Good service and a reasonable price. My AC was kaput. I didn't want to drive back to VA and took it to the local mechanic in MD state. The local mechanic was clueless and was not able to fix it (three attempts and wasted $$$ and my time) until I took the car to this shop. They have a good mechanic and solved he issue right away. Highly recommend. It was worth the effort to drive 35 miles away to get my car fixed properly

My experience with Tony, one of the owners, was such a perfect combination of professionalism combined with old school straight shooting that made my car purchase a true pleasure. As a remote buyer, there were the logistics of coordinating a3rd party inspection , arranging transportation, and all follow up documentation and title transfer processing. A relatively complex car purchase transaction that Tony handled like Dirty Harry taking down the bad guys-kept cool and got the job done. I was so impressed with Chantilly that going forward, I will not look for a car by myself but instead let Toby know what car I am looking for. When he calls me that he has the car, I will just ask the price and wire him the money. That is how much I trust Chantilly Motors after ONE transaction. That is all you need to know. Give these folks a chance and you will be happy you did.Thanks Tony, come visit me in Florida this winter.

Great Place!I went to 2 other places to get quotes. Chantilly Motors was the cheapest.Told me the work would take 3 days. Got a call the second day saying the car would be ready by the evening.Will be going there again!

Came in from NJ for the expo center. Car made weird noises. These guys were able to help Friday afternoon / Saturday morning with a high level of professionalism. Fair pricing. Beyond pleased with my service.

I have been going to Chantilly Motors for more than 18 years and repeatedly recommend them to others. I have found them to be reliable and honest and have never once felt like they were looking for ways to get more money out of me; to the contrary they often propose more cost effective timing or solutions, even if it means less or delayed work (read:revenue) for them. What they get instead ends up paying more in the long run - as I said, I have been going here for 18+ years with multiple vehicles and can't keep track of the number of customers I have steered to them. Barring purchase of a car with included maintenance (unlikely), I plan to continue using Chantilly Motors exclusively. If you are looking for a quality local mechanic you can trust, look no further than Chantilly Motors.

After inspecting my car s AC problem, they forgot to put back the cover of my engine, the next day I found out that the engine cover is missing, so I called them but no luck, finally I took Uber to work and my son took the car to them to check with them. They found it in their garage, left somewhere, they even not apologize for the problems they caused!!! Please don t do it to others, it is painful!!!!!!
