I can not properly express my gratitude for everything Tony and his team provided. I had an absolutely wonderful car buying experience Jay, Michael, and Tony completely exceeded my expectations in every way. The three of them were kind, transparent, and made me feel so incredibly as ease not to mention confident in the decision I was making.I love the car, and everything it offers(GV80), but it pales I m comparison to the service the team provided. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I own a GV 70 and can't speak to anyone to schedule service for my car. After getting through the automated system, I reached the service department only to have someone pick the phone up and immediately hang-up on me. The automated system said there were no open service slots until the middle of next month. I then called sales and asked to be transferred to service. I hung up after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. I guess their way of saving money is by not allowing you to schedule the free service that comes with the car.

Have had nothing but negative experiences with this dealership. Been trying to resolve an issue with my car (covered under warranty) for nearly two years. Each time my car goes in for service, it comes back with an additional issue that requires me to bring it BACK in. They don't follow up when I call and leave messages asking for my calls to be returned, and they don't follow through when they say they'll reach out to Genesis for recommendations on how to proceed with the issue they still can't resolve.

Zero customer service.There were no sales people in sight on a beautiful 65 degree weekend day when customers are sure to be out shopping. Went to the main desk and asked if anyone was available to show us a car and was told someone should be available in 10-15 minutes. Asked if they could simply unlock the model that I wanted to see that was sitting in the showroom and was told, no, they don't have the key. (How absurd is that?) Sat down in the waiting area and waited for about 15 minutes then went back to check if there was anyone who would be free any time soon to help us. There appeared to be three salespeople in the showroom at this point, helping customers. They said they still didn't have anyone free, but couldn't say how long it would be. That's fair, but at that point one of the salespeople wandered by and said he'd help us after finishing up with his customer but couldn't say when that would be, just "awhile". Asked if he could unlock the showroom car and he said "No, if we open them the batteries will die".I'm sorry, if you can't even be bothered to unlock a car that is sitting in the showroom, and you want me to buy a $70k car, you're crazy. And this is the "courting period", where they're trying to sell you something. This is, in theory, the best they're going to treat you because they don't have your money yet. Sorry, I'll go to the Lexus, Mercedes, or Land Rover dealers that are literally down the road and are jumping at the chance to help a customer and win a sale. You're going to have to do better. This dealership clearly doesn't care

Khalid was my salesman. He was great at listening to what I was looking for and then attempting to find it. He was understanding throughout the whole process and once I found the car I wanted, he had no problem going to Tony, the GM. Both of these guys were just awesome, friendly, accommodating and did their best to make sure the car buying experience was smooth as possible. They worked hard at making the process go smoothly. Thank you guys!

I recently visited the Genesis dealership on today and my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I arrived at the dealership at 4:00pm, hoping to explore the G70 and G80 and potentially make a purchase. However, what transpired during my visit has left me compelled to share my dissatisfaction.First and foremost, despite the apparent lack of busyness in the dealership, I was made to wait for a staggering hour before receiving any assistance. It was disheartening to see the staff seemingly disinterested and indifferent to my presence as a customer.To add insult to injury, the assistance I finally received was rushed and lacking any genuine enthusiasm. It became evident that the staff was more concerned with closing procedures than attending to a customer who had taken the time to visit within the dealership's operating hours.What further exacerbated my disappointment was the fact that I was attended to only 15 minutes before the dealership closed. This left me with a mere fraction of the time I had hoped for to explore the cars and gather information. The overall lack of urgency in addressing customer needs was palpable and, frankly, inexcusable given the seemingly relaxed atmosphere in the dealership.As a customer, I expected to receive the same level of attention and service as any other visitor, irrespective of the time of day. Unfortunately, my experience at the Genesis dealership has left me questioning the commitment to customer satisfaction.I believe that honest feedback is crucial for businesses to improve, and I sincerely hope that this review serves as an opportunity for the dealership to address the issues I encountered. Until there are tangible improvements in customer service, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to others.

