My contact Kevin Hutchinson is very good! He is very accommodating and makes me understand what repair needs to be done for my car. All the staff including Alexis and Kathleen are also both very good! I always go to this County Line Collision Center at Pleasant Valley Chantilly for the vehicle service/ auto body repair needed by my vehicle. I have used them 5 times already! They are very orderly, clean and gives you an update on your vehicle repair always! Very reliable service!

Only collision center in town that would help restore my vehicle exterior molding. If there are any installation defects, they do not hesitate to fix the problem immediately and their work comes with a lifetime warranty. Excellent Service!

I recently chose this repair facility when I got into an accident because it was referred through GEICO. Here are 4 reasons I would not choose this shop again.1. They are closed on weekends so don t expect any progress to be made on your car 2 out of 7 days.After they received parts, it took 2 additional weeks to complete the work (6 weeks total).Around week 6 I called daily to find out the status of my car to which they told me was waiting on the front emblem but was drivable and unable to be picked up. Finally on a Friday afternoon right before close, my car was ready.2. They missed things during the initial evaluation.I got the car back and it s making a knocking noise as I turn my wheel. I call the shop, they tell me to bring it back in and that they might need it for A FEW MORE DAYS!My husband examined the car and said they poorly repaired the wheel bushing (whatever that is) and didn t put any plastic pins in my wheel wells.3. Disrespectful employee who won t be named for the sake of his privacy.We take the car back, as my husband is speaking with another mechanic about the problem and looking at the car, their head mechanic rudely interrupts and yells alright we re done here, pull the car down! Extremely out of line and excessive aggression toward my husband and the mechanic, of whom, he wasn t even in a conversation with.There is more to this, but I won t go into great detail. Basically, he was offended and took out his aggression on my husband, the customer.4. Having to bring my car back in wasn t a priority to them until the manager intervened.I called about the status of my car the next day to which I was told wouldn t be done till tomorrow because the mechanics are busy and have a lineup but we ll get to you as soon as we can but expect a call tomorrow. This is after the rude interaction had the day before to which we were waiting on a phone call from the manager about.My husband called again to speak to the manager about the rude mechanic, and we received an apology and a guarantee the car would be made a priority! (Finally right?) We got the car back that day, regardless of how busy they told me the mechanics would be.Gosh, finally something good I can say. The manager handled the situation with grace and is probably the only good that this company can offer.If you choose this shop, just beware and I wish you the best of luck!

Mr. David Henry went above and beyond to resolve issues with my vehicle damage. He attentively listened to all my concerns and assured me that the entire repairs would be done properly/accurately/completely. Although it took a while to get my vehicle back, I am satisfied with the outcome and definitely recommend County Collision.

Fast professional service and excellent work. The guys at CLC did an amazing job. They were super accommodating to my schedule and had my hail damaged vehicle looking like new again in just 2 days and delivered the vehicle on time. Thanks CLC!!!

The inspector was a nightmare to deal with. At the initial appointment promises were made to order parts and schedule the work once they arrived. Two weeks later, I contacted him. The parts were never ordered and lies and excuses instead of an apology.

Awesome shop! I had the unfortunate need to use this body shop twice in one year. Both times the shop did quality work, were honest about time and cost, and delivered the vehicle back to me like brand new. They communicate with customers more than one would expect, this is a good thing. If ever I have the misfortune of needing accident repair/body-work...I will head straight back here. Side note: The manager of the shop, David, very nice guy, seems to genuinely care about his customers' experience with his shop.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

Great service from start to finish. Dave Henry and team took care of all my needs with getting the car repaired. They even covered for the extended car rental service due to a part being damaged during shipping which required extra time for my car to be repaired. The staff at the front desk were very professional, respectful, caring and sociable. They were very informative about my car. The work was completed as discussed before I went on my trip and it was ready for pick up when I arrived. They replaced the front right side fender of my Chevy Equinox because of an accident. It was repaired as required. I received a warranty on their work so you know that made me happy. In my 55 years of having a car serviced or repaired I had never received a warranty from the company. I was informed that the service shop repairs all GM products, as well as other cars. This is my second time having a car repaired at County Line Collision and I was also very pleased with my experience. So, I will have them service my two GM autos when needed. Thanks, County Line Collision for your excellent service.and Mr. Henry my SERVICE manager. Highly recommend getting your car repairs done at this center! County Line Collision provides great, quality car repair service. After my car got hit twice in 3 months with significant damage done to the front of the car, County Line did a great job of making it easy to get the repairs done for both claims at the same time. Darnell was great in making sure there was a thorough inspection of the car damages and that everything was repaired to the car s original condition, in addition to sending detailed communication throughout the repair process! Very pleased with the quality of service, communication, and professionalism!

This company has been the most difficult and an absolute PAIN to work with. I have no idea how they have such positive reviews, because my experience has been everything but positive. I do not recommend them at all.My car has been with them for months now and they have claimed that they were waiting for parts to arrive which is why there was such a long delay. Come to find out, after complaining to the manager, my car was ready the next day. Not sure how these parts magically appeared within a day, but I m not buying it. Finally, after I came to pick up the car, I found a new dent that was not there and nobody seemed to know what had happened.Not to mention, the lady at the front desk wanted us to sign forms and close out our account before we even inspected the vehicle! If we hadn t asked to see the vehicle first, we would have never seen the new dent that they made on my car.My whole family of five has been using one car because of the back-and-forth with this company and I ve completely had it with them. I recommend looking elsewhere for services.

Just want to thank County Line Collision for the service they provided from the first day. Maddy and Darnell were very helpful and honest about my cars condition. Looking for the right body shop was a mission but at County Line Collision they made sure my car was going to be in good hands. The communication was by far the best. They kept me updated about everything that was being done to my car throughout the whole process. Once my car was ready for pick up there was an issue with the payment the insurance was suppose to communicate with me about , but Dave and Kathleen explained everything to me before I left with my car.Once Again thank you Maddy, Kathleen, Dave and Darnell and the rest of the team for the amazing job they did. Darnell and team did an excellent job! I am meticulous about my car and it was extremely important that the work performed be of the highest quality. Not only did the team meet a very high bar, they exceeded it with the timeliness of repair. Darnell made sure all parts were ordered ahead of time which minimized the time I was without my car. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience at County Line Collision Center! They did an excellent job repairing damage to my vehicle. All the service people were friendly and responsive and a huge shoutout to Darnell Jackson who helped facilitate the repairs and went the extra mile to be sure my car is looking great!!! The entire team at County Line Collision was extremely friendly and professional. They have always explained any findings clearly, set expectations for future services or repairs needed. Went in for a consultation for an estimate on auto body repair work to be done on my car. Everyone, including the manager, is extremely nice and friendly. The manager delivered me honest, kind, knowledgeable advice. Plus emailed me a quote by the end of the day.
