I can't say enough good things about Driven Auto Repair they are a kind and compassionate team i am a single older female an having a reliable/FAIR mechanic puts my mind at ease They are fair with pricing and do excellent work They have kept my 12-year-old truck running! Roger and Alex are always there to help and explain thank you again Driven Auto you are my go-to for auto repair!

I first went here to get my steering column fixed on my truck. They were able to do that but the steering wheel was not put on straight. I then brought it to them another time and said that the airbag light was on and horn wasn t working and that I thought the clock spring was broken. After 2 weeks of them not fixing anything because they weren t able to get parts I went to pick up my truck. They charged me $147 in diagnostic labor even though I already knew the clock spring was broken. The staff is friendly but I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Overcharge for poor work.

I have been going to Driven Auto Repair since 2004, back when it was Master Mechanic. When Driven took over the shop, I'll admit I was a little nervous but they have blown me away with their service and professionalism. If you are looking for a car mechanic, look no further.Roger, the General Manager, is fantastic. Every interaction I've ever had with him has been positive and informative. He is an honest, down to earth, good person who does business the right way. We have my car and my wife's car serviced there and we always go with their advice. Both cars are running strong. As long as I live in Northern Virginia, I will be taking my vehicles to Driven. Absolutely the best place to take your vehicle in NOVA!!! They are very honest and reliable. They talk to me as a customer.; not a woman who knows nothing about vehicles. Meaning, they don t try to sale on anything I don t need just because I am a female! Love this place! I was just in the area and had an issue with with my Nissan. I called and they got me right in. I would recommend to anyone. Great customer service and communication with everything they did. I had an issue with my starter and radiator hoses with my car, which became a costly repair due to how difficult it was to get to those parts in order to do the repair. Roger was kind enough to be transparent with me in weighing my options whether to do the repair or replace a somewhat old vehicle. At no time, did I feel pressured to do the repair. I ended up moving forward with the repair, and I am glad that I did because the car works perfectly. Roger and team did a great job. I always trust my vehicle to Driven Auto Repair. Thanks Roger and team for another job, well done!

Brought my car in during May 2022 due to a persistent rattling noise. Scheduling the appointment was easy and all staff were always professional. Staff were very thorough in diagnosing the problem. The noise was addressed with no problems at all. They were able to apply our Maxcare warranty smoothly. Due to scheduling, we had dropped off and picked up the car minutes before closing. I never felt rushed or talked down to. I would recommend this company and look forward to using them again in the future.

Out of all the places I ve ever went to. This was the best place that had the best customer service ever. I heard so many good things about this location and so many great google reviews, I had to come see it myself. Let me tell whoever is reading this. Roger is an amazing guy. He will attend to your needs. He always has a contagious smile and always is happy to help you. COME TO THIS PLACE AND ASK FOR HIM ! If I could if 10 stars I would.Service: Oil change

Roger is excellent customer service advisor. He did research on the subject and tried his best to save me as much money as possible. He provided great analysis of my situation and was in constant contact with me as the process of getting my car fixed continued. In the end, this is a great auto-repair shop, I highly recommend.

My Driven Auto-Repair experience was beyond my expectations. I brought my car here after having some problems and Roger was quick to help me. I had a great experience with them! They did a really great job all around. The staff was respectful and honest and the work was high quality and efficient. I would definitely recommend using them. If you're in need of a tow and need repairs done in a timely and professional manner?, "These are the guys to call " Since getting my truck worked on it has driven like brand new! I am very impressed. My truck has 206,000+ miles on it and after replacing the CHT Sensor, the ignition coils, and the sparks plugs, it now feels like a brand new truck!! They also inspected the truck for me while doing the tune up and oil change. They get 5 stars from me!! I came in here this past Wednesday when my car was making noises. After one of the employees took it for a ride, they let me in their garage and showed me all the problems on my car (exhaust, stabilizer bars, and a cracking belt). I've never had a mechanic do that for me before, so I am very happy with their honesty and transparency about the repairs I needed.All the repairs were completed by 2pm the same day, and I was charged almost exactly what they quoted me for. I will be coming here the next time I need another repair. The quality, speed, and communication here made this one of the best car repair experiences I've ever had!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Roger was incredible to work with. Professional, understanding, kind and he truly cared about my repair needs. He even went so far as to negotiate with my extended warranty company to get the best deal possible for the parts I needed and helped me get them under warranty. My shifter assembly needed to be replaced and He got my car up and running in less than a week and it feels just as good, if not better than before. I would recommend him and Driven Auto Repair a thousand times over! Do not hesitate to bring your car here for all of your auto needs. Good experience, fast service, free loaner. Didn't drive away with that "did they really fix it" feeling that I usually have. My car actually felt refreshed and was running better. I did have to change my battery two days after my service so I guess they didn't check that or it was just coincidence that a cell died two days later, but that's okay, I have bad luck with batteries anyway. They worked with my warranty service. Overall great place.

Roger's services are top notch. We had one of our work trucks break down with a busted radiator. Shortly after talking to Roger he had a tow truck there within 15 minutes. Roger also understands we have a very demanding work schedule and knew we needed back quickly. Well Roger and his team had the radiator and brakes all replaced in under 24 hours and vehicle back on the road.