I purchased a GV70 last week and Tony, the GM was amazing. He was professional, kind and patient throughout the car buying experience and I couldn't have asked for more. I felt like he heard my wants in choosing a vehicle and did his best to find the perfect match for me. I would recommend purchasing a Genesis at this dealership for anyone who also wants to have the best car buying experience.

I had an incredible buying experience at Genesis of Chantilly. My salesman, Jeff, title & DMV guy, Joe, and GM Tony bent over backwards to make me sure my purchase went smoothly. The dealership has tremendous inventory, so I picked out my vehicle online and when I went there, these guys ensured the process went smoothly. We are a multiple Genesis household and would highly recommend this dealership.

The BEST car-buying experience I've had in 50 years! I have purchased for my family, friends, and employees move than 75 vehicles and this experience was absolutely the best ever. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Could not ask for a better group of people to work with.

I hardly write reviews but I had to do one because of my experience at the Chantilly Genesis Dealer. I purchased a GV70 over the weekend. The sales people there (I spoke to Angel and Sohrab. - (one online and the other in the showroom) were very nice and friendly. They turned me over to the GM who decided to work on the deal. I have been doing leases ~ 3 every years for over 20 years The GM there... - Tony, was amazing!! Probably the best experience I have ever had with a GM of all my years buying or leasing a vehicle . He was honest showed that he cared about his clients and gave us a good deal on the lease. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My husband purchased a GV80. The process was very smooth and the salesman (Jack) and General Manager (Tony) were perfect representatives for the brand.The vehicle he purchased is amazing it even drives itself !!! We highly recommend Genesis of Chantilly and Jack and Tony to give you the courtesy and professionalism you would expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle.

I purchased a 2023 GV60. The car is amazing and I a great buying experience at Genesis Chantilly. The GM, Tony Ramazani is wonderful to work with. My salesman, Jay Lee was knowledgeable and patient as I went through the process of acquiring my vehicle. My car is more than I expected and I am very happy with my purchase. If you are in the market for an electric car you should consider the Genesis brand.

I had an excellent experience at Genesis of Chantilly. My sales associate, Umer Hasan, patiently walked me through the inventory and guided me to the car that worked best for me. He has continued to provide specialized attention after my purchase on the small details that mean so much! They don't return call ever, and that's after months of trying to get them on the phone. Finally decided to make the long drive to the dealership only to be met with no greeting and a bunch of people who seem to hate their jobs and couldn't provide the service needed for my Equus. Avoid this place if possible. You deserve better service and at least a hello, especially after you spend $80k on a vehicle.

Sketchy and unprofessional dealership. I came here to check out a used car posting with my brother-in-law because the price we saw online was really good. Test drove the car and then when we sat down to discuss price, they showed us an updated price that s $10k more because apparently their system glitched or someone put in the wrong number. Not the salesman s fault, but the manager that came to explain it to us said it happens often as if it s not a big deal at all and had a condescending tone - like we were at fault for expecting them to honor the price they advertised on their website. He even said the Rosenthal auto group have a team of lawyers that they pay millions for this very reason as if he was trying to intimidate us which left an even worse taste in my mouth.Definitely will be avoiding this place and Rosenthal Auto Group for future car purchases.Tips for Genesis of Chantilly if you want customers to trust you:1. Double check your prices before you advertise them; otherwise your customers cannot trust your postings.2. Honor what you advertise. If you honestly made a mistake, apologize to your customers; don t threaten and belittle them.3. Train your managers better to show proper respect for customers. Don t randomly bring up teams of lawyers and billion dollar company to intimidate customers.

