chicago), a 1969 Firebird, and 1989 Sunbird GT. With these older cars that were more difficult to find parts for than our newer cars, they scoured the country always managing to find the parts or a place that had the capacity to rebuild the needed part. The service was excellent. My truck has them big mouthed gumbo swampy slop slingers on it and the alignment is perfect now. Truck rides down the road so smooth I can t mistake my flatulence for potholes anymore. Customer service was very professional and outstanding. Like myself, I was out standing with my jaw on the floor when they told me they were done with the service so soon! This the only place I will take my truck. Thank you!

This place is amazing. I scheduled an appointment and next day had diagnostics and estimate in one day after few hours! They were communicative, efficient and knowledgeable. They also took the time to explain in detail and what was wrong for understanding and how to fix it with recommendations of the best options. This a great place for anyone. customer since early 1990's calls it quits. They are clearly aligned now against the customer, it is a function of the software package the owner purchased. Carl and Kurt started this shop and they were enthusiasts, but it changed. The owner is older and understands to sell the business and gain the max rewards for his retirement and sale of the shop, the dirty industry path was to buy and implement a software system,one out of many, that purposely puts max liability on the clients for insurance purposes, and also max out customer manipulation via text messages, so you get the requirement to photo your vehicle in inspection prior to repair or estimate... then if you decline, or ask for alternative repair, there is evidence against you.. They also pester you with text messages , purportedly from the owner, which are likely really from the service team, asking for business and offering discounts that never really come true. And now the scheme is to make you leave your car 24 hrs just to get a work estimate, even if your vehicle has been in their system for decades !There was a very long Decade + time period when Bobby, Brittany, Susan, Raul could give a reasonable cost estimates, and you could drop off immediately with trust and get work startedThat era is gone, and so is their support for long term = decades long customers- Go broke High Tech... the recent visit I was treated with disregard by Tim, and not for the first time unique to him, going back 6+ years... I found a local replacement the same day, because I speak fluent Spanish and the price was for example $ 1100 versus $ 2600 Why wait 24 hours for an inflated cost, - or start work immediately for better price ? Their software records of your vehicle which they own and will use against you ?I have worked with these guys since about 1994, and approx 4 times, they have made important errors, which cost me 1000's, but also I have had 2 or 3 vehicles always, so by law of averages it happens, and is not a disaster to me - and I have never complained legally to get compensated, and never disputed changes from estimates, and usually paid most of bill in check in advance to save them credit card charges.But the new reality is all of that that gains you nothing as a customer, it is all about controlling you via text messages and positioning them against you as a potential legal dispute opponent, those are the software program parameters, and if you do business, you are trapped, so just do not go there ! No Problems, there are many competent and trustworthy shops, but it takes work to find them...

Extremely happy with the service I received from the shop thus far. Tim was very knowledgeable of all the details for the suspension lift, tire installation, alignment, and process. Reasonably priced parts were ordered and came in as expected less than a week and they were able to get me on the schedule immediately and had it all done within a day and a half just in time for a trip to the OBX. They had no problems installing the rims, tires, and quick disconnects that I had already revived from online orders, which is normally frowned upon at other shops. I love the work that was done and it has performed flawlessly on the beach and drives smooth as butter on the highway. My car had a whining noise from the Differential and was diagnosed as worn bearings. Due to a delay in procuring the bearings it took a total of 6 weeks to complete the repair. The car was operating flawlessly for approximately 1.5 months and 1500 miles when a clunk was heard shifting into Drive. I discovered a Differential mount bolt had fallen out due to insufficient torquing during the repair.Upon being notified of the issue with photos of the missing bolt location, High Tech did the right thing and picked the car up at my house in order to not incur further damage. It was discovered that a rubber mount for the Differential had also fallen out with the bolt and had to wait another week for procurement of the part and complete the repair.Of course the repair was covered under High Tech's Warranty and the car is back to performing flawlessly.While High Tech acknowledged and apologized for their mistake and made it right, the only shortcoming as far as Customer Service is concerned is the shop's refusal to deliver the car back to my home. In my opinion, this would have completed the entire Customer Service Experience and resulted in a 5 star review.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service and work done! Could not be happier with the overall experience and not only would I go back to have more work done I would happily recommend them to friends and family. From the time I walked in with my new 2018 Jeep JL Rubicon Unlimited and worked with Joey I knew it would be a great experience. It is clear Joey really knows what he is doing and knew about differences with the new JL model. He was very helpful walking the vehicle and talking about what I wanted, finding options with some aftermarket JL items, especially with those not in stock at some places and even managed to get MOPAR parts in a short period of time that initially we were getting an undefined period of time it could take to get in given the new JL model year. Joey also made me solid quality recommendations that saved me money which was even more appreciated. From the time we started moving forward, ordering parts, doing the work, and finishing up the communication was absolutely fantastic and top notch. Also, throughout all of this Susan up front was unbelievable. She was extremely responsive, kept on top of everything, and always ensured I was kept up to date. She has just an incredible customer service focus and a wonderful personality and attitude that really adds to the overall experience and managing the process. Also, just loved to hear the excitement and passion she has for her job and learning. On top of all this, the owner also came out and thanked me for the business when I picked up my Jeep. By no means a requirement but clearly, he sets the tone and example there and it shows, I greatly appreciated him doing so. I dare say I have never had a better experience in the auto industry and having work done on a vehicle. I felt the prices were fair and most importantly I appreciated the quality of people there doing the work. For my JLUR the following work was done: lift, new wheels and 35 tires, winch/etc., magnaflow exhaust, RKR bars, HD tail gate system.

BRING YOUR TOYOTA HERE FOR WORKTrust Raul and the team at High Tech for all your toyota needs. I came in to get an estimate on a suspension/tire install and ended up going with them to get the work done. When i first came in, we pulled my truck into the shop and we talked about what I wanted to get done, why, and the options we had to get there. Raul knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to walk me through the different options and the benefits of each. I had done a decent amount of research before coming in and he was able to confirm a lot of what I had read.In terms of pricing the parts were basically msrp and labor was reasonable, just about the dealership rates. You are not going to get "my friends a mechanic and installed my lift kit for $250" rates, but the work done here is high quality, they stand behind it for quite some time(24k/24mo), and it's done quickly.Hope I don't ever need to come back, but if so, I know who I'm bringing my toyota to!

Raul and his team replaced the fuel pump on our Jeep YJ. Once they dropped the fuel tank they discovered why it failed so additional parts had to be ordered. Raul walked me through what they found and was very good with giving updates. Raul and his team really took care of me. I would definitely only come to High-Tech from now on. We are pretty particular with our vehicles and these guys are very trustworthy. Raul also have me a quick tour of the shop. Shop is super clean and you can tell these guys take pride in what they do. Carl and his staff did a great job. The job was done quickly and done right. No surprises and the cost was reasonable. They did a complete inspection of the vehicle and sent me a link to view photos and descriptions of the suggested services. High-Tech does high-quality, professional work and they are equipped with a very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. They work on a myriad of trucks and cars, but I brought my 3rd-gen 4Runner in for some upgrades and maintenance (new suspension and lift, bumper, and some engine work) - it was very reassuring that they have Raul on staff, who specializes in Toyota trucks.
