I would highly recommend CARSTAR. They made the entire transaction easy, friendly, and affordable. Right from the beginning it was easy to tell they cared about fixing your car and fixing it timely. Ed, the rep, stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I would go there again and or recommend a friend.

Had a great experience here! Wish i didn t need it of course, but they did a great job fixing the front end of my Genesis GV70 electric when it had a run in with a median. Genesis took some time sending parts, but the CARSTAR people, especially my adjuster Patrick, did a fantastic job. Now it's like new!

My q50 infinite had accident on 3/12/24 and I contacted Christy and seeking for help to tow car back. She is amazing arrange Centreville collision center to tow my car back in just very quick turn around time. Without her help to begin with my car may be still in storage center. Christy is very warm and professional knowledgeable and capable staff. She is issues solving guru and so much appreciation for estimation, repairing and advices for car and beyond. Her credentials are so great and I keeping coming back to her for car related recommendations especially. Over years she helped me get BMW and Honda cars that I look for.Ccc has so many super talented staff.Trina contacted me right away when car back to center even at late hours after 6:00 pm and put car in process for estimation. They really care for you knowing every minute are important to customers. Thanks Trina.Ed estimator specialist did very effectively and efficiently estimation and work with my car insurance and to get all estimations layout also followed up in detail with my insurance making sure all issues resolved. CARSTAR Centreville repaired my car after I was hit in an accident. They kept me informed every step of the way via phone calls, texts, and email. Every single person on their team was incredibly friendly, understanding, and helpful. When I received my car back it was immaculate. The damage was completely fixed and the inside was detailed. I would absolutely recommend and go back for any future repair needs.

They did a great job on my car. Only negative comment I have, and most people might not care about this, but on the day I was told my car was ready for pick-up. I signed paperwork, was handed keys and went looking for my car. No one came out to at least go over the work that was done. I looked over paperwork walked around my car. It looked great. They did an amazing job. I know it's probably petty, but I still give them 5-stars for outstanding work which is the MOST important part. I would definitely use them again. However in the future I would ask to speak with the estimator or person who is over seeing the work being done to go over the car, incase I had any further questions or issues.

They handled my Mini s insurance repair as well as some minor cosmetic details I asked them to look at.The day I picked the car up, Patrick called to tell me he wasn t happy with the job they did and asked me to come back. They put another 30 minutes into buffing a rear door to remove rub marks and they re almost invisible now. I was highly impressed that the quality of work mattered so much to them.I hope to never need them again but will be back if I do!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took 6 weeks and $17k to fix a fender bender, then says it s done and my car grinds louder than it did when it got towed. Absolutely no vetting of work done, no accountability when called out for the obvious lack of quality control, and no reason to trust them in the future.12/4/2023 UPDATE: So after taking six weeks and $17,000 to fix a fender bender, wrecking my right rear brake sensor and just leaving it in the rotor, handing me a car with a loud metallic grinding noise and saying it s good as new, then refusing to fix it as if it magically came off on its own and not when I got rear ended or when they were ACTIVELY DISASSEMBLING MY CAR and taking zero accountability, they are now hounding me like a debt collector for a $1,000 deductible my insurance already waived? AND when I call to discuss this outstanding balance you just mumble uh, hello? And then hang up on me? STILL no accountability, and so outrageously unprofessional.

This location came highly recommended by at the local dealership that I use. I thought that the communication and customer service was very good. We had a car repaired there several years ago and it was completed with no issue.My recent minor repair was a small ding on the door with a 2 inch long scratch. It took 7 days to complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle it still had the minor ding in the door. I returned the next day to pick my vehicle again and there was a blemish in the paint that needed to be buffed out. The company was very friendly but the quality control definitely needs some work.

Repairs turned out fine. Replacing a side mirror took 9 days, during which the shop never offered updates. I had to call the shop repeatedly to learn about a delay resulting from a defective part.

Superb bodywork and cannot tell car was ever damaged, BUT the overall customer service was terrible. I only received one update during the vehicle repair process even though I filled out the form that said update me. The price I was told when I was called stating the car was ready - was wrong, so obviously the cashier's check I stopped and got was also wrong. Had to use a credit card for the remaining balance. The insurance company immediately paid the difference to the collision center, but lo and behold I never received my credit card payment back. I had to call the collision center and ask about it. Oh, sorry about that, an oversight. They did issue the credit but why did it take me following up? I would not use this collision center, unless you are willing to put up with lousy customer service.

Delays due to weather, couldn't be avoided.Quality inspection revealed defects. I was glad CARSTAR performed the quality inspection before returning the car to me.Nice work!

The customer service here is fantastic! They kept me up to date with my cars repair and worked with my insurance company to keep them up to date as well. My car was lightly cleaned before returned which I thought was super! It also looks and drives like there was never any damage! Would definitely use again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We were able to drop off our vehicle which they immediately started the process of disassembly forrepair?The job ran a Little over the estimated time but there was additional work found along with bumper that showed up unpainted. Is all in all a great experience. I was able to drop my rental car off at their shop and they took care of getting it returned. 5-STARS A+Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in for repair after an accident. They were able to take my car quickly, but that was the only thing that went well. They promised that my car would be fixed in 2 weeks, that did not happen. The communication from the shop was abysmal about when my car will be fixed after they failed to meet the timeline they told me. Took an additional 2 weeks before my car was fixed... Would not recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Had some rodents chew through wires in the engine bay. CCC got the car back up and running without any issues, kept me up to date on repairs along the way. Great repair shop!

The repair work was good, but the shop failed miserably to keep to its promised timeline. I dropped off the car Feb 28 with the expectation it would take a week to 10 days. I got a call the late afternoon of March 23 that it was ready. In the interim, I received several vague updates.

Wow, what a great team and services provided! I brought the car with a dent and some scratches on it into them on my schedule. Joey came out within 5 minutes to look at the car and had the estimate within 10 minutes after that. I had a small ding on my right bumper which also impacted the rear skid plate. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, as I was doing it as a self pay vs. running through my insurance. Once I agreed to have them do the work, they ordered the parts and got them within 4 days (Joey had told me it would probably take 5, so I was pleasantly surprised). Then I brought the car in on the following Monday and two days later, I picked the car up looking like new. I also received text messages every day as to the progress and it was completed on time just as Joey had promised. The entire process couldn t have been handled any smoother and was totally professional and stress free! When I picked up the car today, the repairs looked amazing, the car had also been washed, the tires shined and the entire inside was cleaned and vacuumed and it looked great!. This was my first time using CCC but if I ever need any more body work done on my car, this is the only place I will ever go! Hats off to Joey, Tiffany and the entire team! I would highly recommend them to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

After a car accident I needed a shop to do major repairs on my Rav4.