Horrible customer service. went here to check out a new gv80. Wanted to test drive a new 2024 to compare to the 2023 down the road. No one helped us. We stuck around the lot for a while - went inside - no one helped us. Their loss. I bought the 2023 down the road.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new GV70 at Chantilly. We traveled 6 hours to purchase a hard to find silver with red interior GV70 that we had reserved, but changed our minds and picked a white one with red interior instead after we arrived. Our salesman Khalid and the manager Tony said that the change was no problem and they bent over backwards to help us with the purchase, and the finance manager Shah was great as well. Everyone there was friendly and attentive during our visit, I would highly recommend Genesis of Chantilly to anyone looking for a Hyundai or Genesis!

Poorest service ever. Worst treatment of customer. Barely any communication. Embarrassment to Genesis & Hyundai.Will never return to this shop again ever. I Met other customers with even worse experience. Genesis of Chantilly does not care about service but only about sales. Deserves negative or No star rating.

I recently purchased a GV60 from Gensis of Chantilly. the Sales and Leasing Consultant, Umer Hasan and General Manager, Tony Ramazani were great to work with during this purchasing process. Umer Hasan was very courteous and knowledgeable about this vehicle. He took quality time to explain and also demonstrate its features and capabilities. Tony Ramazani was both patient and supportive. He ensured that I carefully considered all of my options before purchasing the vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I have had my new Genesis GV 80 for one week now. I absolutely love it! My only concern is ever learning how to use all of this technology. The experience that I had with our concierge person, Phul Jeb and the manager, Tony Ramazani, was first class! Anyone deciding to go to Genesis of Chantilly I assure you will have a fabulous experience. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Probably the worst service I ve experienced a bunch of young girls with the worst attitude I ve ever seen working the front desk of the service department. My car has been there for a week and I ve received no updates on the issue with the check engine light being on. I ve called several times, more often than not the phone just keeps ringing but when I do get an answer, I m given a bad attitude about it all. 0/10 stars - I don t typically leave reviews, but this is not my first bad experience here. Stay away if you can.

I've tried to buy a vehicle here twice because it's close and both times purchased the car from another dealer who treated me better. Really dissapointing and totally erratic communications. The sales team seems okay, but sales and general management were big negatives. If you want a Hyundai or Genesis, note their customer rating vs other dealerships and consider going elsewhere. I was happy that I did.

If no stars was an option, that's exactly what this location would get. I have taken my G80 here for service. They have damaged it twice. The first time, it was scratched and the license plate cover was ripped off when they put it through the car wash. I just asked that they no longer washed it when serviced. The second time, there were DEEP scratches to the right side of the hood of my car. I've called multiple times and left messages since May (I moved or I'd go in person) and no one EVER calls back. I will be escalating the matter but felt a review was necessary. Customers pay way too much for their vehicles for them to be so careless and irresponsible.

What an amazing experience we had at Genesis of Chantilly!My husband and I were just looking at cars but ended up leaving today with a beautiful car that was perfect for us!Sohrab was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and Shahrokh did a fantastic job with the financing. But Tony the GM was simply the best! He made us feel so comfortable with the whole process, and that s what was most important to us.Great job to you all! Start off with a kind greeting so they reply kindly. Ask lots of questions. Be open and wish you the best. I would be open to consider other dealerships relying on these reviews. GO with your gut feeling and not your doubt.

I went here today with the intent of test driving the GV 80 3.5 Prestige, only to be told no by a junior sales associate. I politely told him if I couldn't test drive the Prestige, then I wouldn't waste my time. He called his sales manager to say they wanted to keep the miles low for interested buyers. I almost lost my cool, but I politely told them they lost a sale. Lastly, the sales manager tried to tell me some BS that their Prestige was the only one with that configuration within 100 miles. I visited Genesis of Sterling the day prior, and I counted six Prestige versions on the lot! Any Genesis dealer, but Chantilly can have my business!

We went there to purchase a GV80. There were at least 3 salespeople outside roaming around. We even opened the doors on a GV70 and went inside the showroom. However, we apparently achieved invisibility because no one even looked at us or greeted us.We purchased our SUV from a different manufacturer whose sales team knows that you have to talk to customers.
